The best feed store in the Santa Ynez Valley, and probably further. They have just about everything you need- chicken feed (bulk too!), many USA made feeders, buckets, bins, feed troughs and waterers. Chicken coops, ceramic eggs, dried bugs. Full live fish and aquarium section. Reptile supplies, plenty for cats and dogs- which includes clothing, beds, toys and any accessories you can think of. Bird, small animal, HORSES and tack a plenty! Custom name tags for pets. The full gambit for roping for children. First aid for animals of all sorts. USA made gates so your pets don't escape. Straw bales, bedding. And if by chance they do not have what you need- or you need a larger size- they will special order it. Every person I’ve dealt with has been more than amazing. Stickers for the kids at check out. And did I mention they sell candy, ice cold ice cream and those cool Yeti things too.

I drive all the way from San Luis Obispo to buy our dog food from here and the trip is worth it everytime.. some of the nicest people we have ever met. The store is well organized and there is no shortage of variety to choose from. Great place.. keep up the great work.

So our dog tangled with a skunk—yep, just as bad as it sounds! Luckily for me, Santa Ynez Feed & Milling Co had the right de-skunking product that worked easily and a lot less messy than tomato juice! They also have all sorts of wonderful things for all of your furry friends. Go there and have fun exploring there!

It was ok I wish they would give you more items to choose from . It's a straight forward meal. And it's not cheap for the quàlity of service and food. I got the 12 oz steak sirloin. Potatoes were dry and rice over cooked. Soup was room temperature. The worst part of it all ,I was hungry so I ate it. If I wasn't so hungry I would of sent it all back and say try again!!!

Ordered some hay to be delivered out to Live Oak Camp for our wedding. It was delivered in a timely manner and it was good hay for what we needed it for (to make a hay lounge). I'm sure it was good hay all around, I just don't have any idea about the quality of hay. Anyway, I would definitely recommend them. The delivery fee was a little pricy and renting the hay was not much of a deal as compared to buying it, which is why we bought it instead, but we are glad we went with them.

Friendly and courteous, knowledgeable staff with a great selection of products for your furry family members! Plan ahead; they don't have extended hours and with such a great selection you're not likely to find what you're looking for elsewhere especially with their specialty items.

This is the best place in the Valley for all pet, livestock and horse stuff. The entire staff is knowlegable, curtious and fun. And, they have an ice cream bar cooler all year round. I've never found their prices to out of line for the level of service that you get. I do not find that buying anything on line gives me much value in the big picture. At SYFM I can see, touch, smell and feel what I am buying and if I ever have a problem with anything they take care of it. Great job to the entire crew.

Getting in there is not difficult but is tight and requires a little pre planning. The people that work there are the nicest people I've encountered on the road hands down and the town is beautiful.

My wife purchased a new rabbit hutch and the guys helped her load it in the back of our truck. On the way home, wind caught the hutch and blew it right out of the back of the truck and it was damaged. Staff hurried out to the street and picked the hutch up for us but my wife was distraught that a brand new product was so severley damaged. After some discussion, the manager Quinn allowed us to return the hutch and they are replacing it with a new one.Although it is unclear where the responsibility should fall for this incident, Quinn and Santa Ynez Seed & Feed stepped up to the plate and did the right thing! Thank you and we will be back!
