Brandon is great with my dog and does an excellent job grooming her very long hair. He calls me on my cell phone when she is done so she does not have to wait in a cage to be picked up. I highly recommend this groomer, and he is not the first one I have used!

We live in Monrovia and make the trek to Sierra Madre because Brandon and Yvonne are THE best at taking care of our Duchess. We are amazed at the softness and shininess of her coat. And they obviously love her. Duchess doesn't itch or have skin issues due to the quality of the care and love she receives. Thank you thank you!

The absolute BEST nail clipping ever, plus every attention to detail with ears and teeth cleaned not to mention a great wash. I've never been disappointed and I drive quite a distance to have Brandon care of my dogs.

They're amazing and always take care of our dogs. We used to take them to another place in town that always sent them home bleeding from their nails clipped all the way down and felt no need for an apology after multiple times. We're so thankful for Dog Wash America. They always come home so clean and clipped without a nick and they are always so friendly :).

Ive had a few major issues with this place. its only one gentleman (the owner) that works all day, everyday. he rushes through all his work and constantly injures dogs. he put a whole in my dogs chest about the size of a golf ball with his electric nail clipper, and he didnt even mention anything when i got there to get my dog. He just took my payment and tip.... i found out when i saw blood off my dog on my car seats, immediately drove back to confront the owner.I also heard a few other terrifying stories through the community which have occurred by this groomer, which made me write this review! Other great groomers in Sierra Madre or drive a few mins to pasadena for grooming. This owner is dangerous with his tools!
