If you're looking for a place to get all of your Pet needs met this is it! For years I tried out different stores in Sonoma, each was alright but it wasn't until I went to PetCo I realized what was missing: Great Customer Service.Every time I go in here I have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and a great selection of EVERYTHING. From foods, beds, leashes and toys.While I know they're a chain, the local store really stands out!

The very BEST place in or around Sonoma. I do believe they have the ONLY self-serve washing area for pets to get washes by their parents who may not have a big enough place for them to do it at home. What a wonderful idea 💡!!! The staff are simply awesomely nice and educated. I'd hang out there if I could!!! Lol 🤣 but seriously, I would!!!

Employees are incredibly friendly & helpful. I have a small parrot and the only thing I purchase there is their fresh millet. It's the best and the staff always go out of their way to make sure I get their freshest millet. A huge Thank You to Pet Food Express!!!

Great selection, educated and friendly staff – very helpful! Clean facility with excellent baths for canine and a wonderful selection of products for pets. The hours are really good to hear open later than most people around here.

This store is great! Everyone is so well informed about the products. I feel like it is a "healthfood" store for dogs. And, the people who work there really love dogs and make my puppies, Whiskey and Charlie feel right at home. I also love their clothing selections. With this cold winter, I found the best fleeces for my boys!

I can't recommend this store enough, whatever you are looking for, whether it's food, toys, beds etc the staff will help you to meet your needs. I have two dogs with dietary restrictions and whenever I'm looking to change foods the staff are so knowledgeable about all the products. They also have a return policy which is great if you have picky pets when it comes to diet.

I take my small dog there for her bath. It's so convenient. Everything needed to bathe your animal is provided. The tubs and connecting counter are very clean. Then I buy her treats after.
