Nice store, today was my first visit. The store was clean and well stocked. Would have been 5 stars but they didn't have any check out stands available. I had to pay top price and do all the work myself. They should offer a discount for being a self-serve employee.

I'm giving Lucky 5 stars just because it's the closest grocery store that has reasonable prices near where I live and the clerks are nice. The deli and meat department I would skip though as the quality to me isn't great. I'll get an occasional bagel which are fine. You can find good deals on boxed goods, frozen food and also stuff in the fruit and vegetable section. I love their deals on avocados and berries. Easy parking out front.

I shop here sometimes when walking in Ragle Park, for convenience. 10+ pounds of stuff in one shopping bag? It was a big problem and I was scolded for asking for another bag. Bag handle all stretched out. Store looks dated, butcher was nice.

I usually shop at Safeway. But I just couldn't bring myself to spend $23.00-25.00 for chicken breast pack of 5. So I checked lucky prices..wow I will be shopping at lucky from now on. Their prices are better than Safeway. On alot of the items I happen to buy...much lower...

I'm just updating my review because I forgot to mention Whitney and Connie and Sarah by name as having helped me, I really do believe that the store is making improvements from what it used to be, and with the new Starbucks opening up next week in the same parking lot, I believe there will be some positive changes. Also, to my surprise, there are some unique items that are low carb keto, friendly, and lots of organic options of their own sunshine brand. And Nathan and Stephanie, and Cisco, who stands there bagging everyone’s groceries without complaint. Is this place great? No, but it really did get me through COVID and had items others didn’t and I do believe all of the traffic that will be packed in that parking lot because of the new Starbucks is going to change the way Lucky improves

Ussually great chicken except when they mix thighs and breasts. I only eat white meat and the strips were not ready so I ordered 1 breast. When I got home I took a bite of it and it was a thigh (second time this has happened here). I was crushed and devastated. I was looking foward to eating a breast. Anyways I am a little better. My wife was going to go back and I said no. instead I am having cold cuts with my last Anchor Steam. CHEERS!

Had to wait 20 min for carpet cleaner and groceries are more expensive than at Safeway but they have a slightly better selection. Except for in floral lucky flowers are not good waste of $17.00

I have personally never had a bad experience here. Infact I have only been greeted by friendly and Incredibly kind people at this store who will go the extra mile to help anybody, if you just ask. Kudos to Jose one of the managers, the Butchers and many other staff member and a special thanks to Joey. All have provided me with excellent service and kindness. And I like to say thank you to all of you at Lucky's for your sacrificing during this extremely horrible time in our country.

Just got home from spending over $300.00 and the darn bagger put my hamburger and hotdog buns in a bag with 2 large glass bottles of iced tea.I am NOT happy.

The cashiers always seem like they're in a bad mood, but now there's an older guy who works there who has much better customer service. Very rarely is there an employee on the floor in case a customer has a question or needs help. A lot of the items are generic brands, sunny select I think, and way overpriced. There are some ok sales sometimes though. A few months ago I wanted to purchase cream cheese, but it was around $5.49, so I said pass! It is a clean store, but it reminds me of those sleepy grocery stores you see in the movies. 😄 I only go here because it's the closest "larger" grocery store to where I live.

I have recently switched to Luckys from Safeway and what a difference. The employees here are helpful the store is WAY cleaner and there's a lot less noise!! There seems to be a lot more items that Safeway hasn't had recently. Don't think I will be going back!!

It's a national chain super market. Do people really need to read reviews about Lucky's? Is there really someone out there that is contemplating possibly going to Lucky's but is not quite sure and need to read the reviews first. I am fairly certain that this type of review forum for this type of business really does not hold much value. This will be a place where disgruntled former Lucky's might post a bad review. Anyway I made my point and I am still going to give them 5 stars. Just because.

Lucky's is fine - it's clean and well stocked. But unfortunately, sometimes you have to go through the checkers line. Dino is almost always the cashier. He is always unfriendly. But today was special! Today he played basketball and threw my groceries into a bag pausing with each toss like he was pretending to be at the free throw line. And if course he had no pleasantries to offer or even a smile.
