The staff is great. They keep this hedge fund money racket store front money-laundering scam going by exploiting their desperate underclass labor force for very low wages.Every Dollar Store I've ever seen is absurdly understaffed, directly as a result of intentional management design. It stresses the employees out every shift. The owners of this morbid symptom of a capitalist system in collapse should be jailed for labor law violations. Not a fan.These hyper-exploitive late stage capitalist sweat shops are signs of a country in decline.

Good deals on items. Flashlights never in stock, but cool when they are. Also it's 1$ and up so not as good barainz compared toa lastbyear

More stuff, more money. You can easily find food, electronics, kitchen stuff, etc here. However its is economic store. General stuff you can find easily. Staff are nice and helpful. I am giving four star cause they need to manage their stuff and need to add new stuff. Happy dollar 💵 time. Spend more get more stuff. 🤪🤪

The store is very dirty. The floors have black streaks and unknown stains all over them. There are items in the walkway strewn across the floor making it unsafe and inviting someone to trip over the items and have a fall. It is actually hazardous and unsanitary. Something needs to be done by the health department to make this store safe because mine and other comments here show it is not. I am not sure how it got this far because the level of filth and debris is not new. I actually saw it this way 3 years ago at the holiday season and it is summer 3 years later and it has not changed.

If I could give a ZERO star review for the on going rude, unprofessional customer service this store provides, Id go beyond with a Negative zero start review! I shop here regularly and it never fails that the checker is absolutely miserable.I got the displeasure of Raymond today! He never said hello, never made eye contact, then after ringing up all my glass dishes to transport home, REFUSED to wrap them in paper or paper towel so they didnt break! He said they weren't allowed to wrap them! Then he rudely told me to do it myself or he was canceling my transaction! His customer service skills are atrocious! Management was yelling back and forth at eachother, nobody wanted to address the issue. All while customers are piling up in line w only good ole Raymond doing less than a half a$$! You suck Raymond and need to be fired!!! Ill make the drive to Petaluma from now on, this store is also FILTHY!BRING BACK BROOKE!! She was the only delight to that store!

I have been to many dollar trees and honestly Dollar Tree have made my childhood complete. But this dollar tree has showed nothing but the worst customer service. I have seen cahiers so irritated with their co workers and expressing that in front of their customers to them getting irritated with me. I was having a bad day and expressing that on the phone and moving my cart vigorous and fast so a store worker decided to express her opinion far from professional and more personal and rude. The one that truly made me write this unfortunate review is the shorter Caucasian women working on Wednesday Evening. Seems like the staff here truly hates their life or job and wants to take it out on the others.

This dollar tree has gone so down since this new store manager has come in. Half of the employees have quit cause of her (paula) especially an employee that has been there 12 years. she yells at employees in front of customers, she is by FAR the most unprofessional person ive ever seen take over that store! She is trash and that store looks horrible.

A preschool teacher, I refer to this place as the $20 store because there are so many items I find here for my classes. I actually visit quite a few different Dollar Trees, but this one is outstanding for its usual cleanliness and order. Good Job!

Yesterday I went shopping at dollar tree in sonoma at checkout there was one girl in the whole store waiting on customers and I would like to recognize ELIZABETH as probley one of the best employees you have she handled everybody just great she certainly has the best customer service skills than all your employees put together. She should be promoted

This store is clean and organized. I frequent this location ofton often because of the variety of merchandise and friendly sales people. Unfortunately we had an upsetting experience with a sales women with a mask around her chin. When we asked for a bag she snapped "we are out or I would have asked you". Additionally they were not out!

I would give this store 0 stars if j could.. NEVER enough checkers!! Line goes ALL the way down the isle. I asked a Hispanic woman stocking if she could call a 2nd checker...her response "no no no no no". AVOID this store at all costs unless you have an extra hour to wait in line!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I won't shop at this location again! I shop at this store a lot and today I did not have my Credit Card. I had 2 $100 bills. I gave one to the clerk and she said she could not accept it that it looked too old. (Which it was pretty crisp & still new) So I picked it up and gave her the other one, and was told again it looked too old. I told her I have never been told before in any store my money looked too old. I asked for the manager and was told she wasn't there.. So with that I left my stuff and walked out since I didn't have "new looking cash" and left. I then did a post to all my friends don't shop at the Sonoma Dollar Tree!!

Personal very pleasant & helpful. Found what I was looking for plus. I went there for floral arrangement materials & also found some good cards & then little lights that can be used in votives instead of real candles, plus a pair of real candles. Pleasant experience.

This store seems more put together and the employees seem friendlier since new management came in. There used to be this one white tall older lady as manger who walked around yelling at her employees even cursing and I heard her twice say she wanted to Kill All The Customers. Very happy for this store but the cashiers are a bit slow

So i went here with my three young kids and let them pick out 20 dollars of toys. I went to cash register and was short 3.20 and offered to run to car and get the rest of the money... But the cashier Ayra i believe was her name reached into her pocket pukled out 5 dollars and payed the remainder. What a awesome thing for someone to do. I will definitly be back without the kids to give her the money back. Thanks that made our day...

The young lady behind the counter had the only open lane with a long line of customers. She was pleasant, amazingly efficient and multitasked like a pro. Great experience. I don't know her name but it is Sunday April 14th around noonish. She deserves a raise!!!!

I have had no problem with the dollar store.they usually have everything i needed.i know you can save alot instead of going to a retail store like safeway or luckeys and get over charged for what you do get
