Took my 10 month old dog Sheldon to a hair cut and full grooming here. We had a very good experience and liked the look on Sheldon after he was groomed.They did a fine job and charged nominal. They were friendly on the phone and in person. It was an easy grooming appointment for us and if I ever visit Sherman oaks again, I would definitely bring Sheldon back here for his grooming.

My dog was licking her paws all day and I finally noticed blood on her paws. My dog’s claw was almost entirely clipped off. The other claws were clipped down to the red part where I could see blood still dripping out. Will not be taking my dog here ever again. I contacted the facility and the guy I spoke with didn’t seem to care.

Friendly place. Good cat food options. This was also the only place able to trim my agressive cat's claws. Other groomers and vets say she'd need a sedative but they did it quick and painlessly without one. Total pros

My first time at any groomer. I have a long haired cat that can be very skittish around new people. They definitely took good care of her, even though her hair cut was a little shabby. I think it was probably due to my cat wiggling and being scared since it was her first time.

Absolute amazing experience with these guys. Love to support local businesses, especially places like this who are doing such a great job! My anxious pup walked right in after his first appointment and let the groomer pick him up no problem! He's usually weird with everyone but me. Our new spot for sure! And a great price for Sherman Oaks.

This guy saved me a vet visit. My dog had a huge hard to get out Matt between the paw pads that was red because she had been chewing at it. I tried to get a vet appointment and couldn’t. He knew exactly what he was doing. He wasn’t ruff with my dog. My dog has long quicks I had been taking her to another groomer that was barely trimming any length off, this groomer trimmed her nails not to short but didn’t leave them long. He knows what he’s doing.

My grandpa dog is so grouchy when it comes to getting a bath and groomed. He also has skin allergies. They recommended a Cocoa Tar bath which has helped him tremendously. They are always available for an immediate appointment when I call and they are all extremely nice. The price is great too- very impressed :)

A disaster. First, I have been going to this shop for over a year. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of service, and the owner never remembered me, or my dogs, but, I overlooked the lack of connection and customer recognition, as they were quick, and as I don't like my dogs caged for half a day, I compromised on the quality. I always parked in back, and walk Ventura for the couple of hours it takes to groom my two dogs. That is, Until the Last Time... I came to pick them up, and the owner had towed my car for parking in the lot. It cost me $220 to retrieve my car, his attitude was, it's too bad, you shouldn't have parked in the back. I asked for a refund, he said 'No Way'! It was 100 degrees that day, I had to get a ride with one of his employees in a car with no a/c, and two hot, panting, freaked out dogs... Second, Before this last incident, I had dental cleaning for one of my dogs who has since lost three teeth from an inflammation contracted by the technician there. Learned Lesson! Worst experience Ever!

I take my two cats who are very afraid of people and crazy noises so I was a bit nervous leaving them but they did amazing my cats were calm and they even sent me a video so I can be calm at home. Love love love! They are they best with nervous pets!

I had been going here for over 12 years. I had another dog before this one. The service had been steadily going down hill with girls working the desk who don't know anything. I took my dog today and they left himin a kennel for 2.5 hours. We ALWYAYS get a rush through and pay more.When I called to ask when he was done (it wasn't the time he said, not even a rush through) they hadn't even started on him yet. He said they couldn't start for another half an hour. I went and picked up my dog and he immediately got home and pooped and peed and was so releived to get out of there. They are the worst. Don't go unless you want your dog traumatized. The guy had a really bad attitude about it as well. Stupid.Small businesses go under all the time. They just lost a customer, and I'm telling everyone I know.

We have been taking our dogs here for years. The employees love the animals, prices are reasonable. Our dog recently had his teeth cleaned there and they are pearly white now.

These guys are great I've been taking Bella my Himalayan/Siamese cat here for many years I do a great job wash her cut her hair and do her nails, kind of like kitty spa day.

have been going here regularly for 8 years to have dogs nails clipped and they are always gracious and fast. Dog doesn't seem too traumitized when he's done! Prices reasonable as well

They were awesome when it came to giving my cat which is a short hair a shave. they shaved him just right and gave him a lion tell and beard he look so cute and his fur feels like a mink coat I kid you not and he smells so good. A bit pricey but it's coolThanks guys😍😍😃😃
