Horribly rude and hateful staff members. A man (who tows FOR AAA mind you) with a doctor certified medical condition was refused service, for not wearing a mask and was locked out AND HAD THE POLICE called on him. He was not being aggressive in any way. It was awful to watch. They even have a sign on their own door saying medical condition was an exemption to wearing a mask in the building and yet they refused him service and yelled at him, in front of several customers. They even sent a big fully tattoo sleeved man out, 2x as big as him to threaten him.

We visited the Sonora AAA DMV office to do 3 different transactions. The employee there was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. She quickly did our transactions while also dealing with a group of people waiting.

Using the telephone prompts was not entirely clear. My daughter needed help with DMV paperwork. We left a message. No one called me back. Maybe it was because we were not AAA members?

They still have covid rules in place. It is a large well lit facility, laid out in a logical manner. The employees are pleasant, somewhat helpful but could be better. It is very convenient to be able to do your DMV chores here rather than having to deal with the very challenging and dysfunctional government office.

Insurance dude named Nick is the best helped me save and made sure I had the right coverage. You need insurance, stop by,,, they got what you need and quick at doing it if your in a hurry!!!

Broke down with wife and 5 month old child. They said it would take an hour and a half, that was no issue. Once that hour and a half ended, they immediately add 2 and a half hours to our our estimated time. Even though they said they would expedite our call. Nothing was done and they do not care about their customers. A plus member for over 5 years, the time we actually needed them they didn’t even try

This place blew my mind away in a good way. After suggesting the kind of insurance I was looking for the agents found a solution for me in seconds and what I paid for this gift was a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. It's a small price for reassurance that if I ever do break down on the side of the road it's nice knowing that it's there in case I need it. The local AAA branch was totally helpful and alot more convenient than the normal DMV. I also got a sweetprice on my card renewal and added my son to my roadside assistance membership for free.

Recently had my car stolen. I went in one man semi finished with me did not order new membership cards and moved on to another client. I had to go back in and get a younger lady to Help. Then this elderly lady who is rude and cannot do her job anymore. She wears a crown was miss ? She went on leave after messing me over last year . I was told she was gone. I came a week ago and there she was. I said that woman needs a permanent leave why is she back??! This company is ok but they keep people on way past their years and they are obviously unable to do their jobs. This woman’s In a walker for Gods sake. The man in Angels did not put my paperwork into the computer and my daughter had been driving without insurance for 6 months. These old employees need to be made to retire. They feel sorry for them and keep them until they are ready for the nursing home!! Double check your policies and coverage if they wait on you!!!

I am very disappointed in my insurance thru AAA. I removed a car I have not driven in a year and my payment went down $0. I cancelled my insurance and all of a sudden my policy cost for the year doubled and I owe money?

I used to love this facility. But the workers there talk to you like you have no common sense. It had nothing to due with required masks or anything out of AAA scope. It was very degrading. I was correct about all my information and received an apology. But it didn't seem fair....

I am a platinum member now for 5 years. I have had to use their towing services twice now, and both times have waited hours. The first time i waited 8 hours then this past friday waited 5 and a half hours, till i made my own phone and found the tow for myself. I give my thanks to Vic's towing for the rescue. So if your ever broke down Vic's out of Sonora California is your company
