I love CVS- don’t get me wrong. There’s one right next to my school and I go often. They do have a problem with stealing- I know someone who does steal and she got caught. But they treat everyone like a thief. I recently attempted to check out with a bag of chips, and went to the farthest one because the others were occupied and a couple were not working. The lady (who by the way is hovering over everyone) told me to go to the manager for stealing. I was about TO CHECK OUT. Don’t treat everyone like a thief 👍 everything else was fine

Worst CVS ever! I reserved vaccine appointment at 5:50 pm on CVS website and drove 20 minutes to there. The employee of CVS pharmacy is rude, ignoring my questions. They said my vaccine appointment is on minutes clinic instead of pharmacy . So I checked in on kiosk of minutes clinic instead. I waited for another 20min, no employee showing up at all. Then I saw the board with conflicted hours hour, one says 7pm the other says 5:30pm. WTH, my reservation is at 5:50pm when employees already off work!?Don’t come here!!!!! Ever!!!!!

I am a regular CVS customer and find it easy to shop for whatever my needs are there. From time to time I need assistance and the person that checks me out is very helpful. His name is Alan and whenever I have a question about the pricing of an item I chose he always takes the time to explain what I may be confused about. His attitude is very helpful and friendly and that is somewhat rare to find today in many places.He is special and in my opinion and asset to this store.

Took them 3 weeks to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover the rx while I waited and kept calling also it's been my experience if you don't pick them up right away they get lost in their system and they are rude and uncaring and lazy about looking and will tell you they don't exist.Today I ran in to pick up some eyebrow razors and toner everything is all locked with a red locking mechanism you have to wait for a clerk,I just don't have time for that crud .I left my basket in the aisle and walked out lol bye-bye CVS.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes for a rude CVS employee to ignore everything I said and transfer me to the minute clinic voicemail. Then it turns out the minute clinic doesn't actually get the voicemail I left.Lots of folks here that aren't remotely interested in being helpful, good luck.

I WAS SO SATISFIED WITH MY HELP THERE AT THE PHARMACY. AND ALSO MY CHECKOUT WITH MIRNA.. SHE IS SMART, SUPER HELPFUL, LOVES HER JOB . CARES THAT I GET THE BEST OFFERS WITH MY COUPONS AND CARE CLUB,EXTRA CARE $. overall she is a 10plus. Sat around for a scheduled appointment in CVS for over an hour, checking in three different ways, no one showed up to give vaccination.My wife went to CVS to get our daughter a vaccination which she made an appointment for.1. Got a text to check in, so she checked in using link in text message that went to CVS website2. Site said "Thanks for checking in, please go to the pharmacy".3. After 20 minutes of nothing happening, she waited in pharmacy line to get help, they told her they checked her in, go wait by minute clinic4. Sat at minute clinic for 10 mins, and then someone came out from minute clinic and said "did you check in"? She said yes, but they said you need to check in at the minute clinic. But, she did not have a confirmation number. They said, "wait here, someone will be with you from the pharmacy, I promise"5. After 20 more minutes, no one coming out, she waited in line again at the pharmacy. They said, "oh, that person went on break".6. My wife then gave up.Side note: See image attached on how easy it is to use the CVS app, just a small booklet of info on a poorly made sign to show you!

Jayden. The cashier was not very helpful, he ignored customer in front of me when they asked him a question. He put someone elses rewards phone number for my purchase which I dont have a rewards number and it showed on my reciept. I dont know if he used his own to get himself coupons but I found that strange and see it as a lack of integrity.

They say they’re open until 8, but (rudely) turn away customers during business hours claiming they’re “too busy”… Need to update their business hours clearly. Definitely avoid this pharmacy. Rude and Worthless…

I have been out of my medication for almost 2 weeks. I called this cvs because my other pharmacy does not have brand names? I was told the cvs pharmacy could do it. I called and OMG! THE RUDEST ROTTEN PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE! He said he was to busy to pull the prescription, insisted the doctor call him, on and on. I hung up on him in tears. I was a loyal customer years ago, it has changed drastically. I hope they do close, and after looking up the news online, it will happen.

The girl in the pharmacy is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I wanted to confirm that there were no child proof tops on my medication. I started to open the bag to check and she refused to let me open the bag. She said the bag couldn't be open in my presence. She took the bag behind the pharmacy counterto open them. Then she told me I had to speak to a pharmacist. I said I didn't need a consult and she screamed at me that I had to speak to the pharmacist. She was shaking and screaming shocking everyone in line was in shock at her anger. Very bad store.

Been trying to contact the pharmacy for two days via phone and it has not been picked up once. What a joke. Pharmacist are incompetent. Take forever to fill, are rude and unhelpful when asked for help, and actually refuse to answer the phone. I called the line once while in store waiting for my prescription and just watched them ignore it. Getting my meds from Walgreen from now onUpdate: same issue. Truly egregious.

I have had generally good experiences here. Given my age on the elderly side, I avoid going in, so they bring medicines to my car in front, they have my credit card on file. so it is fast and friendly. When I have trouble with prescription it is usually because of the insurance provider or I waited too long to ask Dr. for refill. these days the manufacturers run out. You can avoid lines by watching time of day. It is a big commercial company. You get the effects,. the people try their best I find, are efficient and friendly. Problems come from being controlled from Headquarters and their policies. When I run into problems it is usually policies set by CVS central or the insurance company.

Update to previous. CVS pharmacy just sucks period, every location. They literally cannot count days on a calendar. For the last 15 years I have always refilled my prescription every 27 days. This last year has been a huge hassle. Sometimes they fill it 27 days sometimes they tell me it has to be 28 days. Ok so it’s 28 days, fine. Then you factor in some months have 31 days and then I have to wait 29 days regardless if I point this out or not. When I point this out the the woman’s response was “it doesn’t matter. You dont need your refill yet.” When I need my refill is not relevant. What is your policy?! If it’s 28 days then fill it in 28 days. They just decide to hold your meds because they can’t factor in that some months have 31 days. Having a one day window to manage your schedule is ridiculous. And not sure why but it’s just the women who are rude EVERY TIME. I’m over it. I’m done with the rude pharmacy staff and inconsistent policies.

Nothing says 'we don't want your business' like a multi billion dollar corporation that is unwilling properly staff the checkout. I waited at an empty checkout for several minutes. When an employee finally did arrive at the checkout they shooed me away to the back of a line that had formed while i was waiting for the clerk to arrive.

Today my niece who is a US citizen had an appointment to get the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine at this store. We were attended by Miss Lee at the pharmacy and she was requesting my niece social security in order to get the vaccine. I know as a fact that this is not a requirement according to health department regulations. We even show this lady the US passport card because we felt she was racial profiling our niece and she said she can’t do the vaccine if she doesn’t get the social security number. We left and walk away the building. Something is very wrong here, I hope someone in the upper management take care of this, and give us an explanation of this absurd situation.

The Pharmacy here is HORRIBLE. The pharmacy technician Mariam couldn’t speak English well enough to decipher what I was saying. She couldn’t find my prescription even though I had called and it had been filled. I asked to speak with the pharmacist directly and she pulled my prescription up no problem! CVS should not put people in positions where they have to communicate with the public if they are incapable of doing so!

I had to go back multiple time to get my prescription when I had my wisdom teeth taken out. I was in so much pain. My entire experience was very unsatisfying. I would recommend going to the CVS on Highway 101

Great selection and great staff! Maria was incredibly awesome. She went out of her way to help us by looking for a product in the back. She found it and helped us save money. She is one awesome employee. Overall, I had a great experience at this store.

Just spent 30 mins driving to two different CVS that say they are open online through Google and CVS website. Both had the wrong hours. When I asked why someone doesn't change the Google hours the manager said " it's been like that for 3 years, just have to call them and tell them to change it" and I said ... "Haha why don't you call them then"?... And he gave me a dirty annoyed look and straight upignored me hahaha.... I mean I get it your tired and want to go home but it's only 11pm not 2am or something ... Or I don't know what's going on in someone else's mind... Maybe CVS employees arent getting paid enough cause they seem to treat their jobs like a nightmare.

CVS management has instituted a policy whereby employees are encouraged to rat out other employees who are not being "inclusive", whatever that means. This is right out of the Soviet Union. I hope this place goes out of business

One star is too many. We have chronic problems with the pharmacists at this location. They are unbearably rude. We have been on hold for 40 minutes, then walk in, while on hold, and find them doing nothing. They are artful in their demeaning toxic responses.

This place always has a long wait for prescription refills. More than 4 hours today!!! I feel bad for the poor girl behind the counter! She was the only one there. They are in desperate need of more parmacy staff!Edit: when I returned there were 7 people working. It took them 6 hours to fill my perscription... that's absolutely ridiculous!

This CVS doesn't answer the phone and they constantly put on hold. It's frustrating and honestly time consuming.
