It doesn’t look that special on the outside, but… go in!! The deli is first rate!! All sorts of delicious meats, and the bakery items are unique, delicious & almost 1/2 the price of comparable places. A large, old-school market that takes you back to a time before generic chain store shopping!

First time visiting Fircrest in over 30 years. I loved it! Their produce was above what I have been getting elsewhere and it was small enough to find things easily. I will definitely stop there again when in Sebastopol. UPDATE 1/24 Second visit after seeing my doctor in Sebastopol and was pleased that they had everything that I needed. My son took advantage of their deli and got a sandwich he really liked. I will be going back when in the area and I highly recommend this great grocery/deli market. It's fabulous!

Firecrest Market is stocked professionally and responsibly, the way markets were long since before the COVID. The employees are courteous and helpful. It is one of the best markets in Sonoma County.

It was a perfect visit to Fircrest market.It's soo hot and I don't want to cook. Thanks to this great market, we're having Roast Beef sandwiches with beef cooked to perfection by their deli and also fresh baked French bread.I couldn't resist the beautiful selection of ripe fruit so I got plenty to make a fruit salad.My visit ended with my favorite checker and perfectly bagged groceries.Thanks Fircrest !!

Fircrest is a good place to shop if you're a local, and if you keep coming back, you'll ind them getting to know you.But really, the prices and bargains come and go like the seasons often due.I say Fircrest market is not a grocery out,letNor a Walmart or a safe way, I'd say fircrest is a seapastopole store of its own kind.

I like the idea of supporting independently/family owned businesses and this seems to fit that description. It's small enough that you won't get overwhelmed but big enough to have pretty much anything you'd want. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't live in the area but if I did, I'd probably come shop here regularly.

My experience here was great. This market always has so many options and hard to find high quality products not stocked by other grocery stores.I enjoy coming in and enjoying their well staffed deli and using the hot bar to try the rotating soups put out for customers to purchase. Recently, they had a delicious turkey Chilli available. It was fantastic.Always great customer service with the store personnel when I visit.Stay awesome, thanks so much ❤️

Very disappointing and a huge waste of time. 5/15/23 at 4.30pm, I just spent 30 mins carefully selecting (and looking forward to) some local beers and wines, but was told at check-out that they wouldn't accept my out-of-state (Colorado) driver's license. They also won't accept a US passport. Neither were expired. I'm all for being pro-local, but to not even sell to anyone from out of state?? Seems a bit odd for such a touristy destination. It was extra shocking because they sold me beer yesterday and it wasn't a problem then.If you're visiting the area from out of state, don't waste your time here and shop somewhere you can buy both food and drink at the same time.

First time grabbing a sandwich from the Fircrest deli, and it was awesome! I have lived in Northern Ca for seven years and have been on a perpetual hunt for a good Italian hero. Most aren’t bad, but they’re not like what I had growing up on the east coast. Figured I’d grab a sandwich for a quick dinner tonight, asked the young man at the deli how he liked it, he said if I wasn’t that hungry it would be good(that being said he did warn me it is a large sandwich). And man he wasn’t lying, it was quite substantial and awesome! I don’t know if they’re always that good or if this young man just needs to move to Jersey and open his own deli, but it was awesome! For all the east coast transplants out here, Fircrest deli is the spot!

Great local, independent grocery store, yet their breadth of brands and international options exceeds that of most much larger chain grocery stores. Great deli with delicious sandwich options. Best fish market in Sebastopol - always fresh and local. Not the cheapest, but the best value (price/quality ratio).

A nice hometown grocery store. They have basic food products plus an interesting international section. If you need a specialty ingredient that chain stores don't have, Fircrest might just have it. Their produce department is quite good as well.

They always have a super special savings on a couple of products that change daily. Huge selection of products including some more difficult sources items, and good assortment of organic products. A little bit more on some of the organics, but not as big of a markup at 'Whole...d's'.Huge store but family run feel.

I love this store. I can find almost everything I need at this friendly little local grocer. Always ample parking, easy to get in and out, and well-staffed. They have a good combination of everyday staples at good prices and specialty items. I’ve compared and find the prices competitive to the chains without the need to buy in volume to get discounts. Good produce, cheese and deli.

Love this little big market! Very friendly and helpful staff. The store reminds me of the old days of family owned grocery stores. I don't know if it's family owned, but, it sure feels like it. They have such a variety of foods. They cater to special diets as well as the gourmet chef and foodie peeps. Yes, they have the regular stuff too. I was pleasantly surprised that their prices are not much above Safeway and well below Whole Foods. This is our go to grocery store! I'm a mom raising my teenage son on my own, so prices and quality are super important to me. Have fun shopping ❣️

It's a small cozy store with but has a large variety of products; conventional, natural and organic. Their produce department is always stocked and beautiful. They do not sell hard liquor but have a decent beer and wine selection ranging from local, national and international.The made to order deli sandwiches are always amazing. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent customer service.The only real downside is that SOME things are a little expensive, and since it's a small store the aisles are tight.

Really disappointed in management and how they treat people out of state and out of country when purchasing alcohol. They won’t even allow you to use your USA Passport as a form of identification. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
