Came here twice over the weekend. I love that they are open 24hrs. They have a decent size parking lot. Both times, I was met with really friendly customer service. They had all we needed including snacks, drinks (including wine, beer, and alcohol), personal hygiene products, toys, and holiday decorations.

Nice people. Grossly incompetent and sadly understaffed. Everytime I come here (not by choice) is a complete dumpster fire. Every time I wait all day and often sent back more than once. They can hardly fill even most basic meds. Be prepared to deal with "miscommunication" and come back later a few times with the Pharmacy.

Everyone (except Liz ) at the pharmacy really needs some training ! They are extremely rude, I was on hold for over an hour , the worst part of it is they just answer the phone but don’t even say if they can place you on hold , how unprofessional is that !!I had to record this , because there is noo way they constantly did this for over an hour and not have time to answer the phone , or simply say “may I place you on hold “They also claim the medicine will be ready at a specific time , and you get there at they say it’s not ready to come back in 30min , yeeet you come back hours later and it still ISNT READY !!Update :PLEASE GIVE LIZ A RAISE because she got on top of it right away, who ever the manager is here you need her to train the rest of the staff !!!

I only have one thing to say: Costco has a pharmacy and you don't need a Costco card to use it and their prices if you have no insurance are a fraction of what this overpriced pill mill will charge you. They'd go outta business without the 2000% markup on pharmaceuticals. All undisputable facts. Isn't that right Mr. "small business owner"?

They don’t have much inventory and products are a bit disorganized on the shelves. When I went in tonight they were understaffed. Thankfully the shift leader came out and the line went down quickly. They didn’t have basic drugstore products I needed so I probably won’t return soon.

36 minutes in line at the pharmacy and they only helped 1 customer. Still two more in front of me and 5 more behind. This is pretty standard whether I go in the drive thru or in store. I would go anywhere else if my insurance didn't require me to be here.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to, pharmacy tech would not communicate with the hospital and denied they sent a prescription at all, then not only did they ignore my phone calls and leave me on hold, they would pick up the phone and put it back down to put me back on hold, the absolute worst part is that they did this to the ER as well when they tried to straighten things out. I have never in all my years seen a worse pharmacy STEER CLEAR

Absolute WORST customer service. What a joke!!! Ordered some framed pictures and a few regular prints for Father’s Day (4 days ago) which were supposed to be same-day photo. We were traveling so I called Sunday (day 4) to check in on the order as someone else was picking up the order and informed me it still wasn’t available for pick up. Called at noon. Was informed the order hadn’t even been started yet and they’d work on it now and that it would be ready between 5-7. 2 hours later I got a text saying they didn’t have the 4x6 paper for the prints I ordered. Call back again asking if they’re still able to do the frames today, they said yes, give them 1-2 hours. 3 hours later I get a text saying they don’t have the material for the frames and won’t until next week. So I try to call to cancel this order and I continuously get put on hold, someone picks up the phone and puts the call right back on hold!!! Now suddenly cannot get through to anyone! Literal worst service of my life.

Staff members are okay; but the pharmacist thinks she’s in a movie or fashion show has a attitude of not doing anything, she’s is in the wrong job. Had to cancel vaccine appointment because she was super busy chatting on the phone . Absolutely useless pharmacist with o knowledge.

The pharmacy is slow and incompetent. Be prepared to wait a long time, even if there are only a few people in front of you. My entire family had stopped going there a while ago, but someone from out of town got an emergency prescription for a serious condition filled there, not knowing their reputation (let's just say the reviews are accurate). The prescription was called in in the middle of the night, they open at 8 am, and it's almost 7pm now and it's still not ready. Oh, and everyone in the line was complaining about this place. The other people there knew how much of a joke this Walgreens location was, but they had to be there for some reason or another (eg. getting a medication that another pharmacy didn't have).Save yourself some time and hassle and go to CVS. There can be 6-8 people in line in front of you at CVS and you'll still only wait no more than 10 minutes, but if there are 2-3 people ahead of you at Walgreens, you'll wait 15-20 minutes at least. Complete and utter joke of a pharmacy. So glad it's not the only place in town.Oh, and do you know what the pharmacist said when I was there at 9:30am to get this prescription and she said it would be about 2 hours before it was ready and I asked if they could transfer it to CVS? She said it would take them 24 hours to transfer it! What I should have done was call the doctor and get them to switch it. CVS would have had it ready in an hour. I truly did not think Walgreens could be this incompetent, and that they would actually have it ready in 2 hours. How wrong I was! This place will continually outdo itself in how bad it can be!

Rude pharmacists(she’s 5’2/5’3 with all the makeup) all the time busy with their phones and has absolutely zero experience . They will keep you waiting for doing nothing and has attitude issues. She wouldn’t last a day at other place. Switched all my family members to cvs.

First prescription fill was quick with text updates that were accurate. Then everything went to hell. Was told at 9 am that they were short staffed and refill wouldn't be ready until 4pm. Arrived at 4pm and they said it wasn't ready because, "not input into system" to be refilled!! Was finally ready at 8pm.The second time I filled at this Walgreens location they said it was ready but when I arrived they said "No, it can't be filled its too soon." They were confused and didn't understand the difference between two medications I take. Why tell me "its ready'" and then say "can't be filled?" I explained the difference in medications (which they clearly should understand with their supposed training) and they did fill it within about 15 minutes.Now they are out of the medication and cannot fill and have become very rude, snarky and unprofessional in how they treat me when I call to inquire about when it might be restocked. I'm totally done with this lame pharmacy. Started out good and ended up horrible in just a few months. Not sure what went wrong if it's hight turnover or burnout but I strongly advise against using this particular pharmacy, they are rude, disorganized, incompetent and just don't seem to care about patients.

I’ve had a really negative experience twice in the same week at this location. The store has trash everywhere, inside the store, the garbage is overflowing outside and in the parking lot. The machines in the Photo area don’t work and their system is disorganized, the employee couldn’t find my photos when I came to pick them up. Plus they allow a homeless man to come into the store to ask customers for money, he was there both times that I was shopping. It doesn’t feel safe or well kept.

It’s become too challenging to fill prescriptions at this store. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive-through tonight for my husband’s RX—18 minutes at the pharmacy window. No one acknowledged us. Like the customers ahead of us, we finally gave up and left. If you’re understaffed and unable serve customers, please let them know. Or at least post a closed sign. We’re been customers for 20 years, but will take our business elsewhere.

This is the first time I'm having to get a prescription filled here because my normal pharmacy is not open on Sunday. We came in last night a little bit before closing and they said it wasn't ready, it'll be ready tomorrow. Not a problem at all, we'll come back tomorrow. Came in today after they've been open for a few hours, they said it wasn't ready, it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Well they had plenty of time to fill it, so that's a little frustrating but I'll wait. Not a problem. Came back 15 minutes later, the prescription is ready, yay! Problem is I can't pick it up yet because it needs to be signed off by the main pharmacist, who is still on break and won't be back for about 15+ more minutes. Well they didn't mention that the first time they said to wait for 15 minutes. She assured me I can come inside to wait, as if waiting inside my car is the problem. Honey, It's not the car that's the problem.

If I could give the pharmacy less than one star I would. I am able to sympathize with the pharmacy staff because I was a tech for years. However this pharmacy seems to lack the common knowledge of pharmacy operations. They move like snails with no experience in working in a fast pace environment or multi tasking. First, if you see a line you stop filling for just a moment and help with the line. Second, be kind and smile you are dealing with people who are sickly and just want to feel better. You need to get a certification to work in a pharmacy so I think all pharmacy staff knew what was expected from them and to be upset to be held accountable for your job expectations is not right. Find another career, we need people in the medical field who care about helping people.

This Walgreens isn't even worth one star. They are the rudest most inconsiderate god-awful sad looking people I've ever seen. They never smile they are not nice they are rude. The pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. I have been waiting 6 days for a prescription, I am a recovering addict so I'm on an opiate withdrawal management medication, and I have not had my medication in 2 days because they are so backed up that they will not fill my prescription. I called them this morning at 9:00 a.m. they said it would be ready at 2:00, I didn't go in until 4:30 in the evening and it still wasn't ready it is now 7:00 p.m. and is still not ready. I have been trying to get them transferred to another pharmacy they won't answer the phone for the new pharmacy. This is absolutely insane. I do not recommend this pharmacy for anyone. This is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to. People do not deserve to be treated like animals . When I went in to try to pick up my prescription, I asked to speak with the pharmacist manager, and I told her that I needed my medication that I was sick and she said get in line and wait like everyone else. There was no concern no care no anything and I just think that it's absolutely wrong, to be in a field of medicine and working with people the way that she does and to treat a client like that is absolutely absurd. Zero Stars this is not right this place needs to be shut down. The line waits are horrible, not enough staff for as many clients as they have. I am transfering my script to another pharmacy and telling all my friends to do the same.

I filled a prescription for the first time here recently and was very impressed with the pharmacy personnel. There were many customers in line and at the drive thru and there was a large staff on hand to help. Every staff member was working hard to meet the customers’ needs in an efficient manner. When it was my turn, I was treated with courtesy and given thorough information about my medication. The level of professionalism demonstrated at this pharmacy location during my visit was commendable.

Very poor service - that lady with short dark hair about 5’3” tall (either 9708 or 0023 emp no) beyond rude and unprofessional. It’s like Walgreens just hired her from the street randomly. No respect, no customer, no ethics and no manners. Short and abrupt tone, immediately turn down customers with a “no” without analyzing the situation, talking non sense with another cashier, no eye contact which is why when she asks a question to customers she misses their response because she is not focused with her work. She is so much about herself instead of what’s in it for paying consumers. Her attitude happened to me on 2 different occasions and did not address to anyone. I’m sure she does it to everyone. If she is in my management- that person who put her there must be in intense desperation. Maybe if you replace her with someone nicer, has respects and knowledge, and ethical - you will get your rating up in your branch. But who am I to say - or would anyone care. All I can say is - pay it forward which means be nice to everyone regardless of their color, age, rage, SES, because you never know that person might help you and/or your family in the future - which I’m sure would more likely happen

Awful, absolutely awful. . Been the second car in line at drive through for 30 minutes without anyone checking on us. Went inside to see if anyone in the pharmacy is alive. Saw one person who said he’d get to us. Asked to speak with the manager but not in the store.Person I spoke with said staffing at the holidays is a problem. Perhaps the managers should be in the store helping out. Able to write this and still no no one helps us. Assuming my prescriptions are filled in my lifetime these are the last ones at Walgreens. I’ve used Walgreens for 30 years but no more. One star is too high.

I want to like this pharmacy, with the drive through for convenience, but it is so slow. Some of the staff are pleasant. Others not so much. They put you on hold without a word and never get back to you. Prescriptions wait for days to be filled. No explanation. No one should have to call every day for 6 days to get a legitimate, regular scrip refilled. Set up appointment for flu shot, waited 30 minutes. Set up appointment for shingles shot, waited 40 minutes only to be told they couldn’t get the computer to work. Said they would get back to me to reschedule. That was three months ago. They are understaffed. Apparently corporate doesn’t care.

0 stars. Called back after receiving a missed call from the pharmacy and was put on hold forever. The employee who finally answered was extremely rude and claims I never got a call from them. Asked what the status of my prescription is and got "Nothing's ready for you" as a response. So helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The worst & most humiliating experiences I have ever had. If you expect to have any scheduled prescription medication to be filled and want to be treated with dignity or with dignity or even with simple respect then I would highly recommend going to a pharmacy that see’s you as a person rather than them taking the an automatic position that there going to treat you like some random “junkie”, make up any and all “policies” that they usually make up on the spot, then proceed to talk down to you & have a tendency to tell you one thing via phone, App or follow the procedures that EVERY OTHER WALGREENS IN THE COUNTRY are instructed and permitted to do. The pharmacy manager here is nothing but a liar and lacks ANY EMPATHY. I hope one day he is treated EXACTLY like he treats his most vulnerable & dependent customers just trying survive crippling illnesses$

Called pharmacy for my mother's heart meds an emergency supply for 5 days told me to come in 2 hours. Went to the drive through 1 car ahead of us. The curtain was drawn as we got to the window. The girl at the window said sorry, we are closed and continued to no. We got to the window at the time we were told ...to make matters worse, the whole staff staff started to laugh. I have never seen this disturbing behavior ever!!!!! We were the last car and needed her emergency medicine!!!!!!! What is wrong with these so called professionals!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy is the worst. The staff is ride, you'll wait literally hours in line for your prescription. My pharmacy recently closed and they sold everything to walgreens, I was like hell no, no way I'm going there. So I was told if I wanted to use another pharmacy walgreens would just send over the prescriptions. IT'S BEEN ALMOST MONTH. I AM RUNNING OUT OF MEDICATIONS BECAUSE THIS PHARMACY CAN'T DO SOMETHING SIMPLE. NEVER GO HERE.

The only reason this Walgreens gets a 2-star instead of 1 is because the pharmacy has a drive-thru and it's 24 hours. However, it's very frustrating dealing with this place. Most of the time the pharmacy doesn't have the prescriptions ready, so after waiting in a very long line, you're told you have to come back later to wait in a very long line again. Calling ahead doesn't help because after being on hold, the line will ring until it eventually hangs up on you. Also, this Walgreens has a public restroom, but they close it in the evenings (I want to say after 6 pm). That being said, the people who work at the pharmacy are very nice and very thorough with explaining your prescription to you and answering any questions you may have.

I completely understand that there are sick patients who need services more urgently than I, but there has not been a single time I have waited less than 35 minutes to just pick up a prescription.And the drive-thru line is just insane. I waited almost an hour and one of the pharmacists just kept coming to say “one more minute.”Not sure why exactly this store isn’t able to get it together like most other Walgreens stores, but it should definitely be evaluated.I’ve never seen more angry customers.
