We tried to rent a unit at this facility for my son before he goes overseas with the military, and we left quite disappointed. Their website clearly shows a web rate of $62 a month for a 10x10 unit. A online application process never mentions promotional pricing or rate other than $62. When we got there we were told that’s a promotional rate, and it will go up to $199 after 2 months although this is not posted anywhere on their website or in their office.A follow up phone call they confirmed this was the deal, and when I mentioned the website doesn’t say anything about a promotional price I was told that it’s the way corporate lists it online.I will say the onsite rep was friendly and professional, and the facility is very nice and clean.But that doesn’t excuse or explain what is clearly at the least misleading/deceptive pricing, but realistically false advertising on their website. If you list a $62 rate, then you should honor that rate. All other storage places that have promotions list their regular rates online. Would love to give them my business, bummer this was a wasted trip…. Maybe owner could address the issue. Thanks

Facility and staff are great. I use multiple climate controlled units for wine storage as well as a standard unit for standard storage. Storage areas are clean, well lit and maintained. Staff is available, courteous and helpful. I would strongly recommend Vineburg for all your storage needs.

They have a promotion to get a 10 x 10 unit for $54 a month plus the $13 a month insurance for 4 months before the unit increase to full price. I was told via text messaging it was for 4 months. 5 days later when I went to reserve the unit online, I was then told the promo would only be 3 months and the website would not work to help me complete the lease agreement. I was then instructed to go in person and it would only take 15 minutes. I arrived at 3:45 and then by 5:00, the person was unable to complete the agreement. I left and came back at 5:45. By 6:10, with the manager on site, who was very unfriendly and the did care about how long this process has taken to get a new client, raised my monthly rate. I had to fight to get it back to the $54 and by 6:20, I was able to leave. The 15 minutes took almost 2 hours. Yes, a very nice facility.

What a beautiful facility! Everything is perfect and clean. Joey at the desk was exceptionally helpful. Also the climate control keeps the buildings at very comfortable temperatures, not just above freezing like other facilities I’ve stored at.

Beautiful, clean facility and helpful staff, just please note that on Sundays the gates automatically lock at 3:45 sharp (I’m writing this as I am stuck inside the grounds and unable to get out — the 49ers are playing so no one is answering the phones. Had a big lunch and have some water so I’m good for a while but would really like to leave here at some point today, pray for me)Follow up: they helped us get out and we were on the road within about 15 minutes! So wonderful and friendly!! Thank you Joey!

If you are in Sonoma or nearby cities and need to store your valuable items in a self storage facility, I highly recommend Wineburg Self Storage. I’ve had storage units in facilities from San Francisco to Petaluma to Sonoma and there’s no comparison. This one is a state-of-art facility and everything is brand new. Their prices are also very competitive for a better facility overall. And I can’t say enough about the service at the front desk: The staff is very accessible, efficient and friendly.

I have been using Vineburg storage for my storage needs for over three years now. Joey and Phoebe are pretty much the best people you could ever ask to have help you with storage. I just got another unit there and they were so helpful. Even the owner himself was overseeing the new construction going on at the site and offered to help me move into my additional unit took about 15 to 20 minutes out of his day to help me move heavy items. Couldn’t ask for more if you’re even remotely considering storage of any kind whatsoever Vineburg is absolutely positively the place. Make sure to ask for Joey or Phoebe. They are the best.~ Andrew

From start to finish, they've been the utmost professional, kind and communicative about our move in and storage.In the midst of the busiest (and hottest) time of the year for harvest and wine shipments, they were able to accommodate us with 4 wine storage units on such short notice. Went to Vineburg Wine and Self Storage, to rent a ten by ten unit, expecting to sign some papers, get the enty code and leave.Phoebe was behind the counter and greeted me. She was very pleasant, professional and very informative. She walked me through the paperwork, pricing, showed me the unit and made sure the entry code worked. Since I choose to get the paperwork by Email, Phoebe made sure I received it, before leavingWhile at the counter, Joey came in, introduced himself, he was also very pleasant and professional. I bought a lock for the unit and Joey took it to the unit, put it on and brought me back the key.Both made sure I knew how to contact them for any problems.I will not hesitate to recommend Vineburg Wine & Self Storage.Rocky Seffens

I was very happy with the customer service that the Manager Michelle provided. The storage facility is brand new. They have indoor air cooled storage units and larger units that have easy drive up access. Also, they have wine locker and bulk pallet wine storage kept at 55 degrees. Payments can be made on their website each month and I can set it up for auto pay. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

We needed a wine shipping box on short notice, and the folks at Vineburg grabbed their last personal styrofoam 12 pack wine shipper out of the back and GAVE IT TO ME! I bought a box and a roll of tape, and they wouldn't even take cash for the shipper, which was too nice of them. Give these people your business!

Calling all sommeliers! I recently discovered a brand new storage facility in the valley that has the perfect storage for us! Wine lockers with proper temp controls- and wine cages for those that buy in bulk! We now have a safe place to lay down those bottles til the perfect age! It is beautiful- it's design makes you feel like you are in a winery! The management is top notch! And they have regular storage lockers too - all on one floor for easy access! I was very pleased to see this open in our valley! Thank you
