I got 6 cookies from this place, a scone, a latte, and two bags of dog treats. I didn't taste anything that I would write home about. The cookies were too soft all around for me and of course, I can only review based off my personal preference and relative to the quality I have tried in that area so still feel free to check it out. I will say that my malamute and my friend's dog did like their cookies judging by the way they munched on them. While they do like most treats, I think it was something new for them.The only gripe I have with this place is that they only gave us 5 cookies instead of 6. I usually take a look at the box but they had it nicely tied up with string so I didn't open it until I got home. On the plus side, they did give us a free cookie to sample so at least we got 6 cookies, just not the one we wanted. The staff also got distracted chatting with a regular customer so overall, it gave off a rather lackadaisical attitude, but not enough that I wouldn't come back if I actually liked the offerings, to be fair.

We had a lovely time! Additionally We got to connect with the servers and delightful Owner! Everything we ate was remarkable! From the Gluten-free coconut bar, to the freshly cooked homemade soup, to the brewed in house hot chai tea and of course the delicious cookies!!! What a Welcoming Family business We will be returning to for now on!

Cookies, smoothies, and baked goods were great. However, was quite disappointed in the green chile breakfast burrito. I didn’t think I was going to get a small, probably microwaved, burrito with a food label 60* ingredients long wrapped around it that says keep frozen for the price I paid.I’ll be back, but can’t say I’ll venture too far from the regular baked goods next time.

Meant to leave a comment as well as stars. Really cute place with very, very delicious cookies and such a great selection of flavors. It's small, which makes it cozy, with some inside seating and some sidewalk seating. Will be back for sure.

Favorite baked goods shop. LOVE this place. I have visited again and again. Their baked goods (cookies, scones, muffins, everything) are absolutely delicious. The number of gluten-free options is wonderful and the texture of those goods is the best I have ever had. I have been living gluten-free for about 5 years now due to severe allergic reactions and I can say with certainty the texture of their baked items is the best I have ever had by a longshot. I have moved an hour and a half away now and I still make sure to visit this establishment every chance I get when in town. Flavors and variety are phenomenal.

Picked up 2 dozen Vegan cookies (chocolate chip, Cinnamon Flats aka "snickerdoodles" and a lavender type). The kids loved them, especially the CC and Cinnamon flats. Thank you so much for have a delicious selection of Vegan cookies! Also, sorry for the late order and thanks for putting the order together on the same day!

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!!Having come to Sebastopol for a day trip, this cafe captured the local vibe of the city and really offered a sweet escape. The apple cider I ordered was so tasty and it was full of flavor from their own custom spice blend they brewed it with. What I loved the most however were the VEGAN COOKIES! I took one of each 3 offered and they all exceeded my expectations. Usually, vegan cookies have a tendency to be extremely sweet, but the recipe at Sebastopol Cookie Company was just right. Not to mention that the flavor each cookie was very noticeable and was not faint at all.What really made this place cozy though was the decor and the staff! The girl that helped me with my order was extremely kind and did not mind answer the questions I had about their products. Knowing that I was visiting the city for a day, she was also nice enough to give me advice on where to find the best souvenirs in Sebastopol.I am definitely coming back here whenever I am in the area!

The cookies, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches are delicious, but the real reason I'll keep coming back is the kind and attentive service. The staff always serve with a smile on and they maintain a local feel. The owner is so sweet and it's obvious she takes much deserved pride in the store.

I stopped by for a quick snack and was blown away! I only got a pear and goat cheese scone, but wish I had gotten more! It was the best scone I’ve ever had! I will be back many times over.

This cafe is worth the trip from San Diego. There you have it, need I say more. My wife had the Rose Latte. Never knew roses taste as sweet as they smell. Thanks for the best start to our day here, off to Bodega Bay.

I am here,impressed with the accomplishments and renovated upgraded menu!!! This place is truly special. It’s always busy, and that’s a good reason to trust it’s worth the wait. Make this location your meeting spot because it’s always Poppin and social;) children, teenagers, parents,-grandmas and grandpas,all enjoy these delicious cookies!People drive from all over the world to come to Sonoma County. Sebastopol cookie Company is one of those places that put it on the map!It’s got the European style, and the americana service. Each and every customer is smiling and grateful when they receive their beverage and hand crafted delicacies to eat.Everything about this place is amazing.The menu has been updated and now serves varieties of healthy Hardy choices;)Sweet treats, or some healthy hearty nutrition to keep you going? I think you should open earlier than 9:00 Am. Most people like their coffee early. The previous owners opened @ 7:00 Am and the place was packed at that time even with retirees! For this reason only, I rated it 4 and not 5 stars. I would like to update my previous post; my husband and I had yummy muffins and for that I have changed my rating to 5 stars. After giving it more thought, I realize things are not normal right now and I have been advised by the owner, Bronwen, they will be opening earlier in the future. This has been one of my favorite places to go and that will continue.

Love their coffee and cookies, but I must comment on our last experience at SCC: while waiting to have our order taken, we noticed a young lady that had been doing dishes in the back come to the front to stock cookies. We were deciding on selections when we observed her placing cookies on display, with no gloves and a wet band-aid on her forefinger. Band-aid was in contact with the cookies being placed out, and we kind of lost our sweet tooth.Sorry, we love your baked goods, but felt you needed to know this. It was a week ago today, 3/7.

I used to work here. Great place and great owners. This shop is extremely clean- I know it because I cleaned it and I have diagnosed OCD :-) Cookies are always fresh, otherwise on sale. Great coffee and I believe the cheapest in town. My favorites are: green chile cheddar scone, cinnamon flat cookie, and a cappuccino from Megan or Ruby! Also note that they do custom orders of all kinds, even on short notice! Love you Maayan and Annie!

Great Service, Great Cookies!I had to bring 30 cookies to an event on short notice. I didn't know what to do because I am a terrible baker. I went down to Sebastopol Cookie Co the day of the event thinking I would get maybe 10 cookies for 25 dollars or so. I couldn't have been more wrong. I bought 3 dozen for around 1 dollar per cookie. these cookies were the size of CD's and had that taste that could only come from quality ingredients and hours of love. I cant recommend these guys enough! 6/5Oh yeah and they do Coffee better than any other place in Sebastopol.-One happy cookie consumer

Stopped by after lunch. Got a semi-sweet chocolate/walnut and a ginger cookie, both delicious. It seems like some people have had bad service, but the two ladies working today were very nice. I would definitely go again and taste another flavor of cookie.

I had a very unpleasant experience recently. I stopped for coffee and a croissant on the way to Apple fair on Saturday. There was no one in line ahead of me and I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant. I got the croissant wormed and delivered promptly, but coffee was not made. I said I ordered a coffee too and the barista said “I will make you a coffee” and then proceed to make the drinks for the guy at the take out window and other people who came into bakery. By the time I finished the croissant (the worst almond croissant I ever had) my coffee was not even in the making. I decided to leave and just walked out of the place. I am still trying to figure out what happened. I realize a business has the right to refuse service, but maybe they should say so at the begining.
