First time bringing my Springer Spaniel to this location. Bethany did an awesome job on him. His cut looks good and I'm sure he wasn't very easy since he is a senior and can be temperamental at times. I will definitely be bringing him back next time.

Jennifer was great. The main reason I took my dog to get groomed was to also get his nails trimmed. But he did not like that so I will probably have my son give him a good washing instead of taking the dog into Petco. Jennifer did a great job with our dog.

Nate was exceptional. He took time to listen to my wants and concerns and did an outstanding job of grooming my dog, even though she hadn't been to the groomer's in several months and was in rough shape. He is caring and considerate of the dog's in his care. He'll be our go-to groomer for future appointments.

You have great procedures and arrangement to handle pet grooming during the pandemic. Did a wonderful job bathing and grooming our dog - with every other pet groomer currently shut down that I know of, Petco was a true lifesaver being available to get our dog taken care of, as she was long overdue for a bath and groom. My dog Misty Blue isn't a fan of getting her nails trimmed, and it's like pulling teeth to get her in the door, so I was a little nervous about her getting the full-on grooming. Beth, who has trimmed Misty's nails a few times in the past, provided the grooming service. Misty looked at her like "Hey, I know you!" and she willingly walked in without having to be carried or nudged - that alone says a lot. She did a great job on Misty's nails, she smelled great, and I'm going to start requesting Beth specifically going forward.

My yellow lab, Roscoe, is old and his hind legs don't work well. The groomer (Santee) took her time to allow Roscoe time to rest. She continued to groom him carefully, while he was laying down, once he could stand no longer. I appreciated her love and compassion for my dog.

Despite being New Year’s Day and being the only Petco in the San Diego area currently doing cat claw trimming, and being able to schedule just a few days ahead.... it was greatly approached. Also my appt was for 0900 and the store didn’t even open until 1000. Christina is always a pleasure and we trust her with Socks without a doubt. Socks is very comfortable with her too and seems right at home when he is getting his nails trimmed.

They did a good job with grooming my dogs but it was just a trim and it cost me a lot of money. A trim should not be $65 per dog.
