One of my favorite cafes I’ve visited!I love the calm vibe here where there’s plenty of space for people to engage in whatever they want to work on. There are work lights provided upstairs as well. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is really good! The hot maple pecan latte blew us away! Perfect for fall vibes 🍁. The location is really sweet too, right next to couple other nice spots!!

I just wanna take a moment to update my review, there are new baristas who are doing a superb job under the new manager, I think her name is Bonnie and Will (and his brother Jack), I may not have the names right but my point is this is excellent service, and they have the best baked goods and nice food choices, toast and other delicious comforts. In my opinion they are far superior to the previous team, the drinks are made quickly and efficiently, and the atmosphere is always pleasing, even when it’s busy. It has a wonderful upstairs option, in addition to a terrific outdoor option, the reason I’m writing this is also because there are now a couple of Starbucks in this town and addition to Retrograde and Hardcore and other coffee options, and I’m not putting those down, I’m just saying, after eight years here, which has been Bi-Coastal for me, this is my go to place, and like a fine wine it’s only improved overtime, I really appreciate this place and the staff and let’s not forget the coffee, there are many options and they are all delicious. Finally I love the glass mason jar option if you’re staying, in addition to the traditional cup and saucer. I also like that my receipt is emailed to me, as long as you use the same credit card it will recognize it, you don’t have to put it in each time.

Taylor lane offers a warm and inviting atmosphere upon entering. With the smell of roasted coffee and delectable breakfast goodies, it only gets better with the delightfully courteous and helpful staff. I always look forward to a relaxing visit enjoying a rich chocolaty mocha with a ham and egg sandwich on a soft buttery croissant. I adore my mornings driving here from Petaluma to appreciate a wonderful book complimented with a delicious breakfast at Taylor Lane!

One star simply because the coffee was extremely bitter and had to be softened with sugar and cream.Same goat rock I make at home that tastes wonderful there, so had to be grind or some other prep issue.Venue is pleasant.Service was very slow with no line.

The last few times Ive came in my coffee has had a weird flavor. Specifically the last 2 times my coffee was undrinkable. I used to come in 2-3 times a week but I noticed the coffee starting to take a down hill turn this spring. I understand business can go thro a rough patch so I have just been coming in less frequently hoping things will get better eventually. But today I received a coffee that is impressively terrible. Not sure how or why there is a fishy flavor… food is always good but I am disappointed the coffee isn’t what it used to be.

Coffee here is really good , but the staff is incredibly distracted …Ordered a breakfast sandwich, waited , then they called me to tell me they didn’t have ham , then they changed it to the avocado toast , which I said it was perfect , then waited , they called me again to tell me that they “found “ some ham , im like hmm I think I will stay with the avocado toast ..waited again , they called me AGAIN, with the wrong order …The fact the a customer has to wait for such long time , and continuing to get wrong everything, it’s just unsettling.

Second time we've visited here (from SF). Had a cappuccino last time and a golden milk (i.e. turmeric) latte this time, just to fit in with the hipster kids. Both drinks were delicious, and service is on point. They do 6oz cappuccinos which is unusual, and very welcome in a world of oversized drinks. Really nice aesthetics, cute loft area. Definitely the place to go for coffee in Sebastopol.

One of my favorite places to be as a local Sebastopolian. Everyone here is friendly and greets you by name once they know you. Favorite Items: Black Iced tea (exceptional if you are an iced tea connoisseur), Pumpkin Chai Latte, and Almond Butter Banana Toast. The almond butter toast is addicting! Lovely cozy atmosphere to boot.

80% of the time I come here they have some reason they aren’t serving food. Either they ran out, they don’t have enough people, they’re too busy, the kitchen is “closed”. It’s very frustrating. On top of that, the people working there are not even apologetic. They’re obnoxious about it, as if I’m asking too much by ordering food. It’s ridiculous. Very poorly run place.

The ambiance definitely deserves a 10/10, but the coffee is very expensive and the wifi is too slow to be useful. This coffee spot mostly just makes me miss the old Sebastopol, pre barlow.

The atmosphere is cool and the lattes are pretty smooth and tasty but only 3 stars for the wait time and prices - 15 minutes and $11 for two 8oz lattes.

The service is great, the coffe and atmosphere is wonderful as well! I’m a little surprised that there isn’t a compost container for customers to put our food containers. Paper products cannot be recycled with food product on it and it’s a California law to compost. Please Taylor Lane give us a compost container!

Can’t beat the other reviews but great tasting coffee, beats all the coffee chain shops hand down! Come taste the difference. The location is roomy, light and such a great place to sit. Am here at 3pm on a post-summer Saturday and there are still several spots to sit - it’s so peaceful!

The best possible place to drink coffee in Sonoma county.A very relaxed atmosphere, eclectic music selection, a downstairs/outside patio and an upstairs area with long tables to study or get extra work done with friends and colleagues. This is a place to make new friends/network. Plus you can't go wrong with any of their drinks. But careful. The coffee is strong ;)

I love this place. LOTS of indoor/outdoor seating, even when it is very busy you can always find a spot to sit. Great place to meet with others or do computer work (lots of outlets). The coffee is great. Local pasteries and usually have delicious gluten free and vegan options, too. Service is excellent! I come here often and I have never been disappointed.

(Formerly Taylor Maid) Same great coffee, new name. They have room enough on the front patio rhat you can meet a driend for coffee and still maintain physical distancing. Staff are friendly & courteous. I didn't buy any bean this time, I just had a large mocha, but the coffee tastes as good as it ever did. I highly recommend this local business!

I'm crazy picky about my espresso and cappuccino. Taylor Lane does it right.Yes, it's expensive. Yes, it's a bit pretentious. But it's never very crowded, its consistent, it's done correctly, and the staff has always had a smile. Can't say much for anything else there beyond some good pastries.
