Excellent service! Great deal and all around pleasant experience. Irene, the associate who helped me, couldn't have been more attentive. I explained my needs for a new phone and that I was looking for a plan that I could afford. She listened and delivered. Not only did she show me the special offered phone,free, but took the time to answer questions, set my phone up and put me in a plan I could afford. I was very pleased. Don't waste your time with AT&T, That free Samsung with trade in, any phone, any condition is a scam. Don't waste your time, go to T-Mobile .

Very dishonest and fraudulent. They signed us up for things we didn’t ask for and instead on two personal lines they opened a business account with nine lines under our name. Now the staff is clueless and no help. No real supervision of under trained staff. Will be filing report with corporate and bbb. Stay away.

Such a great experience in switching over my phone plan from AT&T. Kendra was our Sales Associate and helped us get set up by the refund deadline on her day off. Process was smooth and I will gladly recommend this location to friends.

Wonderfully helpful staff. The store was immaculate with good demonstration areas. The only shortcoming was the mobile signal level. Barely 2 bars. The store needs a signal booster. I will return. The staff knows their business.

I've gone to T-Mobile stores all over the state. This one is by far the best. The service is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They remember me and my wife every time we go in,and Lucy (my dog) loves to go in the store see them.

I switched to T-Mobile on February 3, 2018 and I'm so glad I did! T-Mobile has excellent customer service which seems like a lost art these days. It's so refreshing for a company to go above and beyond to help out anytime you need it. I highly recommend checking them out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If your phone breaks before the warranty is up, they'll come up with some excuse as to why they can't / won't replace it, such as "Oh I'm sorry, there's a small crack on the screen...... But, here!! You can buy a new one!" Upsale upsale upsale!!!! And they'll literally stand there laughing at you when you become upset.

Went to see about a T-Mobile plan they said they were open online and on their sign says 11 AM Mondays and Tuesdays the location at noon and no one is there and the doors are locked completely unprofessional
