Linda and Raj are always so sweet whenever I pick up my medication. They always greet me with a smile and hello. My medication is always ready on time. Honestly I continue to receive my medications at Selma Rite Aid pharmacy because I know Pharmacists like Raj care about his customers at the Selma location. And because he works with great nice amazing people like Linda.

Ridiculous long wait for prescription to be ready!. I been waiting for 7 hours for my prescription. I went in to see if it was ready and it wasn't. They told me that they didn't have it in stock . THAT They had to order it! Why did they wait until I went in to let me know. Now I can't call the doctor office to let them know to send my prescription to another pharmacy because they are close. This is so frustrating!!

I will give only one star, I called today .spoke with Indian pharmacy staff, she is very rude and very impatience to listen anything . wants to hung up on me . I asked for refill prescriptions ,she told me they just refill last month and if you needs more supply , you have to call the medi-cal. I never heard about that to call the medi-cal by patient for refill . then I asked to speak with pharmacist , she stated Raj is not here , call tomorrow morning but when I insisted to speak , she gave phone to pharmacist . pharmacist seems very helpful and filled the prescriptions without asking anything else . this is not happen first time ,anytime you deal with her , she always impatience.

Beware Scam!! I picked up medicine from here girl checked out. medicine scan and took my sign at check out.And second day I did check medicine and found 1 miss that's strong pain killer my parents ask me "they did check your ID ? I said no because this medicine can't pick up without id. Then I went to over there and told them but they said you have picked up and we have your sign I said believe me I don't picked up that medicine and no buddy check my id no allowed without id. Here working man raj start language like ready for argument not for solve problem.then he said we can check camera I said sure.do it right now. Then he said manger not here we will check tomorrow and call you. Then next day evening I call and asked them" you did check camera? They start argument and said we no need check camera you have already sign for picked up. raj said we will check camera so why not you checked the camera I can't change or edit in camera in your spot so be careful some expensive medicine they can scan and take your sign, so guys before you leave the counter make sure what they did scan and what giving in your hands God bless you

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are the absolute worst when it comes to getting you your prescriptions in a timely manner & the customer service is just horrible. This location specifically has been giving not only me, but also other members of my family so many problems. Today i was on hold for almost 45 minutes just to get told they’re not working on my medicine! I never want to come back here again & I hope anybody reading these saves themselves the trouble of dealing with this place. They will only give you headaches & stomach ulcers lol

I’m glad that my prescription was ready within the hour that my doctor electronically sent it, I understand sometimes it can take a while.I went inside the store as I was going to buy stuff as well, I went to the pharmacy first and there wasn’t a line or anyone when I got there I walked up and asked how the person at the register was doing, she just ignored my question and just asked for my information and was overly trying to rush me as I was trying to read the questions on what I was signing off for, telling me to press the top button and then press okay she then asked for the pharmacist and said no questions although never been asked if I had any, which I did have a couple, I’m glad the pharmacist was able to answer my questions though. As the pharmacist walked off she just left my prescription bag on the counter and walked off, she didn’t even give me my receipt. I understand we all have bad days but, I myself being in the line of working customer service don’t take it out on anyone, I like this pharmacy and have never had a problem, one person can really ruin the experience and mess up the whole image.

My doctor successfully sent two prescriptions but right aid only received one. So I had to call my doctor and have them call in the prescription which added an additional 30 min to my wait. Right aid also does not call out waiters by name they call you then you get to wait in there long slow moving line

They are extremely slow filling prescriptions and do not answer their phone. They always call me a day after my prescription has been filled. My doctor sent my prescription from the ER at noon today and still nothing at 5 pm. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a prescription.

I used to get my prescriptions here, which means I've spent hours in this store, waiting on a prescription that should take 20 mins to fill.While I'd give the pharmacy a 1 star review, the rest of the store is great. They have great deals and everything one would need out of a Rite Aid(excluding the service in the pharmacy).

I think that the direct pharmacy hours should be listed on the site on line and announced when a person calls so it can be cleared that the pharmacy has its own daily hours. I just went to pick up my ill child’s meds and they was closed do to improper hours Specifications. It needs to be clear that only in sore hrs are from 8 am til 10 pm daily.

They are absolutely the worse pharmacy to go to. They never have anything in stocks they tried to make pay 80 dollars for an inhaler that I paid 10 dollars for a month ago for my child. The customer service is horrible the service is horrible find another pharmacy Don't waste your time here!!!

Always a great place to shop for little items needed. They do have a dollar section and those as seen on tv items. Pharmacy can get busy at times but it's not always bad. If you use your wellness points you ca. Earn good discounts.

Most of the pharmacy staff are friendly. But there is one gal there (Hispanic) that is all ways rude. I have had problems. My husband and even my sister. Sister turned her in but I guess nothing was done. If you don't have to deal with her it would be a pleasant experience.

I'm giving them 2 stars for the experience I've encountered with two employees and it doesn't involve the rest of the staff. Ive been getting my medicine from here since 2011 and the staff is usually friendly except for the oldest Indian male pharmacist and one employee. He doesn't let you talk when you have a question and talks over you so it's hard to say anything to him. I'm a female and I think that he doesn't appreciate me asking or saying anything to him. I'm always respectful and courteous to him. I've come to believe that he doesn't care to hear females! He makes it so difficult to get my medicine on time and I've come to believe that he personally does this to me on purpose? Is it because I'm female? I think so. This is America and I respect all beliefs but not when an employee belittles me at a place where I'm giving them buisness. I've asked to talk to his manager and he stated to me " who's my boss, I am the boss" ! He's very rude and cocky and he should not talk down to women !!!!

Came in around 6:52pm and there is a lady picking up medicine at the pharmacy without a mask on and she's coughing, pharmacy staff at the pick-up counter is not telling her anything and it looks like they know her cause they're having conversations with her. What kind of pharmacy doesn't enforce the mask rule?!

My family has been exposed to Covid. Yet, all pharmacies or healthcare centers, within my area, have no availability for an appointment or otherwise for a Covid test. The closest testing location is Carson City or Las Vegas. Will the California government pay for my gas?

Do you remember Thrifty Drugs and their hand dipped ice cream? You can get Thrifty Ice Cream here and at most other Rite Aids. The store is clean and well lit. Great variety of merchandise. The best thing about it is you can actually get a hand dipped ice cream cone at a surprisingly affordable price!If you haven't tried it recently, treat yourself to a Rite Aid ice cream--especially during this hot summer.

This is B.S., I dropped off a refill at 10:a.m. and their dr. Electronicly sent a prescription in at 11:00a.m., and the pharmacy still hasn't filled either of my twins prescriptions and refills, mind you one of my twins has chronic asthma and they both need their med .Looks like I'm finding another Pharmacy!!!!

I have the flu and Dr called in several prescriptions. I called about an hour after i got home to see if they received the fax. Linda told me yes they dis but they wouldn't be ready till after 6pm. I asked if I could get them sooner she said no. It takes them over 8 hours to fill prescriptions that have been faxed in. I think its time to change.

I would give them a zero the reason being is because we ask for help and the first I ask for help point at another coworker and she said the other worker was going to help me really thats not customer service bad service you don't like your job find something else

Not happy with service, straight up. Slow. To get something transferred over is ridiculous how hard to call the other rit aid next town over to verify? Not friendly not helpful. Dont accept the RX coupon as well.
