Ever since the new owners took over, this place has been going down hill fast. I went to buy some beef jerky and was shocked to see that my total for TWO beef jerky sticks was $12.85. Each one was 5.99 before tax. They were literally the smallest beef jerky sticks in the store, not a large or jumbo size, the smallest ones. Absolutely ridiculous. They used to be $2 to $3, now they’re double. Go down the street to the local Mexican restaurant and get a taquito meal for $11. A whole meal for less than what this store is charging for a snack. I will not be returning until the prices drop or, and more preferably, we get new owners that aren’t this greedy.

The old owner here was awesome. Unfortunately they got a new owner in the past few months and he has absolutely jacked up all the prices. He has gotten rid of all the groceries. FYI gas here is now fifty cents more expensive than anywhere else in the valley. This guy doesn't care about us locals. Do us all a favor and shop somewhere else so this guy gets the feeling that we aren't happy and don't want his overpriced garbage in our town. Praying that he doesn't last and we get a good owner in there again.

If you are stopping by to pick up groceries for camping, you will be very disappointed at what you find here. The greedy new owners have turned it into an over priced garbage dump. Stock up before you come up. Gas is also highest around. Very sad.

Good place to stop before heading to Lassen National from Tahoe. Small place, only 4 pumps. Restroom was clean and well-stocked.

Nice store almost at the T of Hwy 49 (going north). Coffee’s good & first place I’ve found that carries Dentyne gum.

Had a flat on my motorbike and just barely made it to this place. They had a good compressor at no charge and everything I needed to fix the tire. Best of all the prices were great for a place somewhat in the middle of nowhere. The cashier lady was very sweet and reassuring, made a panicky moment much better. Very nice restrooms, too. I'll always stop there now when passing by.

They have a great old fashioned air pump - perfect for filling up tires after off-roading. But you do have to go into the store to ask for the nozzle handle. And be sure to get gas or snacks while you're there to say thanks :)

Stopped by for gas. 6.00 ga at the time.It's the only available petrol for at least 30 miles.Put almost 8 ga in. Filled the bus up. Not too bad from the lowlands....A beautiful drive. Never made it inside the store. We got what we needed.We had everything else. #Lovinavwbus

Got gas here and gas prices are always low in comparison. No other gas stations for 20 miles either way so get gas. Cute quaint store and great customer service. Prices are the same as other stores and restrooms are always clean and stocked.

great little stop on our camping trip. the people were nice, and they offer customers some complimentary 'critter' feed for the goats, donkeys, and cow that they got out back.

The staff is friendly and it's a decent spot to stop after a ride through 89 for refreshments. There's not much parking and there's only 4 pumps. Not a great spot for vehicles with trailers.
