So 1/3 of the store is makeup and another third is food. You need more PRACTICAL items. JC. There is a nasty old lil lady here who frowns at me every time I go in and goes out of her way to avoid looking at people so they don't ask for help finding items.

Very helpful staff. There are a few checkers that run two registers at a time to speed checkout. Pretty amazing! They earn my appreciation!

They have one cashier and no sales floor help. They are clannish and chat with each other all day while the customers look around helplessly and hopelessly for items they cannot find.

Rite Aid Pharmacy and Store, Sonoma, CA is a welcoming store that employs extremely nice people, cleanliness of the store is impeccable and always well stocked. If you cannot find a product, they're always very helpful in locating it for you by taking you to the exact location. Excellent customer service by all and the Manager of the store is there and works right along side the other customer reps. Very helpful and pleasant.

Noticed my chest pain had been increasing over the past two weeks. I'm on a heart med so I was wondering if something was off with that. Recently started using RiteAid as Pharmaca is out of business. Rite Aid gave me a brand of the med I've never taken. Went to google curious if something was going on with the medication.Ends up the company did a recall on this med months ago, but not on my particular dosage or pill. But still.... I figured if they had issues months ago, chances are much higher on they'd mess up other batches. I've seen strings of that happening in other companies. Besides, how does a company know when a med has a problem? Probably after it's effected a bunch of people.It took a while to call and get a person on the phone and the line was really long, but they were sympathetic and got me a different brand of the same drug. I noticed within about an hour that it was for sure working.They're very understaffed and from what I understand they're working on it. So the lines can be kinda long, but they try to be really efficient. What IS IMPORTANT: they believed me when I said this brand isn't kosher. How often do medical people disbelieve you? Most of the time. But they believed me. And that saves lives.

Horrid attitudes all around from cashiers. They don't greet me ever. I take the initiative to say "Have a nice day/night" whilst being the customer. So wrong. And they stand their blankly chewing gum and say nothing. If Slownoma ever got a Wal Mart or Target I would bet my last 100 paychecks Sonoma's Rite Aid would close permanently. Which I rly hope happens.

Very Friendly store,The Deals on Seasonal stuff is always great. I had problems grabbing some stuff and a nice Lady that works there helped me really fast. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy. Convenient and very well sorted.

This is a fantastic Rite Aid; a huge selection of convenience items, as well as a massive Beauty section (set up to look almost like an Ulta) that I've never seen in any other Rite Aid before. Very friendly service as well at the register... lots of west coast friendliness!

I love shopping here, love the friendly people, prices, variety, special items and the ice cream! Plus, I get all the pharmacy services, vaccinees etc. I need right here in the store by Rite Aid.

I was listening to my cassette player, I came in with my pug, and duffle bag. This guy told me to stick it behind the counter he said that duffle bags aren't allowed in the store. I just came in to get my prescription. I just wanted a hug. Then I realized I left my wallet in my car. I needed some new headphones I bought some Craig and it broke, they guy told me it was at my discretion and the rest of the items I had he really didn't know whether that was the right battery or not. I had an arrangement I was doing for a get together and they were totally directionless.Their customer service is exceptional. I walked in to Safeway the other day, I didn't want the bag, so I threw it. So I forget my gum. The guy chases me out of the store and tells me "You should have gotten a bag". They are just so degrading. I can't believe people behave that way.

The worst customer service in Sonoma the main cashier don’t have a clue or any experience, one of the employees adina screaming at me for a coupon, no respect to a customer and I just call to check on egg and got hung up! Can’t believe the store manager allows this behavior really sad and disappointed 0 stars from me.

My doctor called into the pharmacy for an emergency corneal abrasion drops but wasn't able to because Rite Aid said they were in an emergency situation giving 3 vaccines. I've never heard of pharmacies turning down prescriptions and I don't think vaccines are generally considered emergencies.

Do not get your prescriptions filled at this RiteAid. The pharmacy staff are unprofessional and are clearly unaware of HIPAA privacy requirements. Take your business elsewhere!

List pharmacy and store hour separately. I can't be the o Ly one that has had this problem...I show up at 830 as the site says the pharmacy (that I specifically searched and listing says rite aid pharmacy with hours) is actually not open until 9. Now I am late to work. Thanks rite aide for for a jacked up site.
