I ALWAYS find something to read here. This isn’t your run of the mill used bookstore that houses your dead great grandma’s books. This store is impeccably cultivated by an amazing woman. Books are bought second hand from not only people but primarily online retailers. That means this place offers an AMAZING selection at extremely low prices. Most books are less than half of the original price. Brandy, the owner, is incredibly kind and undeniably bright. Again- most bookstores are full of bad books. They’re given to a used bookstore because they are bad and not worth keeping. This bookstore is quite the opposite. I get rid of any books I didn’t like and I have kept every single book I have purchased from Second Chances. She even has a small German section, worüber ich mich wirklich freue!! Much thanks to this awesome store.

I have been loving book stores of all kinds my entire life, especially used book stores. This is the most special, well curated, magical used book store I've ever been in. We always find gems, whether its a super special, unique coffee table book, amazing books for the kids (my 5 and 9 year old LOVE coming here), a best seller I've been looking for, awesome cookbooks, hard to find comics, and everything in between. I have so many special books on my shelves at home that we have found here as a family. The owner is so sweet and helpful, and this is one of those places that warms your heart to walk into if you love books. Highly recommend . . . one of those gems you hope is around forever!

Wonderful bookstore, nice staff and really intriguing selection of books. It's on the small side, but every genre is well represented. Almost always find something unique. A regular stop when I have time to browse. Haven't been in awhile, even better selection, an amazing amount of quality books in a small shop.

If you wander into this bookstore, count yourself lucky! The selection is lovingly and attentively curated by someone who intimately knows the material at hand. There are always some truly interesting reads in here but somehow doesn’t feels as if it’s stocked with “filler”. I have to say the prices are very fair as well.

Excellent bookstore for used books. Books are carefully selected and in very good condition. The store is a very nice environment with a wonderful selection of books. The owner is very knowledgeable and is very experienced. Lovely place to spend some time and find treasures!

Really, really nice, gently used books. I bought three books on my visit, but I could have easily bought ten! Although the books were all reasonably priced, you may want to count on finding a number of books you didn't know you wanted!

Good for the environment. Well organized sections. Hard bound Harry Potter books were there. Some quirky collections noted. Didn’t get to pick anything up but worth the peek.
