3/23/2024 around 8pm I went to Buy some items I seen the grapes for $ 4.99 decided to get two bags I got around 20 other items around the store got in line to pay when I got to register I noticed that that grapes were scanned for $8.99. Each bag I told the cashier that the grapes were for $ 4.99 and she said it’s a pound and I told her come with me to see the sign She went and seen the sign and said true tgey are $4.99 a bag another employee came along and she said they’re not for $4.99 a bag I walked in front of her to show her the sign that was across the cash register when she started walking behind me snapping her fingers that was very annoying. She seen the price and she said oh well we did a mistake she tells me they are $4.99 the Libra I looked at her and told her I’m not taking none of my items I’m not sure if the price is correct in the other items that I got, I just walked out of the store left all the items there, The other people behind me waiting in line told me good for standing up They should start marking the right prices They always make this kind of mistake. This was my second time in the store and there will be not a third time for me The cashier was nice and very polite, but the girl standing next to her was very rude very bad customer service with that woman girl lady, whatever the hell she was

Big fan of Grocery Outlet, but this location is awful. I went in to get a soda and a snack. Saw a pack of ramen priced at 2 bucks, when I got up to the register they tried to charge me 9 bucks, I showed the posted price to the cashier and asked to speak to a manager. A Caucasian lady came to the register, confident they would help me out, I explained the situation. Once again, keep in mind, it's a pack of RAMEN. The lady proceeded to rip up the price tag in front of me, tell me it was a mistake, and stated they were the OWNER, so tough luck. I was so taken a back I said, thank you and walked across the street to Foods Co. I just happened to be working in Soledad today, and once again, I love Grocery Outlet, I travel for work, so I visit them from the Bay Area to the Monterey Peninsula. I've never been treated like this. I would skip this location, buyer beware.

This ✨ G.O. ✨team✨ knows how to keep a tidy, well stocked store PLUS they truly show up for the customer.Their experience is appreciated and does not go unnoticed.The isles are open and displays are well stocked.This store carries a variety that is difficult to find at other Grocery Outlets.Large parking lot with plenty of space between cars.

This store has friendly and helpful employees. The store is very clean, well organized, and well stocked. They have a good selection of brands and products and they are open til 10 0 pm.

The owners are friendly and say hi to me ANYWHERE. They’ll be working and say hello or see me outside of work and say hello!!!!the store is always clean and I love the owners. Crystal even went out of her way to contact me when she got a restock on an item I wanted.My only concern are how the eggs are stocked - I assume it’s an employee issue - the large eggs are always cracked. Some stuff also be outdated.Staff should pay more attention to those things. 5 stars because the owners are really genuine and nice.

My husband and I went in coming into town from visiting family . We picked up some snacks for the kids. The store was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly . I was disappointed to find they didn’t have the handicap motorized carts . My husband is a disabled veteran. Hopefully that’ll change . We couldn’t really shop like we wanted .

Clean, reasonable price, but be very careful about things like parmesan cheese as ours molded through the whole container within a week even though it was refrigerated and was way before the best by date of June 20
