This location is pretty good, with two great pharmacists and some lovely technicians who helped the pharmacy, and the front counter staff is just fine, the biggest problem which has been the case since day one is that there is SIGN! In other words, there are two entrances for drivers—but you will drive by either and pass them because there is no SIGN WITH AN ARROW to let you know to go into the parking lot! It doesn’t matter if it’s the Petaluma Ave (116) entrance or the Sebastopol Ave (12) both lack SIGNS THAT SAY CVS WITH AN ARROW POINTING INTO THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE THIS CVS IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT REAR ENTRANCE! It shares the parking lot with a farm type FEED STORE that’s been there forever to my knowledge and a brand new CHASE BANK that will also cause confusion

I visited the pharmacy, boy, talk about helpful! I came in w\nworried that my wife's meds wouldn't be available, the pharmacist made sure all was good. I love this place!
