If I could give it a 0 stars I would. The girls working in the pharmacy are rude, they don't help at all, they make you go back in forth for something so easy when they could have explained it from the beginning. They need to fire them and hire someone with people skills. The men on the other hand are nice and not at all rude. Very bad service and very bad reflection on the pharmacy.

Ms. Jessica and staff members at the Soledad CVS pharmacy location exhibited great professionalism, expeditious care in service, and strong knowledge over there services and supporting elements. What made the experience even better was that they were very friendly and a very warm staff which makes serving my family and the community an enjoyable one. Great team!

The staff is very professional and helpful, easy speaking, warmly received and interacting. Currently, I observe they have good prices with amazing beauty product brands (hair care, skin care) and the pharmacy staff is moving quickly too 👍

The pharmacy's reviews are spot on. My doctor sent in a prescription and advised me to check back in an hour for a stronger OTC medication, which didn't need filling as it was prepackaged. After waiting for two hours, I inquired about my prescription, but was told it wasn't ready yet. I returned three hours later and asked again, only to receive the same response from the young lady at the counter. When I asked her to check why it was taking so long (after waiting for 5 hours), she simply replied, "It's not ready yet. There's nothing we can do." Shortly after leaving, I received a notification that my prescription was out of stock. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this pharmacy; it's clear why it has such bad reviews.

Worst CVS experience ever.After countless calls trying to get help over the phone and spending 2 days to get my prescription transferred to this location, trying to work with rude, incompetent staff. They finally processed the prescription and I was told it would be ready by 3 pm, we returned by 5:30 pm to find out the pharmacist was on lunch and it would be ready the next day. We returned the next day for the promised pickup, to be told the drug I needed was not in stock. They completely leave people hanging, lying to customers and getting away with it.Ended up having to transfer this prescription to another CVS in another town as we are traveling. I would give zero stars if I could. We will be contacting CVS corporate offices to report this location. This is absolutely outrageous and shouldn't be tolerated.

I had a bad experience at the pharmacy in Greenfield, and I decided to switch to CVS yes I drive about 15 minutes but the staff here is AMAZING they are professional and they show sympathy toward my health. I really appreciate everyone here. 10/10

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with which is unfortunate for my family since there are limited options in our small town. This may be why their service is so cruddy, because they know most people have no choice but to put up with it them. The staff are rude, slow and very unhelpful. They don't answer the phones and patients are forced to leave voicemail and pray they call you back. Their drive thru is almost always closed, they do not obide by their break times or drive through hours. Many times we've been told our meds are ready just to find out later that they are not available or in stock. You have to hound them to fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. I wish our town could petition to close them down and put a better pharmacy in their place. It's a truly awful experience every single time I have had to visit over the last 3 yrs. I wish I could give them a zero star rating as I'm now forced to drive down there as we speak after no answered calls all day.

Well we needed to get a band-aid for a nethead scratched her arm and well she's fragile and by golly I needed to get the right Band-Aid in some cleaner so I walked into the CVS and they were so helpful in helping me find things I gotta tell you the 1st lady I asked where the band aides were and she was able to point directly at them almost like guiding me to him then I needed some neosporin and I asked him another lady and she walked over she said I'm the Hallmark gal person but I can still help you And she helped me find exactly what I needed I had a dead up with a little cleaner for her wound and presto I had everything I needed. The Gallup of the cashier was equally nice and I cashed out and was able to Deliver the emergency service to my anxiously waiting sweetie pie thank you CVS

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Every single month I pick up my prescriptions they always have me "update my insurance." I've been using the same insurance for 15 years, why since I've moved to CVS Soledad it takes me over an hour to do this? EVERY MONTH. The staff is always so rude and tells me to pay out of pocket. First $99 then they come back and say we could do it for $44. What? Why? When I have insurance and it's 100% covered. Sorry pharmacy. Sorry staff. I'll never come back here. Waste of my time.

At 12:50 Jacqueline was pretty rude to us. I walked up and told her “hi” and she looked at me and gave me a mean look. I was like oh maybe she didn’t hear me. Then my sister was up next and told her “hi” to be polite and she ignored her too. Great customer service. The whole time she was ringing me up she was on her phone completely ignoring us. She should be on her phone while instead she should be paying attention to the customers. A warm greeting would go a long way.

Nice people at the pharmacy, but SLOW. Told me yesterday that my prescription would be ready this morning. Told me at noon, it would be ready in 15 minutes. It's an easy prescription to fill... two pre-assembled/filled boxes to put into a bag. It's almost 12:45. Can't stay. Thank you CVS for wasting my time and gas. Have to come back tomorrow. I'll pick up my prescription tomorrow, but then I'm transferring all of my scripts to Rite Aid. Also, the bathroom was disgusting and the store prices are way marked up.

Pharmacy has such bad service. We called to see if the prescription was ready, they said in an hour. We went the following morning thinking it was guaranteed ready, nope we got the whole in 20 mins. Went to run an errand, went back and still wasn't ready, we waited a whole hour again and then to get told the medication wasn't available. How disappointing and such a waste of time. Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy in Soledad.

I would give them a zero but obviously that isnt an option. I have repeatedly been told my prescriptions would be ready in a certain time frame only to return and be told they weren't ready. I've received text message from their system saying my prescriptions are ready only to be told they weren't. Tonight I waited in line 20 mins to be treated rudely and told I needed to come back in 30 mins 5 mins after leaving the line I received another text saying my meds were ready! Why couldn't they have just helped me while I was there! This is the worse pharmacy i have ever been to.

Pharmacy is very helpful and fast. But their bathrooms lack cleaning. There's pop on the wall and garbage everywhere and it's only 9:13am which means they never clean them the might before. And when I told the manager he said he was aware of the situation but he would try to get them clean today.

Pharmacy is rude, when called earlier asked if they had my prescription they said yes immediately went over for them to be out and not have any til next week. Instead of seeing where the closest pharmacy is at they shrugged us off. Placed was packed and 2 workers just up and left.

Waited 30 minutes in line to pick up my prescription that was sent in yesterday and they said it is still going to take 30 min to an hour. It is so frustrating that I had to wait for nothing. Don’t waste your time and call to see if they have what you need ready

The service in this CVS sucks. CVS needs to fire the whole pharmacy department. They have been rude for years and worst part they literally lie when medication is ready or if they even have it in stock. I will no longer conduct any business at this CVS indefinitely.

I am giving CVS in Soledad 2 stars primarily due to the ineptness of the pharmacy. Out of stock prescription meds and as much as a day and 1/2 to fill an Rx even with meds that are in stock. Losing faxed Rxs has been a problem for the 13 years I have had to use their pharmacy.

Went in to buy some pain cream and needed to use the bathroom. The girl told me the bathrooms were out of order. I hate being lied to! They had at least 6 employees with no bathroom? BS, no way will I ever spend a dime in that store!
