They have a lot of different types of sausages including alligator. It’s one of my favorites from them. They also have Wagyu two different types. They’re super good I recommend them. They’re very affordable too.

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered my cow and hog from stemple creek and was a littler nervous because I live in orange, Ca and there 8 hours away. I wish my butcher down here still did full animal butchery but electric city doesn’t. Anyways from start to finish Willowside did an amazing from communicating with me to holding the meat until I arrived. One of the best thing is they did some very custom cuts for myself and my family. Once all my meat is consumed I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you again everyone at willowside.

The meat is DELICIOUS and prices are a lot more reasonable here than your local supermarket. The meat is FRESH and I will be coming back for more especially during holiday season! They have great tasting marinated meats! The Owner is the nicest person you will ever come across and also competes in Meat Competitions! Championship awards on the wall for his meats! Worth the drive from The Bay area!

This is how they teach their butchers to cut a filet? The second one was great. Now it’s a tiny one and a large one. The only reason I had them cut them 2.5” thick was to have two relatively similar filets. 2.4 oz of non renderable fat for $26/lb…WOW. Also, please cut back on the salt of the hot jerky. 😳

What an incredible gem Willowside Meats is. A friend found out we were going to Santa Rosa for a soccer game and he said YOU MUST make time to visit Willowside! You walk inside to the most beautiful enclosed multideck fridges of both fresh and frozen meat. With lots of different pre-marinade options.They cut meat fresh daily - be sure to ask when you walk in - what's fresh from that morning? As it might not be on display yet.They also have Tomahawk steaks and lots of wagyu choices!We were greeted immediately and the team member managing the front expertly answered all of our questions - she was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! Right behind her was a team of butchers working non-stop.The one thing we wished we had brought - a bigger cooler! You must check out this gem of a butcher when you are in SR!

Picked up a beautiful brisket today. Called all over SR and Willowside was the only place with a full brisket. And had the best price! My daughter has been buying from this butcher for years and I’m a now a devoted customer. The in-stock fresh frozen selection was amazing, whatever you’ve looking for from a butcher they have it, and the customer service was terrific. Highly recommend.

I brought in a 110 pound (hanging weight) wild boar that I shot earlier in the day on 12/23. They were super busy, likely due to the holidays. This was the first hog I'd ever harvested, and first time I've ever decided to take game to a butcher. The lady who helped me was friendly and they had staff unload the hog from my vehicle. Despite being so busy, Chris was obviously attentive to what was going on with all customers. Since it was my first pig, I told her I'd defer to them for recommendations. Chris took the time to come over and look at my pig, and make recommendations for cuts while addressing my questions and a concern I had about a spot on the pig. He also answered some other questions I had about harvesting/butchering other game in NorCal. Since I'd never eaten wild boar, I decided to do one ham and the rest sausage. I chose bulk sausages: Mild Country Breakfast, Maple Country Breakfast, Chorizo, and Hot Country Sausage. Chris even provided an estimate of how many pounds of sausage I'd get so I could choose number of flavors based on weight. Since they had a few closures scheduled for Christmas and New Years, I was told it would be ready in about 2-weeks. Two weeks later I got a call that my order was ready. Staff loaded my vehicle with my already frozen meat (80 pounds) that was packaged and labeled beautifully. The printed labels were super professional and even had my name printed on it. Product quality has been phenomenal!!! The sausage flavors are fantastic and the smoked ham hocks are amazing. Haven't tried the ham yet, but if it's anything like the hocks, it'll be perfect. Ham and hocks were double wrapped in butcher paper and sausage was vacuum sealed. For my first time taking game to a butcher, I couldn't be more impressed. I felt like the price was fair. I will definitely give Chris and his team my business for my next harvest. They've earned my trust on this one.

Everything we got there was a hit. We have tried a whole chicken, steak, sausages, marinated chicken tight/breasts, ground meat etc… and everything is outstanding. In addition, Willowsidd meats have reasonable prices and great service.

I just got my 5th pig back from willow side and I can’t help but start opening everything up and sampling everything! Love it great people great experience! Every time! The lady that calls for the cutting instructions is on it! She knows what she’s talking about!This time I had to go with their mobile truck and it was just that much easier.

Sad to say, this is one of the very last of the very best! Not to slam anyone here, but I live up the hill from Bud's. I drive the distance, to Willowside Meats due to the quality, professionalism and out the F@#$ing park quality of meats. I have brought my wild boar, my own cattle to have processed here, each time (there where many). I was treated with kindness, and the butchering was done by skilled professionals. So when it's time for that special occasion you can find me at Willowside buying that amazing dry aged T-Bone steak!

I love Willowside Meats! Great staff, great selection, great quality! Every single thing I’ve gotten from them was perfect. Their beef liver is so fresh. The coloring is so rich and beautiful, a deep purple, and very mild in flavor. Best liver I’ve ever had. The leaf lard is also really fresh and mild in flavor, compared to other butcher shops. The country pork sausage is the best I’ve ever had, literally, the best. The oxtails tasted a bit “grassy”, probably because the animal ate primarily grass? That’s a good sign to me. Delicious beef heart, chuck steaks, and knuckle bones for soup. Please give this shop a try!

Awhile back I decided to celebrate the birthday of Robert Burns by making authentic Haggis from scratch (along with the traditional side dishes of "Nips and Tatties" and a dram or two of of single malt Scotch).Real Haggis is lamb, stuffed and cooked inside a sheep's stomach. Mixed with the ground lamb are steel cut oats, suet, onions, seasonings, and offal including heart, liver, kidney and lungs (also referred to as Pluck). You can't buy that in regular grocery stores, or even in many dedicated butcher shops. But Willowside meats helped me locate and buy a locally-raised lamb, and have it slaughtered and processed, wrapping and packing all the rest of the lamb and saving out the pluck and stomach.At a traditional "Burn's Supper", held on January 25th (Robbie Burns birthday) the host reads the Robert Burns poem, "Address to a Haggis" before cutting open the sheep's stomach with great fanfare and serving the Haggis. As I recited that poem I also silently thanked Willowside Meats for making it happen. Great service. You went above and beyond!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I had them butcher a whole hog and it was the worst experience I’ve had with a butcher. I told them I wanted large cuts and they broke everything down into small chops. When I gave them instructions on the fat, they told me the pig didn’t have much so they couldn’t deliver any to me. This was a heritage breed pig and should have had lots of fat. The farmer couldn’t believe it when I told her. They delivered 10 pounds less meat than they charged me for (I weighed it all when I got home). They discarded the head, trotters, and offal. I felt ashamed that so much of this pig I had killed had been wasted. Bottom line: they are incompetent, they are not trustworthy, and you should avoid this place like the plague.

I have been using this butcher for quite some time but I won't be going back ever again. I placed a large order and they delivered very little of what they promised. Their pricing was deceptive. I was warned by several people not to trust them and unfortunately they were right.The response that they have given proves that they were not listening to me when we discuss the issue. The majority of our conversation dealt with the amount of loss between the hanging weight and the delivered weight. Having spoken to several friends who are cattle ranchers and one who used to be a butcher, 15 to 20% loss between hanging weight and cut weight is standard. The difference between the hanging weight that I was given and the amount of meat that was actually delivered was just over 40%.

Willowside is the absolute best. Excellent customer service (no matter how many times I have to call in a 3 day period, Amanda is patient and SO nice), amazing butcher work, and a very clean shop. Also, Gabe, the mobile butcher that works with them is humane, punctual, easy going, and answers all questions readily.They're our favorite!!

Best butcher shop I've ever gone to. The staff is amazing and the product is out of this world. The marinades are to die for. They put the meat in whats called a tumbler. Never have i even heard of such a thing before. Although I have to say after having it done that way. It's the only way I want my meat handled anymore.

These guys and gals do an AMAZING job with there cuts! If you don't know about Willowside Meats your missing out, stop by and take a look they are a nice little butcher shop and are always friendly and willing to help you pick out a cut off meat!

This is where the good meat is. Today for my birthday I asked for two ribeye steaks cut off the beef, 1-1/2" thick. I had two wonderfully marbled, dry-aged steaks that although labeled Choice have a flavor that rivals Prime. When I want the Good Stuff in meat I head to Willowside.

Willow side is local owned and operated and has a great cut of steak. If You want a rib eye one inch thick bam done ,, t bone is bad to the bone. Get one of the above take it home and devour this grass feed goodness. Thanks for being here

Horrible experience with their mobile butcher— he has no communication, never or hardly responds to text or phone calls. Unfortunately JT (new full owner of Willowside is the best mobile butcher in CA) has sold is mobile butcher business to Gabe... and now Gabe has monopolized his affiliation to only Willowside. Seams strange that after 30+ years of JT butchering farmers animals in Sonoma County that he’s connect with someone SO disorganized? It’s hard enough to find a mobile butcher in Sonoma— Gabe that butchers for Willowside isn’t someone I’d call ever again.

Had a T-Bone from there on Saturday. Cut the way I liked it. A friend and I shared the NY Strip and his wife had the filet. Dry-aged to perfection and tender a butter.
