If I could give them 0 stars I would. The amount of unprofessionalism by vet is very disturbing. I took my dog in, afraid he may have an allergic reaction or mange. The vet did in fact “think it’s mange” we asked what we can do for him. He insisted we put him under so he can gather more information from him. Which I think is just a money grab. He didn’t prescribe my dog any kind of antibiotics or anti-itch medicine or something to help my dog. He again insisted to put him under. I left this office with no prescription nodirection. He seemed to think I wasn’t able to afford this for my dog stating it’s $800 to put him under and so on and so forth. Not to mention he’s giving me a quote about something he may or may not have. He seemed to just want a buck out of any knowledge he could give me. I was set to get a call back to perform blood work on my dog. I didn’t hear from his office and each time I called he wasn’t available or wasn't in the office. It took only 2 days for my dog to unfortunately pass. This is a reminder to all. Please do something in life that you’re passionate about especially spending so much money and time on an education. Love what you do and take pride in what you do!

Don't bring your pets. You bring you pet with bllod from a cut and they won't bandage your pet since you cant pay for surgery. So i get to leave with my dog having a open cut without bandages.

My injured dog needed to see the vet. I got him an appointment the same day. I took him in to see the vet. I told the vet tech that my dog had been crying in pain and walking in a very hunched manner. When the vet came in, the vet looked at his ears and his lower back where he had some hair missing and determined that he had a yeast infection in his ears and alopecia on his back. My dog did not have alopecia on his back. What he had was an allergy to flea bites and he had chewed his hair out. I tried to tell the vet that he had an allergy to flea bites to which the vet didn't want to listen. He prescribed some ear drops for the yeast infection in his ears and gave him a flea pill for 3 months for the fleas. He did not assess or inspect my dog's neck and shoulder area, which is where his pain was at. The doctor prescribed gabapentand ostefan for pain and anti inflammation. The vet did not perform any physical examination to determine the extent of my dog's pain. I was charged two hundred and twenty four dollars for the visit, including a twenty seven dollar office visit fee. Four days later, my dog was still an excruciating pain and crying out from the pain which the medications were doing nothing for him. I requested another visit seen as the vet didn't address the issue the first time we came in on monday they got me an appointment on friday. During the second visit, the vet actually did a physical examination and then informed me that an X-ray would not show anything that he recommended a CT scan or an MRI or both to determine if what he suspected was IVDD. I can't afford a CT scan or an MRI. But he decided he was going to charge me $250.00 just for of a referral for a CT scan or an MRI. I can't afford either of those exams so I elected not to have them. When I pushed the vet for better medications for my dog. He did not prescribe anything more than a muscle relaxer. I had read some articles that said vets sometimes to treat IVDD that vets will prescribe short term use of prednisone. I read up on the dosage for my dog's weight and happened to have some prednisone pills. And I used those to treat his issue and he actually showed great improvement. But when I asked the vet, if he could prescribe prednisone for him so we could use the prednisone instead, because it works as an anti-inflammatory. The vet refused because I never went to get the MRI or CT scan. This is NOT how you competently treat a patient. Is it not a doctor's job to listen to the patient, or in this case the owner? My dog is still in awful pain, since the prednisone ran out.

This is by far the most reasonably priced pet clinic in the area. They were also the only ones open this Christmas weekend. Our dog needed anesthesia, stitches, pain meds, antibiotics, and a cone and we were only charged $590. I would recommend to anyone who needs emergency pet care

I recommend this place. The guy at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. It's a very clean place and they are very good with my dog. My baby sleeps every time she gets her shots which is helpful for me Lol! My experience today was good other than the mix up about a rating that I didn't post. To set it straight this is a good place to go and I even had my daughter take her dog today. We are very happy :) we will keep going back because the front desk guy he was very respectful and that's major points.

I took my dog Nala in and they were able to accommodate us despite them being really busy. The assistants were professional and explained everything in great detail. Everyone is friendly, and the office is extremely clean. I will definitely be going back and recommending everyone I know to go there.

Needed somewhere to go after both; Kingsburg Vet & South County Vet couldn't accommodate same day service for my ruptured eardrum. Clinic was clean inside and out. Great customer service from all staff. The Veterinarian took us back right away. I was relieved the entire bill was under $50, for everything! Terrible customer service, unprofessional, pricey and bizarre scheduling process. I called to schedule my pup for his second round of vaccines-confirmed a morning/date/time for a couple weeks out. I show up and they say I don't have an appointment. In fact, they don't make appointments in advance. So why was it confirmed that I can come in at a specific day and time two weeks ago? To boot, the guy's response was that he can get me in later because I would have to see the doctor. I said no, and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I went straight to another clinic, who took me in, a tech administered the shot in/out. No doctor. I feel like they just want to charge you as much as they can-once got a reminder to come in so they can administer my cats topical flea treatment. Yea right. Terrible experiences here. They have the attitude that my business isn't needed, so guess what, they don't have it.

I was desperate for a Vet to see my dog. He was in a lot of pain and need attention. It was Friday after Thanksgiving and couldn't find a Vet that was open. They took him in within two hours. I had never been there before and don't really know if they treated him for the correct thing, but it got him through until he could see his regular Vet on Monday after the holidays were over. I must thank them very much. You apparently must have an appointment in order to be seen, but I had no trouble getting one so we got in right away. Call first!!

Here your pet is in good hands, with a staff that is not only courteous but will asset your pet in their needs along with the practice of a great doctor, who is knowledgeable and very helpful to your pets health.

Reasonably priced veterinarian services. They have always been able to get my dogs in quickly. It's clean, and doesn't smell bad when you walk in like some other places we've been. The only thing I didn't like is that a female staff member told me you can't schedule appointments ahead, you have to call the same day. But then a male staff member was able to schedule my dogs ahead for immunizations. Not sure what that was about. But everything else has been a positive experience.

This guy clearly doesn't know how to run a business tells me to bring my dog in knowing. He's a pit bull. Then when I get there says he can't look at him he needs to be put to sleep. Probably should have notified me that before I took the day off and spent half the day waiting on my Appointment Honestly one stars too much.

They let me come in at the end of the day for my dog, and took such good care of her. Dr. Singh explained everything so well and really helped is in making future decisions for how to best help our little one. He even called us on his day off to give us the results of the tests they had done.The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My poor dog got into the trash and ate some ‘butter’. I called Selma Pet Clinic and they fit me in. They went above and beyond with what they should have and I was very appreciative. Then referred me to Emergency. I recommend them for your pet needs.

Okay place. Got me in same day...wanted a wellness check and some flea meds for my new dog. Price was reasonable but they literally had my 70lb dog inside their office for less than 5 minutes!! How can a wellness check be done so quickly? I still got charged for it though...not sure I'll bring my baby back.

Very fair and affordable prices, but no sacrifice in quality. It was just as good as any vet visit quadruple the cost. Assistants were very courteous and helpful. The vet is a no nonsense straight to the point guy which isn't a bad thing. He tells you what you need to hear whether it's good or bad news. He's not out to nickel and dime you or upsell you. He gets you what your pet needs and that's it. Clean inside as well. Has everything you could want from a vet so I'll be coming back and I suggest you do too.

Took my puppy to this place, he had parvo. I had two options, he stays there with IV or take him home and care for him with meds. I took him home because they do not staff at night and the thought of my sick puppy there alone frightened me. The girl that informed me of how to take care of him was awesome and thanks to the advice she gave my puppy survived. It’s been a rough 6 days but he started eating on his own this morning. The only thing I would like to see is home instructions on care written down cause it’s a whole lot of information to take in at such a stressful time . I will be taking my puppy back there for his vaccinations when he gets fully recovered Thanks Selma vet clinic for helping me save my puppy’s life

I took my dog there to get her spayed. They were very nice, clean and thorough. I brought her in just to do a pre-op appointment and they got her in the same day. They really took care of her. She even left there happy so I know they were good to her. The price was a little high but worth it.

Been there twice. Once to get my dogs teeth cleaned (they desperately needed it) and another times to get their nails checked out and trimmed. Always had good service and always great prices. Good staff who truly care and the place smells nice and clean which is always a great sign. My dogs are normally terrified of vets. While they are definitely not happy-campers and nervous the quiet low-key environment at this small vet really helps them out (as it's not busy and bustling. A much needed quality service in our community
