Absolutely horrible customer service, refused to sell me a plecostamus fish smaller than the size of my finger because "they can need up to a 50 gallon tank". We advised her we are upgrading tanks now and again soon as we will be adding more fish to the aquarium. Still refused to even speak to me about that specific fish and tried to start telling me about a snail I was not at all interested in.

this place is relatively good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. however, they have a few dead fish sitting in the tanks, floating around. im not sure that it’s the best environment. maybe they just haven’t had the time to get them out.

Good selection but I wish they carried more products for senior dogs. The senior food selection is very slim.Grooming was good except when getting a full service for my dog, they forgot to trim his dewclaws. All the other claws were done and his hair cut was cute.

Sadly my experience for the last couple years has been poorly stocked shelves. Like higher up the food chain those that are in charge of what the store has to offer are really missing out on potential sales. I've been very disappointed. When I have asked for things to be ordered (things they usually carry) I'm told it's all out of the stores hands, say I want a case of rabbit 44ounce top-fill water bottles, they cannot fill that order from the store. They can not even make a request to try and fill that order from within the facility. They direct you to try online, which sort of defeats the purpose of going to the store in the first place, but more importantly I had already been online and the search for said product only resulted in the item I wanted but wrong number of ounces, just an error message when looking for said appropriate number of ounces. Pet smart has not been smart about stocking or providing options. One good option would he to be able to place orders via sales rep assistance. This is just one of the many times there has been no selection available in this store 😕 However on the upside the sales reps are nice and attentive while their hands are tied telling you they can't help 🙂 it's like a magic trick. They are there to help if only they were allowed/able to 🤔 and folks wonder why Amazon is Taking over retail everywhere. This is why folks, this is why.

Animals are usually in great condition. Been seeing more dead fish and invertebrates lately though when I go, which I know happens so I try not to get upset. Other thank that my fish usually are always healthy.

We hadn't been to Morro Bay for a couple of years and couldn't wait to have dinner at our favorite restaurant. We were not disappointed. There were four of us and we each had something different. Our friends are still commenting, a week later. Everything was delicious. We all just hope it doesn't take so long to visit again!

Great store! We bought an underground fence that we never used, had lost our receipt so we brought in our bank statement from that day. The store manager refunded our money. They were only able to credit us the sales price of the fence but still, am very happy they took our bank statement in place of our lost receipt!

We were looking for dog food without chicken as an ingredient. That's pretty hard to find unless you want to pay like $70 a bag. One of the clerks noticed we were looking for a long time in the dog food aisles (yes aisleS) There were 3 aisles for bagged dog food. After doing her best to help us, she told us if we had any more questions to let her know, and then excused herself. So I'd say they have good customer service. We ended up with a lamb/rice combo with mo chicken.

I like the pet grooming area that they have. I take my hundred and forty pound German Shepherd there for a bath and his nails and check his ears clean his teeth. They're very good with all types of dogs. Prices vary depending on how much you want them to do with your dog. They give you a little report on your dog's behavior and what they did. The store is nice staff friendly. Some prices are a little higher as they specialize in Animal Care. They work with the cat rescue and they also do dog training.

This location meets with my approval! Very welcoming and loving to my Rat Terrier Bitzy who loves people! I wish PetSmart would bring back the Dynamo Dog line of dog treats. (hip and joint, skin and coat) They worked.

My dog is going on 13 years old and gets totally excited whenever she sees me she is my best friend she saved my life I took her there she wouldn't even look at me when I would come to the door afterwards that's all I can say she's been there several times I will not take her back there I'm going to add that I was sick for about 5 years and that dogs one of the main reasons that I don't live today she's never treated me that way until after I took her there granted she's getting old but something happened to her there and if you check out online there's been quite a few PetSmarts that I've been getting in trouble for things just being honest
