We stopped in looking for a very specific item which we did not expect the feed store to have. And we were right. They didn't have it. That being said, this place is just awesome.You get to shop in a real "mom and pop" location, and the employees are just as cool as anyone could ask for. Super nice guys and we spent about 30 mins just browsing around. We did find a few things to pick up while we were there, so it wasn't a failed trip by any means. I will definitely be back. This is a much better place to buy pet food than Walmart.PLEASE BUY YOUR PET FOOD HERE AND NOT WALMART!!!BUY LOCAL!!!

Great service here. We buy our hens here great quality hens laying eggs. The chicken feed is well priced and there is a lot of variety. They load all heavy items into your vehicle for you.

Elm Feed store in Selma is a great place to get all your pet needs. They sell a variety of high-end pet food that you cannot get anywhere else in town. They also sell live chickens, ducks, turkeys and have a variety of canaries and other birds for pets. they also have a section with a variety of gardening tools. The staff here is so nice they go above and beyond and they always load your products into your vehicle for you. I give Elm Feed five stars for their outstanding service.

Great customer service but the food I bought for my boss's peacocks had bugs in it. Peacocks actually do eat bugs,but since that wasn't what we paid for.Not sure if he threw it all out but I did inform the store and they weren't overly concerned.

The staff is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I buy feed for chickens. They have chicks, poults, chickens, pidgeons, and parakeets plus a good selection of everything from food to supplies. They also have an equine section. It's a one-stop shop.
