The best feed store in the county, neigh, the country, neigh, the world!!! The customer service is always top notch, they're helpful and knowledgeable and always have something nice to say. I buy all my feed and supplies here too run my horse rescue.

Over-priced but that's not the worst thing. The staff are unfriendly mostly. There are a few quality people there but the cashiers are just oddly rude, especially the older woman with the ridiculous nails. I feel like she wants to scratch my eyes out if I ask too many questions. She's mean, and doesn't seem to like her job or the people she's supposedly serving. Impatient, condescending and very, very unfriendly.

Very nice store. It's a bit pricey but it's a local family owned business so I'm happy to spend a little more. They have a large variety of feed for a wide range of animals. The bedding is pretty standard straw, pine ect.. I was hoping for hemp bedding but will continue to get it through Amazon.

Western farm was closed so I gave this establishment a try. Probably the Rudest service I've encountered in sonoma county and the pricing is way above the standard rate. Maybe I'm just getting old but I've always been under the impression that you're not supposed to feel like you're a burden as a customer.

No matter where in sebastapol we end up, my dog will drag me right in the front doors of the feed store. We went there ONCE. And now we have to go there every time. The staff is so nice. Their products are legit too -- they have really good quality brands for a really good price. Highly recommend. If you ever get lost I'll lend you my dog. She will lead you there - hahaha

I really like going to this feed store for 2 reasons. Their customer service is above average for this type of business. They are very friendly and can assist you with different products because they seem to know their stuff. The other reason is they have such a variety, a kind of multi dimensional inventory for humans and animals! Its a fun place.

The customer service was absolutely horrible, I had been into this store one time before & I had a friend in town and wanted to show her how cute the stuff is that they have. We were approached and the employee was absolutely disrespectful. I will be taking my business elsewhere, it is not pleasant to spend a day trying to shop local and support the local businesses to have our day ruined by ridiculous snarky comments.

The feed store has everything I need for my fur baby Oliver and my flock of 12 hens. Staff is amazing and super helpful. They also have some household goodies to decorate, great place to purchase gifts from 😉 I highly recommend this store.

Last Sunday I drove into town from my home on the coast....got there just as the store closed. The 3 women working re-opened the door and allowed me to get the pet food i needed. They didn't have to do this. Knowing the distance i drove, they went above and beyond. Customer care is a priority at this feedstore, and I am so grateful for this. I'm hoping the owners know the high quality of their staff. Professional and excellent people skills....a winning combo!

Very nice feedstore, with a good selection of products some of which are frequently hard to find. If you don't see something you need, ASK! One of the friendly staff will help you find it, or suggest alternatives.

I went in to stock up for my new doggo...with a list and a great deal of excitement. Marcus got into the spirit, looked at a photo of doggo, walked me around finding everything. The store is well stocked and this staff member was helpful and happy and encouraging!

They are always friendly and order things for you if they don't carry them.Huge emphasis on dog and cat food, but I guess less people have horses these days. Still building their inventory, so you can make product suggestions. Prices a little on the high side, but they are a smaller store and cannot carry the volume so it is understandable. Support your local business--you save on gas.

This is the best Feed Store. I just love to go in here. They have a great selection of feed, toys(for animals), and household items. This is a must to put on your list if you haven't already. The owners and staff are wonderful. So glad to have my own personal Feed Store

Tony the owner is amazing. I asked about soft dog food for my 13 year old border collie. Tony was nice enough to give me a generous sample of some. They have gained my business. I will be driving in front windsor to buy all my supplies. Thank you Tony and staff.

great selection of MOST of the Top of the Line Names Brands. Now, this review is coming from a Cat Breeder. I know Dogs as well, but Cats are my schtick. Large space for a lot of Overstock. These guys know their Community and what they are asking for. This is a *Must Stop Shop* if you LOVE YOUR PETS, as One of the Family. Give the Love Back to them Fur Babies, as if they were you're blood, and stop on in, too see their selection of Food, and they even have some Toys and Healthy Chew Treats!

I get my chicken feed here. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry all kinds of feed...horse, dog, cat, chicken, goat. They also have toys and accessories for dogs, cats and horses. I have bought several hats here as well! If you're looking for chicks...they get shipments every few weeks in season.

The quality of their goods is unsurpassed and you can depend on the consistency of the name brands they feature. The Feed Store carries feed for all your various animal stock and/or domestic pets you may have acquired during your adventures here on this earth including parrot feed even thou they do not carry the essential larger parrot toys.
