I took my dog diesel here today and they did a really great job! He normally has really sensitive skin and always has some sort of rash on his stomach, but after taking him here his rash is almost complete gone! Thank you 😊

My dogs love going to the groomer and they are all smiles! Bosa & Sherman love Aaron they say he is the best and we agree. 👍🏼 They both are always groomed to perfection and Aaron does an excellent job grooming them 👍🏼

Go anywhere BESIDES Lucky Dog. We caught the female groomer absolutely screaming at the top of her lungs at my dog and other dogs TWICE. She is very aggressive when she thinks no one is watching. IDK if she’s Colin’s wife or what. When my dog was just a few months old puppy, Colin kept him for 7 hours, and 2 hours past closing!! What?! He keeps him for 5 hours regularly which is ridiculous. I also caught Colin putting a muzzle on my dog, which is fine but he never told me he needed to/was doing it, and didn’t address it when he saw that I saw it. The last time we took him, he was locked in some other dark room, not the kennels, it was weird. Colin also refuses to do inside ears and anal glands, so if you want that, can’t get it here. He also forgot to call me to tell me he was done with my dog a couple times and so he had to stay even longer than the 5 hours because we live 30 mins away. Colin also lets his dog (and other dogs) run rampant around the salon and the salon is very hot.

Recently moved to the area from Monterey County. Was very sad to leave our long time groomers by the coast. Began asking around, finally had a co-worker tell me about Collin and his crew. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my little 19lb "pound puppy". Perfect Summer cut with all the details usually overlooked by other salons. These guys will be my go-to groomers from here on out! I have been taking my dog Max to Erin at his previous job for over 5 years he is the only person that Max will let trim his nails. When I found out Erin opened his own shop I followed him to Lucky Dog again with no disappointment. He did a great job, the price is right for a great team of professionals. Lauren groomed both my Shih Tzu and Bichipoo and it had been three months. Lots of mats even though we washed and brushed them. She did a fantastic job. We are very happy. All the groomers are heavily booked though. That's what happens when you are good. Thanks Lauren. 😊

I waited a couple days to cool off before posting this review. I took my cat for a grooming appointment at 2 pm and was told it would be 2 hours, maybe a little longer. When I didn't get a call after 2 1/2 hours I drove up to see what was happening since it was close to 5 pm. My kitty was wet, shivering, in a cage, with a box fan blowing on her. The owner, Milane must have been having a bad day. She was irritated and said she hadn't had time to start on my cat because there were too many dogs that day. No one's fault but her's for overbooking! I told her I was angry and I would just take my kitty home. She had no water or litter box since 1:30. Milane was running around like a disturbed individual. When I came in she had her back to me with ear phones on. I watched as she pushed and shoved a poor little dog around. When I made my presence known, she almost threw the poor little guy into a cage. I didn't know she was the owner so I asked who she worked for. She said, I own the place so put it on FaceBook. Wow!
