I have been their customer over 15 years. They are very friendly. Usually Stacey was my groomer. She did such an amazing job but she is retiring. Now, Lisa is my groomer. She knew her for so long but she has never groomed my pup. She also did a wonderful haircut for my new pup. Thank you Lisa.

I’ve been taking my dog to AJ’s for 2 years. However the last time I took him, they didn’t cut his hair right and worst of all, he got fleas! Now I have a flea infestation in backyard because he brought fleas home from this groomer. I’m sure he got it there because he came home that day with fleas and we didn’t go anywhere after the groomer. I wasn’t going to leave a review about this but after over a month dealing with a flea infestation in my backyard because of the irresponsibility of this groomer, I’m frustrated and upset about this. Needless to say, we’ll not be going back to this groomer.

my dog Lexi is better now thanks to A J's Pet Shop & Grooming! We took her today and she looks adorable! they even added cute little pink ribbons on her head :D if your dog/cat seriously needs grooming, i recommend this place!

Aside from a minor scheduling issue, Lisa and her crew really take great care of my dog who is older and finicky. She comes back looking and feeling great and happy. They clean her foot pads of fur so she can more easily get up (she has arthritis), and also clean her teeth, glands, ears, and trim her nails. I'm so grateful that they are able to work with her at her age. For that, and such a nice cut and wash each time, they have earned my 5 star rating.

I have been a customer of AJ's on and off over the years. They do a fantastic job at grooming making sure to get into all the different areas that need attention. I have an aggressive corgi/chihuahua mix and even then they do a great job.

This is the first groomers where my dogs beg to return. I work in the neighborhood and had a horrible emergency. Now every time we walk past, they want to go in. And it's not for the treats. (Due to allergies, they didn't get any.) At the last groomers they never wanted to return. Here, the cuts looked great, but the fact that my dogs love it, is why I'll keep going back.

Very rude customer service discriminated against my dog. I have a bull dog who is a well trained service dog. I was about to schedule an appointment to have my dog groomed, and was told to go wash my dog my self becouse my dog may have aggresive issues. I was embarrassed and shocked that they would say that about my dog.

Today,I was denyed a service from a lady that works for this company, because she gave me hirable directions,and when I pointed that out ,she said she won't service the dog. I will go somewhere else!

Horrible service, these guys don’t care about their customers, I make an appointment with them one time, I show up the doors were locked stood for 10 minutes and left.
