Decent selection of products and the staff is always is friendly. Pricing is a little high and for some reason whenever I pay cash and hand whoever the money Olivia always puts the change on the counter and shoves it over. It would be nice to have it handed back to me or better yet count the change out aloud or both.Other than that great experience thanks!

Stellar! This isn’t your average skungy dispensary, but rather a spot you’d be comfortable bringing your mom or friends (who might be new to cannabis). The staff works incredibly hard to deliver good service. Their marketing is incredibly on point, and their art direction should a paradigm for the industry. 🙌

Wow! Talk about an amazing experience! Beautiful store with a classic shopping experience. Help yourself with your own shopping basket. Great deals, super awesome staff ( love the gentleman who helped me and gave awesome recommendations) and top shelf quality on all the products we purchased. We will be stopping by whenever we're in the area.

What a wonderful and pleasant dispensary experience. Loved being able to walk through the products at my own pace and the selection and presentation was above my expectations. Lots of options and detailed information including specific terpene content and the farmer who grew the product.I tried the Blood Orange Punch from Alpenglow Farms and it blew me away. Really impressive.

Great cannabis shop for all your needs. The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations. They really go out of their way to not only provide a good tasting strain, but really good highs that are not based on the percentage of thc. Recommended the shop for anybody new or well experienced people. It’s always a treat.

Best dispensary in Sonoma County. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It's probably the only dispensary I'd send people my moms age to because Solful is more than happy to walk you through the products and find you what you need whether your a first timer or an OG to cannabis. Love this place!

My new favorite store! Things are out like a boutique so you don't have to ask to see everything. All of the flower have descriptive descriptions and the place has an easy in and out parking lot. Punch card rewards and specials too.

I usually like going to this location because I usually have a really great experience. So I decided to bring my mom yesterday and she felt like they were following her around and it made her feel uncomfortable. Then when I went into the store no one offered help even though I was the only customer in the store.

The store and staff are some of the most inviting, friendly and helpful you will ever find. They helped me find something to try for a beginner and gave me options to fit my needs. They even have maps that detail where each product comes from to inform you about what you're getting, something I've never heard of any other store doing. This store provides exceptional customer service and a unique store experience by letting you grab products off the shelves as if you were in the grocery store. Even if I didn't return for any products, I would shop here again just to interact with the staff because they were so warm and welcoming.

I went there on 10/8 for the first time....very pleasantly surprised!! It is nice to go to a business that actually trusts you. All the product is on shelves that we can pick and put in a basket as we shop. Very nice staff, this is a bit out of my way but, worth it. I will use this dispensary all the time now. Great Place to visit.

I wish more dispensaries were like this.The staff are all knowledgeable and very helpful.They are a rare exception in that if the product you purchase isn’t a fit you can exchange it for something else.The staff is actually very familiar with the products, the store is clearly organized and they have a nice selection of sleep products.Most dispensaries could learn from soulful.Highly recommend

If you're looking for a comfortable place to explore, browse, and really look at all the creative products and packaging, Solful is the best. Folks on their sales team are kind and helpful. Definitely better than almost any other smoke shop I've been too. The staff is very friendly and even more knowledgeable. This is a place that cares about what they sell you and are know about their products unlike most places. This place is built around helping the consumer, not just making crazy profits. They source product straight from some of the best farms in the general area, which I enjoy knowing where things came from.

This is the best cannabis retailer in Sonoma County. I will drive an hour to shop here. Love the selection and the staff. My man, Connor, hooks me up with the quality every time I’m there (thanks, Connor!). The staff truly has expert knowledge of all their products (they do consultations). And their selection is exceptionally good (esp., Atlas, Level, Kiva and some remarkable flower). Really worth the drive.

My second visit to Solful was just as great as the first. It’s a small great place with friendly and knowledgeable people. Joey knows his stuff, and it’s a lot of stuff to know. They have a large selection with a ‘see and touch’ philosophy. Budtenders spend as much time as you need explaining and answering. They automatically give a ‘you are wise’ discount (aka senior citizen) and they have rewards and return policies. And...they have great products.

This is hands down the best dispensary I've ever visited. Bright, spacious and organized, it's a big improvement over the humid, dark dispensaries I've been visiting for years. Prices are the same as others in the area, but the flower products are fantastic. It's obvious they seek out and create relationships with some of the top growers in the area. Worth visiting for the experience and excellent quality.

I very much enjoyed my visit to Solful yesterday! The space is clean and welcoming. A young man greeted me and was very helpful. He allowed me to smell the products and gave me a brief description of them. I left very happy and am enjoying my purchase as I write😄. I'll definitely be back!

NOT A GOOD EXPERINCE - I ordered two pairs of glasses to the UK. They arrived without protection packaging and therefore were damaged and unusable.I received the order 20 days ago and have sent several emails since for a returns form and postage stamp and have had no response.Both pairs of glasses were bent, crushed and broken, due to careless / non existent protection on an international delivery..I am still awaiting their response and thought a review may speed them up..

Their staff is not knowledgeable about what a legal form of identification is required in order to buy legal cannabis in the State of California. They refused to take my ID because it was not a California driver’s license; I have a government issued ID which is the equivalent to a passport/green card/state ID, they denied 100 times that my ID was eligible until they finally googled about it and said clearly that my ID falls under the qualifying category to purchase cannabis at every dispensary. Matter fact, later that day I went to Mercy Wellness and they let me in with that same ID.Can’t wait to tell the rest of the cannabis growers community about this incident.Update: on September 30th while I was sitting on the parking lot waiting for my coffee, two employees from this location drove by and took pictures of me and vehicle without my implied consent. I will be filing a report with the local PD.
