I agree completely with Rebecca. Each time I make a donation I am treated with complete disrespect and asked very rudely what my donation consists of, not graciously at all. I am treated like they are doing me a favor when in fact where would their jobs be if they did not receive donations? I certainly will not be donating anything in future to Goodwill Sebastopol, not my items or my dollars!

A really fun place to shop for treasure. You never know what your gonna find they bring out items and clothing all day. So theres allways something new to find. Great prices too. You can find old items that you cant buy anymore and some new things too. Love this place.

I have never been treated worse at any goodwill. I will never go back. I had several large items I wanted the purchase, but the rudeness with which I was treated at the counter made me change my mind. I will never go back.

Best Goodwill I've been to. Prices are higher than most thrift stores but everything appears clean so I don't mind paying an extra five dollars for most everything.

Haven't been to the Sebastopol store for a while. Was utterly appalled by a new cashier named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, immature, and just standing around doing nothing. Will never shop at this location again.
