Walked in today because I spotted a cool one gallon water bottle with a easy carry handle.. the price said 1.99 I bring it to the counter she rings it up 3.99 so I explained the tag on the shelf says 1.99 she walks over after being on her phone checking she sees it says 1.99 then she's back on the phone trying to get an approval.. after walking out then back in to speak to the manager.. his first few words were and I quote.. Any Normal person ... I about could have smacked him... In case he doesn't know That's not only an insult it's descriptive and suggestive.. then his last words were he doesn't care if I go write a poor review after looking I see why Another Company that cares nothing about what the public thinks of them.. At only 20 review's and 2.9 star's Ouch .. yeah now it makes sense ... In case he wants to know how a manager handles this.. LISTEN Up .. Yes of course sir we will be glad to honor what We Posted on the shelf and we Apologize for the Confusion... Gee that would have been so tough... Now How did your Attitude and piss poor Management skills work out for ya

I have not used the pharmacy services yet but in general I always find good prices and quality of products. It is a very complete store with friendly staff.

Store is ok but the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Customer service is very unprofessional. Refilled my prescription Wednesday the 17th, went to pick up on the 20th. The girl said sorry we put it back it's been over 10 days. I was like no its been 3 days here's the text and the scan code. She's still like yeah because it's been over 10 days. Am I crazy or isn't that just 3 days. Very unprofessional. Will look into another pharmacy

Very limited inventory, ails crowded with what seems like temp. Workers very rude and lazy, won't move to let you get to your items. It's happened to me constantly.

Was using this pharmacy because it’s the closest to where I live. I requested a refill for my prescription on 05/01/2023 and hadn’t heard anything back. I called on 05/10/2023 to check the status. I was told that the order was not put in and it would take an additional 9 days.When I asked the Rep why I wasn’t contacted regarding the delay or the prescription not being put in, the rep asked me what my phone numbers was. This particular medication is time sensitive and the pharmacy failed to provide. The staff is argumentative and rude. I would give it negative stars if it was a possibility

This store used to be my go-to! Always had their inventory stocked, very clean, and professional. The manager miss Debbie and shift lead Vince were always polite and quite efficient. However, the store has definitely gone downhill. I had a bad interaction with the pharmacy staff and when I tried to bring forward a complaint against a tech (Blanca) the store manager (David) completely waived me off. He was condescending, dismissive, and visibly irritated with me asking to speak to him. I waited 10 mins for him to speak to me. Time during which he assured me he would speak to the tech about the situation but during our interaction he completely passed blame on me for the way I was treated by HIS pharmacy staff. The ACTUAL pharmacists (Pharm Ds) are professional from what I have experienced. However, their pharmacy techs need to speak to people in a better, more compassionate manner. The blatant unprofessionalism and condescending attitudes led me to switch pharmacies all together. I refuse to even shop at this location for a soda. Avoid it if you can! Drive down the street to Rite-Aid or go to Kingsburg's CVS because this Walgreens is NOT it. AVOID THIS STORE and its rampant unprofessionalism!!!

they don't answer the phone in the pharmacy. Then when they do answer they are very rude. Always have to drive to the store to refill the medication then go back 2 or 3 hours later. Skip using this pharmacy an use a different one.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I was on hold for 27 min and drove to the drive up window and someone was just on there phone while the I was still on hold. First and last time going here

I’m amazed by the quality of photos they think it’s ok to give to someone who’s paying for these. The prints I just ordered need to go straight to the shredder. Terrible quality and they did not show that they would be low resolution at the sizes I printed. Also, the pictures all have white printer paper showing despite that I cropped them to fit the order size. Such a disappointment yet again. I would not suggest printing your photos here
