A gem of a thrift shop. There's more than meets the eye inside here. At first glance it may look like a few clothes and random things, but if you take a closer look there are some quality deals and great stuff. You never know what you will find here. The ladies at the front are super kind and warm and sweet. The proceeds go to a great cause — supporting home health and hospice care in the community. All around a win-win-win!

One of Sebastopols' hidden gems of thrift, this store which consist of mostly volunteers, has very high quality items at unbelievable prices. The store is very nice and the staff works with all needs and situations. They serve the community through being a nonprofit business. I absolutely love that even if donations don't make it to the sales floor, they are still given to the less fortunate in other countries. If you're ever in Sebastopol just make sure to stop by and check it out. Thank me later.

I ❤️ donating good quality items to Sutter Hospice. When donating arrive early! Their general donations hours are 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. But frequently reach space capacity and close donation hours early. Call ahead to be sure.

Great thrift store! We always find something we can't live without. Today, we found a piece of art my mom made and sold 21 years ago! She was so thrilled to have it back, so she bought it and hung it on her wall when she returned home!

Great experience, volunteers so not really retail grade staff, if there is such a thing any more. Julie manages things very well, displays are always neat and the goods displayed and priced. This September will be my 4th year volunteering at this amazing thrift store. I work with lots of kind, fun, and welcoming workers. I absolutely love to interact with the customers because they are quite often very friendly. A store with a large variety of items to choose from, good service, friendly atmosphere, great cause, and reasonable prices makes it a store of paradise!!

I have purchased many items here, but clothing is always a gamble. They used to have 2 dressing rooms available. With COVID, they closed them, but now, 2 1/2 years along, isn't time to reopen the dressing rooms? In spite of my best efforts to judge fit, more than once I have purchased clothes only to find they don't fit right. Pre-COVID I would have given them 5 stars.

This is my favorite place to shop! I always leave happy with my purchases and knowing its toward a very good cause. Jackie (sp?) I believe is the manager and she is so nice and friendly. She spreads her cheerful spirit by being kind to those who work there as well as with customers. She laughs easily and is very engaging with everyone. The atmosphere is very positive and the staff are totally amazing volunteering their time. Thank you to everyone who donates and works there. Im very glad you are in my community. 💐

I have been going to this thrift store for many years, I loved it and their prices. Recently I moved into town and made it a weekly routine to stop in. Up until a couple of weeks ago I was always pleased with the staff and the treasures I'd find. When I went in the last time I was told to leave my purse at the front, stunned I told the lady no! Then she tells me I cant shop there if I refuse to leave my purse up front! Unfortunately being a non-white female this is not my only experience being so blatantly racially profiled. This was humiliating!! There were "white" women with purses the same size as mine obviously none of them were asked to leave their purses! I was told this was a new policy by management because of recent thefts! Well guess what it's a racist policy and if you ask one person you should ask all persons, not just people who you deem potentially criminal! So I have choosen to boycott this store and wish no one else gets as humiliated as I was. Bad, bad policy!! Bad for business!!Update 7/30/19I emailed the owner after they responded to my review, and never heard back...very disappointing seeing as they said they take this very serious!! Way to take responsibility for your business and how you treat your customers!

Had a pile of clothes to try on. They won't let you try them on. Possibly lost an $80 sale, approximately. Unbelievable. Oh well, I didn't need them that bad, just thought they looked cute.

People donate to this thrift store to help them raise money for Hospice. I wanted to buy these glass pumpkins the store had in a case and was told that they were not for sale, they were for display. I am sure the person who generously donated these pumpkins did so with the intention of helping raise money for Hospice, not to use once a year as displays. Egregious!!!!!!!!!!!

An extraordinary thrift shop with an excellent selection, top tier associates and a warm, welcoming environment. My favorite section is the books, which range in price from 50¢ to 2.50 for hardcovers. It is a little cramped indoors but it’s worth every minute of your time, and goes to a great cause. It is to the left of the Lucky’s grocery store and a little hard to notice.

The best thrift store that I know of in the entire Santa Rosa area. Remarkable variety of goods generally very reasonably priced. (For example, I once purchased a $1,200 Hickey-Freeman jacket for $6.) Friendly, supportive staff and volunteers.

I had 4 articles of clothing and one piece was missing a tag. They took the sweater that I really liked and would not sell it to me because it was missing a tag. The sweater was nothing special brand wise. I will not donate to this organization again. They were Super rude had Six people working and refused to price the sweater.
