The Sebastopol store has been my local downtown market since before it was Whole Foods. In recent times the service is such a complete bummer. The new staff are rude, condescending and act as though they are doing you a favor by being there. It's always been a quirky market but I am trying my best to Not shop there. It's worse than ever!!!! In the world of high groceries this store makes you feel worse by their vibe then the cost of goods!

It's a good stop to pick up things on the go. I'm not a huge fan of Whole Foods anymore in general, but the employees are very friendly here and the store has all you need in a smaller Space

Loved this Whole Foods! Stayed in a town about 30min away (Bodega Bay) and came here for a few days worth of meals. They had everything we were looking for (good selection of frozen meals, tons of local produce, great selection of snacks), and the staff was so friendly. We even made a friend at the cheese station!

I have known this store since before it became a Whole Foods years and years ago. It used to be a great local health food store but after acquisition by Whole Foods they stopped carrying so many of the health food brands that we know and love in favor of 365 products predominantly.They do have a good meat and seafood selection but today we went in and were shocked by the young guy working in the meat department (young hippy-ish guy) who simply should never work in customer service. I’ve seen him there multiple times and his attitude has always been poor, but today was over the top. He was super rude - acting like we were disturbing him with our 100 dollars of meat purchases... So sorry to ask you to do your job.He was terrible. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.I used to shop exclusively at this store but have transitioned mostly to Oliver’s and Pacific Markets. But after today I won’t go back to this WF again. Crummy product selection and the meat department with this guy there is unacceptable.

I REALLY hate the self service check out!!And why oh why are the cashiers Always yakking with the cashier that is checking out my purchase. This is been the case for a long time now. I have to interrupt them (and they act like that's a problem) to ask a question or for my receipt. This is really getting old!!

It's a smaller Whole Foods. Which means it doesn't carry everything you might want that you can get from the WF in Santa Rosa, but there are alternatives. The hot bar breakfast burrito was good. Cashiers were kinda rude. Just had an attitude vs being friendly when checking your stuff out. Overall not a bad store, but just a heads up to people who never been to this one before, it's just not yhe same as the coddingtown store.Good for a pinch though.

Hate to go into this store only use it as an emergency. Just this morning I got screamed at by a man serving at the deli. Imagine that yuck energy going into your food.This Whole Foods has the rudest staff of any Whole Foods I have ever been to.Unfortunately the next nearest one is 8 miles away. Guess they have a trapped audience so that they can be as rude as they like.Managers do nothing about it. He’s got free range to act like a jerk.Thank goodness for Community market

This store is great. Feels more personal and intimate than any other Whole Foods. Plus, I've noticed some items are now comparably priced or even cheaper than Safeway, believe it or not. High quality products, especially produce! Having worked here, I can honestly say the inner workings are just as wonderful as the outer. Staff do their very best to satisfy customers, not only because it is their job but more because they are genuinely good humans. Employees are treated very well and the management at this store in particular truly care about workers and customers. Very much a family feel. A great place to support!

Everything was great. Luckily very few customers were in the store, so I could get in and out quickly. Its a small store, so sometimes it can be too crowded. Today was good. Freshly made Dungeness crab cakes were awesome!

Love this place. Some people call it whole paycheck. But for me I can always find good deals on everything from veggies and fruits to canned goods and frozen foods. Your paying for quality. Also its part employee owned, and i find happy helpful employees there. Once again quality. And what's not to love about a place you can find raw organic turmeric at

Having recently undergone a renovation, this little store is better than ever. That said, the store is LITTLE, so don't expect to find everything that your regularly-sized Whole Foods store has. Cashiers are mostly friendly and the store is always well-supplied (with those limited items that they do carry). Recommended.

This is a great Whole Foods that retains a neighborhood feel. It's smaller but that is part of its appeal. The produce department is stocked with locally sourced fruits and vegetables - in the fall I can count on finding a wide variety of delicious local apples and in the summer local peaches and nectarines (Dry Creek!). Friendly staff round out the experience.

The manager of this store is rude. I tried paying for the usual meals I get in Santa Rosa only for the guy to accuse me of stealing some food I never eat! He did get on his knees and apologized

It's a good WF! Everything you could possibly want, sourced carefully, grown organically, and prepared deliciously on-site. Easy in and out except the parking lot can be chaotic-- not their fault but they somehow attract the worst drivers.

Small store in Sebastapool. Salad bar is not open, but the hot food bar is open. Plenty of wines available, since winery's are all around here. Very scenic and plenty of green. Coastline is not too far away either.
