Ordered 2 4- hole cages.. one came and was messed up due to delivery. After contacting them I got an email where they has sent a replacement that same day( Friday) and I received the cage Monday. Cages were great quality

Save your money if ordering a water system. After waiting over a week to arrive, I received with NO instructions on how to assemble the starter kit. If that’s not frustrating enough, the components they send break! I can’t even assemble the kit now due to the poor quality of the spouts they send. And then they send NO spare parts or pieces. Very dissatisfied with this company. Will not refer them or ever buy again from them.

Can’t say more at this point. After paying full price for the aviary in the amount of $2,283.77 including over $400 for shipping, and expecting my order to proceed, I received a customer service email saying their website doesn’t calculate a crating fee of about $70 more dollars, and to please “remit payment” so that there won’t be any delays…Unfortunately, no way to pay online and no info on where to mail the check…BUT they do have a box to input a discount code!? Those must be for “special customers”, just not the ones who already paid full price including shipping and tax, etc. I’ll provide an update when I get the product with discount or the refund…

My husband ordered tattoo kit. I realized wrong one. They would not accept a cancel. So we had them send out what we wanted. I paid for 2 day air at $45 and it says it will be here in 4 days.. Never again will we do business with KW Cages.Edited: our order has shipped ground not air like we paid for. I would have have 0 stars but have to give something.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering, lesson learned the hard way I guess. Order a grooming table and have been waiting for almost a month. Hoping it arrives in time for my kids to use it at fair but seriously doubt it at this point. No communication from the company on what is going on. Just glad I waited before ordering more items from them. Spent a little more but order my other items I needed through Amazon and had everything within a few days. They lost out on any further business of mine. I’m just hoping I finally received the item I paid for.

I don’t know about the quality of their items because I never got them. I ordered cage accessories 20 days ago and they just now supposedly shipped after I contacted them twice. The first time they said they were shipping the next day. That was 12 days ago. They also charged $40 for shipping small items. That’s more than my cages cost to ship. They won’t answer my emails at this point. I will never order from this company again. I’m so glad I got my cages from Bass. I highly recommend them.

Update: I did finally receive the cagesUpdate: after this review, they responded (originally 1 star). If I receive the cages as promised I will update again.I ordered cages on 07/15. It's been almost 4 weeks. I spent $1,200 on the cages. I have called, emailed the company twice, messaged on fb twice, and nobody has responded - not even once. I absolutely need these cages and I am very concerned now that I have seen the other reviews. In the time since I've ordered the cages my rabbits have had 2 litters and two of them have been ganging up on the other causing an infection in her skin. I've had to go out and buy individual cages to use temporarily for my 7 rabbits until these arrive, as I have no other option. I have no hope that my cages will even arrive, but in hopes that they do, I will change this review. I do not recommend this company at all. The least they could do is respond to my email and give me a date. I'm going out of town soon, even better.

I've bought my cages from here for a few years now for my rabbits. All high quality cages that I have been very satisfied with. I really don't find it reasonable to be upset with the shipping as I had no problems getting my packages delivered when I lived in Maryland years ago. I don't expect amazon speed shipping as I know that's only possible because of all the power amazon has and no small business could compare but that doesn't make it not worth buying from here at all unless you don't plan ahead and need a cage like tomorrow. Maybe it would be beneficial if a notice was sent saying how many packages there are coming and what each contains just so people are less confused by their orders from here or something.

Their website says 5 to 7 days for supply orders and it’s been 38 days since I’ve placed an order. And the website still says in production. This is the second time I’ve ordered from your website and both times customerservice has not been great and the estimated shipping times on the website are absolutely not correct. If 95% of the time supply orders ship in 5 to 7 days I would have expected at least one of my orders to ship in a timely manner and that’s not what happened. Anytime I reach out for an update I get an automated reply with a copy of my invoice….. no that doesn’t answer my question of can I get an update on shipping and an estimated ETA. I mean I get it, the pandemic has altered shipping, employwnt, a million things with businesses. I run a vet clinic for a living. But good customer service is a must and for an online business all it would take is UPDATING YOUR WEBSITE WITH WHY YOUR EXPERIENCING DELAYS!!!! I’m sure you would get less complaint and irritated reviews and emails.After reaching out two times on two separate orders and they cannot even clearly change their website to update the fact that they clearly cannot ship on time I will never order with them again. Which is unfortunate because I can’t find anywhere else that sells wire by the foot like they do. But oh well, it’s more cost effective for me to just order a roll elsewhere with reliable shipping since I have orders waiting and breedings waiting for these supplies. Pisses me off because I have money tied up in the order and money not coming in (in multiple ways) waiting for supplies that should have been shipped 30 DAYS AGO! My other supplier always send email updates and reach out right away if I had ordered something out of stock. These guys…… feel privileged if you get an automated response.

Edit: My second order did finally arrive, but I still did not receive any shipping notifications or information and their customer service still never replied to me.I am happy with my product itself, but I am not at all happy with the customer service.Well, my first order from KW went great. I received my new cages with no problem. My second order however, has been a nightmare. I didn't realize the cages didn't come with cage legs so I had to order those. Well they still haven't been shipped even though they were ordered a few weeks ago. But honestly, that's not my issue. My issue is that their customer service keeps saying they will get back to me and yet, nothing. I am a firm believer in great customer service, and I'm just not seeing that with this company. I will not be ordering from KW cages again, which is a shame since I always heard good things about them before now.

Cages are great quality. Customer service and quality control seem non existent. I ordered over $3000 worth of cages to be delivered to our local show. I picked them up and all seemed fine. Over the following month, I put then together. My series 4000 cages did not come with the legs as stated on the site. I emailed, contacted through the site and finally a call and left a voicemail. They randomly arrived with no tracking sent to me. Then as I was putting together the last 24x24 stacker cage, there is no back to it. Again, tried to contact CS to no avail. Wondering if or when I will get the back. Not sure how they are still in business, as they really do not seemed concerned about customer satisfaction. I have been offered nothing for all the problems Ive faced and screw ups.

Buyer beware! I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE! BUT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! You have much better options. Read below if you want to know what you are dealing with when it comes to KW Cages these days.I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have been doing business with KW for many years. I have recommended them to countless first time 4-H and FFA students over the years. I have heard complaints for some of these students and their parents over the last year or two. This December (2022) I had my first bad experience and what will be my final experience ever with this company. On December 6th I ordered a set of rabbit tattoo pliers. On December 15th after not receiving them I decided to check on the progress of the order. It said in my account the order was still "in production." I called customer service and a very nice young lady informed me that they expected the product to ship the following day. I asked her if I could change my order to a "inkanator" hand held tattoo pen instead. She said "let me check" and came back and told me that would be fine since the tattoo pen was more expensive. She said they had not packaged or shipped anything yet they would use what I had already paid, and then take the balance. Made perfect sense to me and I was fine with that. This was on December 15th. On December 23 I get a call asking me if I wanted a store credit for my "canceled order." I told them no, that balance was supposed to be used for my other order I had already made on the 15th, the same day I canceled the other order. I could tell this was a different person so I explained what had happened. At this point I was informed I had two options. (1)Take a store credit or (2) get a refund minus a "restocking fee." I asked if the original product I ordered had been, shipped, packaged, or even pulled off the shelf. I was told it had not. I asked why they were going to charge me a restocking fee then. She said that's or policy. So 17 days after my original order, and after doing absolutely nothing they decide to steal money from me in the form of a "restocking fee!" For something they did not have to even restock!!!! I told the lady I would take the refund and this would be my last purchase ever from them. She said ok, and hung up the phone.I don't mind paying a "restocking fee" if you have shipped it to me and I have sent it back. Or even if you have packaged it, and thus have to "restock it". But these thieves literally just take your money after doing nothing but waiting weeks to pull it off the shelf and send it. This has been the comment I get when I send people to them, "their shipping is slow." Many times that is for cages and I tell them they have to make them... be patient etc. I had order tattoo pliers. If you have them ship them. If you never shipped them you should not steal peoples money and call it a "restocking fee."Also for reference it is now December 27th and the tattoo pen I ordered on December 15th has still not arrived. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE!

I searched and searched for the right size hamster cage for my sons syrian hamster. These critters are larger than other hamsters. The other pet stores have cages that are way to small. However, i found a good size cage for our critter at KW Cages. I hear they will also custom make a cage for you to.

I love KW Cages. Their products and customer service are top notch. I have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. I've had to contact them twice about shipping damage and both times they immediately, without question, resolved the issues.I will be honest however and say other reviewers are not wrong when they complain about the turnaround time. It might be a good idea for them to adjust their processing times on their website so they can avoid those upset customers. But I already know this about the company so I always order 30 days before I need something. As long as their quality, price and customer service continue to beat out the competition, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Very bad customer service. After 3 weeks I had to request when I can expect my order to ship. Was told it would be in about 2 more weeks. At the 5 week point I was called and told the wire I ordered was not available. I canceled the entire order, because the baby saver wire that was not available makes up the majority of the cage. I was charged a restocking fee. I called to complain but got now where. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told one was not available. I asked for a manager to give me a call. Two weeks later still no call. I will not do business with this company ever again.

Ordered some cages and feeders on April 8th, 2021 with the understanding that, per their website, production would take 22-25 business days. Exactly 25 business days later I email them asking for the status of my order. Twice. Finally get a response by email stating that now my order has a shipping estimate of June 28th, 2021. I needed these cages before June 1st, so I asked for a refund of my order. I was told I would receive one within 3 days. Well, 3 days later and NOTHING. So I opened a complaint with Pay Pal and they decided the case in my favor. Don’t waste your time with this company...

I wish I would have read more reviews of this company prior to ordering a $1100 Rabbitech cage (order number order #100028237) I had much of the same problems with the ordering/ shipping time as most of the negative reviews. I let it go, then I received my order (about 25 days late). After putting the system together and using it for sometime, found that it does not work as described. As soon as a rabbit urinates onto the slide part, the feces get stuck and need to be scrubbed down- an impossible task due to the panels around the cages themselves unless I was planning on spending over an hour a day cleaning the cage. It is such an impossible task that when I moved, I did not even set it back up and opted for another cage system so now I have over $1000 of metal and plastic sitting in storage. I tried contacting the company MULTIPLE times via email, leaving a message, and many phone calls with NO ANSWER BACK. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this and it has been almost 2 weeks, and they still have not answered even the BBB! At this point, I have no other action to take besides warning others not to make the same $1100 mistake I made.UPDATE: Within 40 minutes of leaving this review, I received a phone call. It started with the product being defended then proceeded to me being accused of not cleaning it appropriately or adequately so it was my fault for the the malfunction. Also, no record of multiple calls prior to April when I messaged them through their site. IT IS TRUE that I received a voice mail on a new phone number due to the loss of a phone, but upon calling back within an hour, again, NO CALL BACK. When the company claims that they tried to contact me and that we were playing phone tag, they could have emailed me!!! They had my email from the order. And I can get a refund- if I pay over $300 to send it back to California!!! Yeah, I'm sure they would be really quick to give me my refund. Sad that it took a Google review to get a response from them. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Go anywhere else!

I paid $112.31 extra for 2 day shipping because I was heading out of town and wanted to be ready to accept some new breeding stock on my return. it is now 11 days later and I have come and gone on my trip. I have left several messages and emails. The only response I have gotten has been via email and even that was an auto response saying someone would be in touch. I am very upset that no one from the company has even attempted to contact me about my order.

READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!!! I have placed 3 orders all sent to us at a rabbit show here in Houston. They came and after putting them together there were things wrong with the cages. I’ve tried contacting them 10 times or more, emailed 4 or 5. And I also called the person that delivered the cages, and he spoke to Erin. I was told I would get a call back. But after a week no call. They did mail me some silicon but that hardly solved the problems.I hate to write a bad review but I’m not sure how to get them to respond. Next option is to refute the credit card chargesUpdate: got hold of them and came to an agreement of a resolutions involving sending some parts redone, but in exchanged for other damaged portions they were going to give me 2 free 4000 series. About 14 days later (today) I called them and they told me that the supervisor wouldn’t allow that, and that they never said they were going to send me two free cages.... well I have an quote invoice proving it and a text stream showing that Linda did in fact say that. What kind of company makes a promise and then when they realize the cost go back on their word! Linda told me the supervisors would call me as he was “at lunch” and I never received a call back! Why am I surprised?!? Hopefully he will call me make a be true to their word, if so I will happily update this review!

Not happy. I ordered cages on 3/10/21. At the time, turnaround time was said to be 14-21 days. It later changed to 22-28 days. Well, we're on day 41 now and my cages still have not been shipped. Odd thing is, I could have ordered them to picked up free at a local show on 4/10/21, but I paid $70 shipping because I needed them sooner than that. Should have just picked them up at the show, especially since they allowed orders for delivery to said show through March 28th. So they could manage to get orders made over 2 weeks after mine to my state by 4/10, but I'm still waiting for mine 10 days after that. They sure took my money quick though. My cages have been fully paid for this entire time. I have rabbits in less than ideal cages because I've been waiting to get these. ETA: I emailed customer service a full week ago to inquire about my order and have heard nothing back. I understand Covid slowed things down, but if it was going to take over 40 days to get me standard, non customized cages exactly as they are listed on the website, they should been marked as out of stock.

I order a single rabbit cage on 1/21/21. It is now 2/17/21. I have been told multiple ship dates. All wrong! It takes several days to get a response from customer service. That's with me send multiple messages a day and phone calls. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you doing the same. I hope its a good quality cage. But I have little hope at this point.

Terrific selection of very high quality products, however the customer service has become very erratic. Order placed a month ago, still has not arrived. Two attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Not sure if I am ever going to get my order. Going forward, I'll probably shop elsewhere.

Kw cages aren't worth the price.... Seriously charging a 4h project over 800 to ship and then trying to double charge for a lift gate truck. Then shorting our order, falsly claiming it would be shipped asap in time for fair. Haven't received and our fair starts in 5 days. Also, they waited 6 weeks after order was placed we finally got a confirmation of the order. I am truly not impressed at all.

Products deserve a 5 star, unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and being given multiple delivery dates - all of which have been way past the 2-3 weeks originally given...I'm now 2 months past my order date - deserves a one star. I have received better and more truthful communication from Wish....and that's saying something! I have emailed about 30 times, messaged through the site at least 10 times, called probably 15 times leaving a couple of messages that have only been responded to once and only getting through to someone once, and sent 3 facebook messages. When I got a response, it was the same thing each time, We're really sorry but we're backed up because of COVID (ok, so is the rest of the country but most companies still at least give honest delivery times when someone orders from them) and weather. Neither of those things should make any company be dishonest about when something will ship or not contact a customer back after so many attempts by the customer to get an answer. Finally, when part of the order actually shipped, they sent on a weekend I was going to be out of town. I emailed the lady right back letting her know I could not have it sent as no one would be here to bring it inside. She assured me it would be delivered that next Monday. Of course it was delivered over the weekend. Once I realized it wasn't all there I panicked thinking someone may have taken one of the boxes...I got a response with a smiley face saying there was no bad man. Condescending much!?! It was such an inappropriate response to a panicked customer who was never told only part of the order was sent. Now two weeks later, I've been given one more delivery date that has come and gone and zero response to any of my inquiries. I just want a tracking number. That's it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Which is really too bad because the cages are great cages. I guess if you don't have rabbits literally waiting for the cages like I did and have several months to wait and don't care for any kind of update...go ahead and order from KW Cages! Funny thing is the deciding factor to go with them was because the shipping was supposed to be so fast. Here's to hoping I'll someday get the rest of my order!UPDATE: Received tracking information this morning first thing!2nd UPDATE: Communication has been incredible the past few days. I've received both phone calls and emails regarding my order and very sincere apologies for the numerous delays which has been very much appreciated!

Totally worth the price, a little too much of a wait.. I will be ordering moreI will update this rating IF I ever receive my cages, or if I receive all my money back, whichever occurs first. I have purchased several times from KW and each time they are beyond my expectations in quality. Hands down the best option for rabbit cages- no rust at all three years later and I just ordered more for a rabbitry expansion-well worth the wait and price.

Update!! 1 extra month later, now 3 months!!!!! no qoute, just emails saying " the quote department is backed up" i say it doesn't exists! and i moved on to much better company.Try HEALTHYPETS, cages 4 less, great customer service, or California King, or Custom Cages, anyone but this company, save yourself the frustration.I can't even get a quote, i first used the automated email on website, 2 weeks later, no response, so i called and left my number, no call back, i called until someone answered, explained in detail what i needed for a pair of Mitred Conures and ask Tiffany what Guage wire was best suited, she informed me he didn't know anything about birds, i explained what i wanted and just need a quote on shipping and time frames, we are going on a month and when i emailed customer service asking for an update, i got the form email back, saying basically we will get to you, nope no one has gotten back to me.Here is the deal, my cousin bought tons from them years ago, i was impressed by the quality of their work and my cousin raved about the outstanding customer service, so i didn't hesitate to go to them when i needed a quality cage for my new pair, unfortunately it seems alot has changed in the years, i will have to go a different direction since apparently customer service is no longer a priority for this once outstanding company, just sad.oh and please don't say covid, lack of employees and material does not preclude a customer service representative from giving honest information, example, sorry we will not be able to get back to you for at least a month.These are our pets, not a car part that we dont need in a timely manner.

Ordered a rabbit cage from KW cages back on Sept 29th…… after multiple calls (only one was answered), I just received the cage today, Dec 5, 2022. Poor service is an understatement! Never again. The cage is not together which I was not expecting so why would it take over 2 months to send in pieces??
