Do not go here. I brought my Scottish terrier here last minute for a groom before family pictures and could not even have her in the photos she looked so bad. Her beard and skirt were uneven and much shorter than I explained I wanted. They also completely shaved off her eyebrows when I told the lady at drop off not to touch them at all. They have still not grown back over 2 months later. I was also quoted 3-4 hours and it took over 6 hours for my dog to be ready. The worst part is they cut her ear and did not mention the injury to me and I did not notice until I got home. My dog was embarrassed for several weeks, she knew she looked terrible. Will never be back.

if i could give zero stars, i would. we had an appointment we scheduled days in advance for our dog for 9:30am and we waited 5 HOURS! they eventually called us around 2pm and said they can’t fit our dog in the schedule??? apparently they had our dog sitting in the travel crate we brought her in all day long without any food or water! they didn’t let her out to use the bathroom either!to the owner: my grandma’s caregiver yelled at you because this isn’t the first time an appointment at your establishment has turned into a 5 hour wait. next time you get a complaint, don’t try to manipulate the situation through a pity voicemail. we understand that you’re “only human”, but that humanity of yours also needs to be applied to the animals put in your care.

Don't bring your dogs, they keep raising prices every time you have your dog groomed. For my little Pomeranian is was going to be 75.00. I would have rated 0 stars.

First time going to a groomer, got my Lil guy bac and they shaved his whiskers off. I called 10 diff groomers, and 10of10 said, "Why did they do that. Will never go bac.

My dog had a great experience at Lorie’s. Great price for full groom (she had a very shaggy coat that had not been washed in awhile) nail trim and flea treatment. My dog seemed happy and healthy afterwards, she was treated well and looked great.

Excellent service! Lorie and crew did an amazing job and worked our furbaby in at the last minute. Life saves! He looks great, smells great, and he was smiling when we picked him up. Can't beat the expertise and professionalism that these guys give! Shamus and I really appreciate the Pet Palace treating every canine like a King!

Today was my first time ever going to Lorie’s. I called early and was advised I could come in at 1045 as a walk in. I called back and asked if I could bring a second dog. The scheduler said yes. I called and said I could find a leash and was told they would help me when I arrived. I found a few purse straps that worked after all, but will still happy with their offer. I called back and asked if they took cash only or cards. They were so sweet and never seemed annoyed with my multiple calls. My PJ (female Queensland) and Teddy (male Yorkie) look great. They behaved well which tells me they weee treated well. They came home with cute bandanas around their necks. The accommodated by last minute scheduling, an additional dog and I know they worked later than planned to take care of my doggies. I greatly appreciate it!! :) the prices were absolutely fair and actually a bit lower than expected. The fun, hot pink building is just a bonus.

THEY ARE RUTHLESS WITH NO-SHOW FEES!Be careful with appointments here. I had 2 occasions in which an emergency came up and couldn't take my dogs for their appointments. As such I was distracted and simply forgot to call (my life is hectic). To my surprise, I found out I had $60 in no show fees waiting for me. To top it off they notified me after I dropped off my dog. A $45 grooming cost me over $100. I couldn't see any fees posted inside of the shop, if they are there, they are not easily noticed. The worst part is that later that day, we lifted off the "free scarf" they put on my dog only to find it was being used to cover a major cut they neglected to inform us of. The fact that they tried to hide it is morally reprehensible. I will never take my dogs there again

I had my daughters dog on a leash and I was explaining how I wanted him to be groomed. Not a poodle cut, but want his fur all the same length. Without my knowledge another girl went to go pick him up from behind. With out talking to him first. It startled him and he gave a warning. Any one who knows about dogs know not to pick up a dog from behind and not to talk to them first before picking him up. When I picked him up he had a poodle cut and I paid a lot of money for a cut I didn't want. I went to Arevalo's K-9 Korral and she fixed it I didn't want to take him back to Lorie's because I wasn't pleased with the service and the girl didn't seem to know how to handle a dog.

This place is first off very rude to their customers and second they over charge my 10lb maybe less short haired chihuahua is being charged 40$ for a bath and brush which is ridiculous! I could have done it myself less then that. By the time my baby comes home he’s spooked and stressed out.... i took him to a groomers in Kingsburg DPG they charged half that price and he was happy and relaxed....and she wasn’t rude to her customers.

These people obviously have no regard for the pain they cause your pups when they're grooming them! My poor german shepherd girl is a rescue and has been through so much already and it upsets me knowing that they didn't care to be careful with her. She has open wounds all along her back and tail because of Lories Pet Palace Dog Grooming. She's been in so much pain all because of the people here, we can barely even touch her without her crying. Do not bring your babies here!! How could they be so rough with a helpless dog.. so upsetting!

We have taken our Puppy Yorkie's, more than 10 times and each time have found the staff to be polite and thorough with their Care. If I would be asked to rate any problems, my short answer is, we all have room to improve daily. This establishment has a lot of potential and I have faith they will be better and better each time.

My dog was there for more than 5 hours without water or food. And they did not wash or clean him how they were suppose to, he's still have dirt on his back meaning they did not scrub him right, he's still have hair on his stomach and they didn't clean his ears. They also charged me extra $10 because he kept rolling over in his belly while they were trimmed his feet. To finished off when I picked him up I noticed he was a little itchy so when I got home I checked him and I found fleas. When I called to let them know that he had fleas they dined it and refused any service.

I didnt like thte fact that they cut my Shitzu's hair to network of the thinest hair cuts their is and also I payed for them to untie my dogs knots and they just cut it all the way. My dog also came home with a cut under her right elbow with that elbow being hairless also.I would give it a one star

super rude workers. I took in my Jack Russell for grooming and when I got him back his ears were still dirty and he was bleeding from when they had cut his claws. If I would have know this would happen I would have just made the time to do it myself at home. never going to this place again.

We were loyal customers for a couple years thrn one day we wrnt to pick up our dogs and they said we owed them money for not calling in to cancel a couple months back which i didnt know about and were rude about it. We pd and never went back.

Please! Please do not go to this place!You will regret it! They do extra services that you apecifically didnt want just to over charge you!Why would you want to do wrong to people? What is the point to over charge people one time and not get returned cliets. This is so wrong! Never coming to this place everrrr again. I read alll the bad review before going and still gave it a try. Dont make my same mistake!
