I am a travel nurse with two awesome Siamese cats. I wanted to update their supplies and Unleashed came highly recommended from my patients. The sales staff was very helpful in their honest opinions for my needs since my cats are not just stay at home, they are on the road in my van with me. The new litter box and supplies work perfectly. The dash sleeping pads are great and the toys are so much fun for them. Prices are surprisingly low and the choices and quality is outstanding!!!! I LOVE this store. I love this place. They don't always have everything in stock. The store is a bit small, but the staff is always helpful and knowledgable. On my most recent visit, we were assisted by Eliza, she was amazing. She answered all of our questions, when we couldn't find the food our dogs love, she went to the back and came back carrying 2 30 lb bags. I have never felt ignored or like I was disrupting the employees. I am honestly not a huge fan of corporate stores and prefer to keep my business local, but this store has won my business. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the vaccination clinic at Petco in Simi Valley, CA. From the minute I walked into the store to check in and pay to the time spent with the vet and her assistant we were well treated. The only thing I wish I knew in advance was what the prices would be as these were not available until check in. My dog already has her appointment for her follow up on one of the shots. Great service

Great store, and the staff is really helpful. They carry great brands of dog and cat food. They do have cat adoption from a local selter. We adopted 2 cats and they are the best ( pictured below)

I can say without a doubt that I received excellent service while I shopped here today. When I entered the store an employee named Deni greeted me and ask me if I needed any help. This made feel very welcome which I appreciated. I was looking for a quality cat food for my new kitten that I got a couple days ago. Another employee named Gabi offered to show me some of the best options they had. They were explaining to me what was the best food. What I really liked was the fact they explained to me in an easy to understand way so I didn't get lost! They then checked me out at the register in a very efficient and kind manner. They were very excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store if they want the best service a pet store can have.

The manager, who I believe to be a young lady that is there every time I come in and who appears to be training other employees. During my time shopping the manager was more interested flirting with the knew hire than helping me with my shopping needs. This did not bother me until she started displaying her poor attitude.I felt like when ever I asked any questions regarding the stores products, I was met with a smart a.. attitude that I did not appreciate while she was mostly engaged with the knew hire joking and having a good time while I was struggling . She is extremely knowledgeable, but no one wants to deal with attitude. I was gonna leave a 1 star but because she had such great knowledge to give me and has helped me on several occasions, when she wanted too, I leave a 2 star. Unleashed is an absolutely great place to shop besides there un pleasant manager.

Stopped by this place the other day and color me surprised, this store's pretty great. All the workers really helped me out with my dog who has a UTI. Special shout-out to a guy named Aiden ( and his based hairstyle) who made this process go by faster through his recommendations. If I remember, there was another worker named Gabi who helped me out pick out some treats. Very kind and helpful. Yeah for sure this place's pretty great if you wanna get stuff for your fur baby.

My dog was not doing well with a new food I purchased . The manager said he could not help with the return and refused to help because I didn’t have the bag for the food …went to another pet I they returned it with no problems !

Smaller shop! Lots of friendly staff working that will go out of their way to help! It's closer to the road side of the place near the entrance closest to the highway! I drove past before finding it! Lol

Staff was super friendly. I bought a new brand of treat for my dog, unfortunately, he didn't like it. They took it back without any hesitation and issued a refund. I ended up buying his usual treat. Great customer service.

I've been very disappointed by them. I just came in, wore my mask and asked for help. The girl didn't seem to want to help me, backed even further from me. She told me where the product was and didn't show me til I walked away from her. She walked on the other side of the isle, stopped short of the isle I needed and pointed. I still couldn't find the item and it's very hard to bend down when you're pregnant and not feeling well. Then at checkout she acted as though I had leprosy! I'm wearing a mask, there's a divider between us...why do you act as though I'm deadly!?!? She stood far away from the register, scanned my item and dropped the receipt on the counter for me the whole time she stood far away from me. Customer service was extremely lacking:(

I like the people working here, they are very helpful and happy.The store was clean, organized and has a good selection.The prices are very high here. I actually started laughing when I saw dry dog food for $79!😂😂😂 I could buy groceries and make organic food for my dogs for less than that. Canned cat and dog food were also very high.

Stopped by today to pick up a gate for my new puppy. I brought the puppy along to try to get her socialized.The 2 staff members there recognized she was shy and spent nearly an hour with her, socializing and giving treats. It was exactly what she needed and I cant thank them enough.I wish i had caught their names so i could do more. The man who helped me spent all the time i wanted telling me about different food and treat options for the puppy, and offered i come back whenever so the puppy can socialize more.

Always find what I need for my two dogs, and the staff as always so kind and helpful. Almost every time I enter the store, someone asks me if I need help to find something. They have a wide food selection and many toys and tools to help owners with dogs of all sizes.

Everyone here is so helpful, professional and kind! Always a smile and greeting when you walk in the door. More businesses should take some pointers! They also take donations for dogs and cats for the shelter in Simi. Anything you don't use anymore, especially beds, towels, and toys. I think it's wonderful to help out the less fortunate fur babies who haven't found a home yet.

I was impressed by the pet products I found there. Product are more high end pet foods more natural pet foods but also higher end pet products such as dog and cat leashes toys and specialized products for your pets.There are bargains such as a 40 Lb bag of kitty litter for $14. Over all loved the store
