Pavilions is such a well organized store that makes it so easy to find what you need. We don’t live in seal beach but drive her to shop at this grocery store.The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.The produce and vegetables are fresh and clean.See you soon.

Lots of high quality items, good selection of seafood and meat. Wide variety of fruit and vegetables. Cute bakery with a pizza oven. Used the catering deli to make holiday table spreads over the past 5 years. Very broad range of alcohol, hard liquor and beer, also a special section for refrigerated wines. Best yet Starbucks Coffee inside, all staff is super friendly and helpful, very clean store.

Very clean store, very much trying to grab that Seattle culture, but after comparing local stores in the area, the prices are easily anywhere between 10 and 25% higher. I realize the neighborhood will pay it but come on. You can’t charge that much for the basics.

Update 11/05/2018:Starbucks cafe: we are out of earl grey tea (tea bags for the tea).Next day the same time: we are still out of earl grey tea.Asked to speak to the manager - no luck.This store is a joke.Update 09/08/2017:This store also sells expired products.Just in 5 mins I found dozen of expired cheese. Photo attached.They fool the customers: in the salad bar they sell the salads like macaroni or crab and shrimp salad for $8.99 per lb, when at the same time you can buy absolutely the same salads in the Deli department just for $3.99 or $6.99, etc. I see it as cheating. Also they removed the self service lanes and now to buy even 1 Sneakers takes forever... Somebody spilled coffee on the floor and it was like that for about 15 mins... No signs. Nothing. Customers began to cover it with napkins and paper towels and to warn each other. Very often no price labels. You have to guess. Nobody in Pavilions cares... It was much better here 2 years ago...

Pavilions 2803 and the company cares less about their customers. My girlfriend was stalked and is still being harassed by Steven and his girlfriend Natalie. Natalie the girl he is dating also works for this company. Natalie and Steven attempted to follow my girlfriend home and they continue to throw notes on I and my girlfriend car. Steven is the supervisor that works afternoons and nights. This store is not safe to shop at because of Steven’s presence at those hours. I do not know where Natalie works at so watch out for her at other stores. I am a witness to their stalking and harassment. I have reported these two to the store and company and nothing has happen. That is what I mean by the store and company cares less about their customers and my girlfriend can not live peacefully in seal beach because of Steven and Natalie.

Thank you to Pavilions and Amy at the concierge for helping make my sister’s baby shower perfect. Cupcakes, balloons, catering and flowers were easy to order and all came out amazing. Highly recommend working with Amy she is amazing and very nice. Thank you!

Clean, very well-stocked, and fantastic variety. You'll always find what you need. The employees are by far the friendliest around, especially in the seafood and bakery departments. The cheese section is top notch and the wine selection is outstanding. I go out of my way to shop here.

Outstanding grocery with many options. Love getting my wine from here for a good price. They have a 6 pack discount deal which is huge! Often have different vendors and wine samplings. Friendly staff.

The best staffStore is well stocked My only complaint is this is a full service store and a really lag when it comes to people dedicated to bagging of groceries and collecting cards from the parking lot I've never seen such a focused group of people save one or two focused on doing anything but their job 50% of the time you're bagging your own groceries and you literally can watch them see you doing it and walking the other way it's a problem it's supposed to be a full service store we certainly pay the high price of this groceries I think management can do a better job even if they had to jump in cashiers no complaints butchers great flower shop great people at work stock in the shelves good deli great people also not fond of seeing homeless people out front virtually every time I go there get tired of getting harassed All I can say I'll do enough I donate all the time panhandling should not be allowed store and local PD should be on that they can be aggressive from time to time

This store used to be a safe place to shop, not anymore. Crime is up, shoplifting is high, and people, please do not leave your purse keys or anything sitting in the cart while you are shopping. Watch your young kids as well. There have been transient street people going in and causing trouble. Be sure to lock your cars up. Do not leave anything in the eye site, or you might get broken into. Stay safe.

I've been to this store on many occasions. It seems to me that they are short staffed which is common at this time. The great workforce walk out of 2022 effected businesses both great and small. I do have to say that yes some minor issues can be improved but Im sure these folks are doing the best they can. Its easy to notice , comment & review things we do not agree with and many google reviewers can be harsh , quick to point fingers and most important criticize. I do not doubt that some of my fellow google reviewers are just miserable or sour in their lives because it reflects on the reviews they post. People , no business , person , location or product is "perfect". I strongly feel that 90% of the reviews that we read anywhere online are written by uneducated , illiterate , unmannered , unhappy & uncultured troglodytes. If we all chose our words more carefully before actually expressing them in any manner , this world would be a much better place and I feel we all need that right now wether you have a doctorate or a certificate for completing elementary school.My late father came to this country as an illegal alien in 1969 with only a 3rd grade education from Guadalajara Mexico. He worked hard , purchased a home in Santa Fe Springs and quietly raised a family. He raised me to be the man and father I am today.He taught me compassion.Sid

See Update below: Don't go to self checkout if you buy something in the discount items shelf, they won't help you here. This is the most disappointing store I've ever been to because even though we seen the cashier in charge of the machines not help us she walked right over to someone else and helped them instead and completely disregarded us the entire time our machine light was flashing for help.UPDATE: I visited on Wednesday and everything is better I will be changing my rating because I was helped by the lady in charge of the self checkout machines. Also love their huge donuts. Thank you so much for making an improvement for your customers.

My first real shopping with Pavillions. Beautiful store. BUT AVACADOS THAT DID NOT RIPEN = MUSHROOMS HALF HAD TO BE THROWN WAY. BAG OF LEMONS MILDEWED WITHIN TWO DAYS. Very disappointed so back to Ralphs

I got a nice healthy snack to take to the beach. an awesome clerk helped me in the produce department pick something out. Great service and a smile! She even thanked me! Wow, usually at 62 you are invisible to clerks. Definitely going back. I felt welcomed. This was a nice clean, modern store with decent prices. Good location near the beach, too.

Can not figure out why such a crowd goes here. It use to be good but now it's overpriced garbage. Corn in milk with sugar was passed off as corn but was old frozen or old canned corn dumped in sweetened milk. My beef was so tough it was like trying to eat shoe leather so I gave up after two bites. Obviously overcooked or recooked/grilled from day before roast. The waitress was spacey and out to lunch. The music was club loud and they turned it up higher to where you couldn't talk. We complained it was so loud playing hard rock at 5pm in a restaurant. Management is obviously sleeping on the job.

Great store! Found everything I need. This store serves Seal Beach as well as a ton of commuters with speed and accuracy. Staff is very friendly provided you are too! I've seen lots of rude customers who think they're too good to give a human being their service complain about the self check being gone. I would rather have a person check me out! If you go at the right time you can get discount baked goods from the bakery! Awesome store.

as much I don't like the products / quality of this store and prices. I have to still give them lot of start for the good bread ! ( 1 Star less, trying to sell day old bread for full price) Hard to find good bread at other stores.. Usually I end up there buying bread.. sometimes fruits if on sale. Rest of the products are not interesting for me ! Whole Foods down the street bigger selection and some products way better prices!

This was my second trip to this store and maybe it's just my timing. But it just seems like the quality of produce is not so good. Some items low on stock. Some items sold out completely. Staff are great and wonderful people, store is clean.

My local store, so I'm biased. Great deli and meat counter. Hugh selection of wine and beer. Great produce too. Like most stores it's well laid out. Stocked well, a big variety of products both local and nation brands. But the number one thing I love about this store, COOKIES! They have this "artisin" candy kiosk. Some seriously tasty cookies here. This is a must try. I got addicted to the things so venture at you're own risk. Great story with great people in a convenient location. Be sure to try a cookie.

Employees are always willing to help. I am legally blind and have a hard time finding my items I am in the store for. Even at the register they take their time helping me input my card/pin info. Never try to rush me along. Very appreciated!

I went in there this morning and my Starbucks Coffee never taste like Starbucks.. that's my third time going there.. I had to go to another one..I would go to the vegetable section and I asked the workers who was cutting up fruit and vegetables a question it seems like they always have a cold and they're sick from being in the freezer and I asked him why are you always sick they said they're not allowed to wear Hoods over there heads.I don't know what's wrong with this store but these are some good workers and I hope carpet looks into this because someone can't even get sick

great staff, great service, excellent prices and location. management, unfortunately, was horrible enough to bring this review all the way down. Rude, passive aggressive, intrusive, and can't even be bothered to wear a mask properly or keep six feet. Wish there was more of an effort to make a customer feel welcome.
