This location is not so good even the light of the logo is not working he literally go inside half of the store empty and there’s a bunch of different brands that they don’t carry by looking from outside I thought is it going to be a big store with a bunch of different options but it’s an illusion you going to the store and you see like a very small store. The workers in the store are nice that’s all.

Grooming customer service poor! Never answer the phone. Due to my dog breed I have to call every time to book. By the time I can get someone to answer they’re always booked out a week ahead. THEN they tell me they can squeeze me in at a particular time and when I show up they then proceed to tell me “other appointments took longer than expected and our groomer still needs to take a lunch, can you wait for 40min?”Why not call me back ahead of time and tell me this information. I don’t have 40min just laying around in my day after I’ve already scheduled this last minute because YOU said you can squeeze me in.Lack of accommodation for long time consistent customers and lack of pro active awareness.

The sales staff here is very nice every time I shop, they are all friendly and super informative. The only issue I have is that the hours on the store say that the groomers are open until 6, the website and the app both say you can do a walk in until 6 PM. I’ve gone to this store multiple times and no one is ever in the grooming area. The staff says oh well they didn’t have anymore dogs so they left. Then they need to change the grooming hours or change the website to say that don’t take walk-ins. It’s very frustrating to keep going to this store that I frequent a lot and can’t get my dog’s nails trimmed.

Good selection of products. Like most businesses now, they are understaffed. 1 register with 7 people waiting to check out.I do like their service though. Away from the terminal I was asked if we needed help locating anything.

Staff was extremely helpful when I called to check inventory of a new food my dog is eating. Drove 15 mins to this location and was also told I could have placed it on hold. Will come back when his food runs out!

I like the sales. When they have sales it's always a good idea to stack up. This PETSMART has friendly employees who are always willing to assit you should you have any questions. My experience has always been positive.I believe PETSMART has better prices on dog food than other similar stores.

The clerk was really helpful. I brought my dog for her tenth birthday and she had fun picking stuff out. They have Harry Potter toys. So cute!

The customer service was first rate. The sales associate took the time to understand what my needs were and really knew the store inventory. The groomer was both kind, professional, and experienced. The prices were reasonable. I'm glad I found my regular groomer!

Went in there to get some bird supplies because I tried online and even though they have it posted it’ll let you take it to your cart and then once you get there everything is out of stock why even have it on the website if it’s not there so I go into the store and there’s 10 rows of supplies for dogs,10 rows of cat supplies and 1/16 OF ONE SIDE of a row for birds Change the name to catdog mart!!

I purchased a Top Fin fish tank for my kids about 4 weeks ago. I went in to buy new filters and was told it was out of stock. I tried searching online and apparently the same filters are out of stock everywhere. I read the reviews on the product and this has apparently been an issue for at least 7 months. Why are you continuing to stock a fish tank if customers can’t buy filters?! I’m scrambling around trying to figure out how to not kill these fish so as to not traumatize my children who have been taking cafe of them every day. This is totally unacceptable.

I had an appointment to get my 3 month old puppy to get groomed by Giselle after waiting a week and a half. Once we arrived Giselle started saying that all of our pups vaccinations are expired when in big bold lettering is states it expires in 2023. Then she started saying that our pup needs to have the rabies vaccine when in fact only 4+ month old puppies can get them and keep in mind our dog is 3 MONTHS. I asked her what her store policy is about the rabies vaccine and she said herself that only 4 months or older pups can get it. I was telling her first, our vaccinations aren’t expired and that he can’t get the rabies vaccine because he isn’t old enough yet, but she refused to listen to me or look at my documents for my dog. She then told us to get out of the store when all we wanted is to get our puppy groomed. We went to HealthySpot instead of PetSmart and they groomed our dog without any problems. She could of handled it better but she is so rude. I recommend not getting your dog groomed with Giselle! Trust me!

I went here trying to find a soft sided carrier for my dog, it had to be able to fit under the seat on an airplane. I explained this to the young lady that greeted me and she was very helpful in helping me find a suitable carrier. I was very happy with my experience at this location, keep up the good work:)

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, I was in a hurry, I ran thru the store got what I needed and I did not even have to wait in line. The cashier was very very nice, he said he just started.I really wish you carry a vegan/vegetarian dog food option.5 STAR SERVICE.

Past several times I have been here the staff are having personal conversations during the checkout process. Today they made a rude comment about the previous client who had just left the store right in front of me. Very unprofessional. I wonder what they said about us after we left. Won't be coming back here and suggest you don't either.

This is the worst pet grooming I had ever visit ..They canceled my dog grooming 2 times, and third time I arrived for my dog appointment was told my dog is not perfect fit to get groomed at this store..I asked for answers why they did not tell me this when we spoke in the phone and groomer did not have answersHorrible customer service

Cynthia, the manager when i went was extremely unprofessional. Especially during this pandemic she was not wear her mask right and refused to put it on right when i approached her about it. The store seemed like a messed and the employees there were just chatting with each other when i was ready to ring my stuff. DO NOT shop or bring your pets there to get groomed.

I'm not really sure what to say about this place, it's a PetSmart. We took our puppy in here the other day to walk around and maybe meet some new dogs while we were getting a bag of puppy chow.The puppy is super cute so she got a ton of attention from other customers and staff in the store were great. The pup got a bit too excited playing with one and peed on the floor a little bit and the employee was happy to clean it up, I mean I don't know if they were actually happy but they really didn't seem to mind which was awesome.

Says online they had Jonny cat litter in stock and when I WENT there they said they have never carried Jonny cat. Maybe I should be rating the internet but I doubt it. It says “update today” and “in stock.” Phooey.

Just your typical Petsmart....although this one seems to be out of a lot of things. I prefer to go to a different Petsmart or Petco becsuse of the terrible traffic in this area. Dont go during rush hour afternoon traffic.....you wont be able to get out of the parking lot!

Small store. They don't carry much product. There's only one register open so there's always a line. Sometimes there's nobody at the register. Parking is crazy. There's a rude older woman who works there.
