While what I wrote below is true, I want to update my review to say that the owner has contacted me and sincerely apologized. I can’t give 5 stars because of the horrible delivery experience, however the flowers are beautiful and the owner cares about making things right. The website guarantees delivery by 5 pm on the day you request. Flowers were not delivered by that time and they didn’t contact us to let us know what was happening. Delivery turned into an additional chore for the recipient. They were not helpful when contacted by phone and created more chaos. Will not use again and will advise others not to use.

Flowers are beautiful but call8ng in a special occasion small 3 main flowers really petite but the one and only thing that I really made sure to be clear on is WHITE main flower. They said OK and here's what they did. Beautiful but far to big, no white and not at all easy for someone with any smaller hands than me to comfortably carry one handed (hence patite) so I'm torn on this review.

I needed to find and order and very nice arrangement for an apology. I wanted something that was sophisticated and elegant, but needed it to arrive the following day. Sally Blue did a great job of matching the actual arrangement with the example photo, and ensured that any substitute flowers stayed consistent with the design. They even added a natural liner in the vase to step it up a bit. I will be a return customer.

It's so difficult to send flowers sight unseen. Sonoma flowers blew us away with the incredible arrangement they hand delivered to my mother. We opted for a Designer's Choice arrangement in the hopes that it would be unique and fresh. I ordered flowers for my 90 year old stepfather who was coming home from the hospital. I paid $150, (delivery and tax included) and the flowers arrived wilted. Wow. Really??? I made it clear how important these flowers were, that vitality and life should be ever present!
