This Whole Foods manager name, Wes, was harassing a volunteer from peacefully petitioning outside of their store. This guy was basically talking down to this young volunteer and calling the cops on them when the volunteer had a legal right to be there and not obstructing business. After an hour the cops never came but it didn’t stop this guy from following the volunteer around to harass him even as he was told multiple times by the volunteer and other customers to stop. This is essentially already grounds for a lawsuit of Whole Foods for Wes obstructing First Amendment protected activities and even more so if the police actually showed up. This Wes person would much rather waste an hour being a Karen than to actually do his job that he’s paid to do. Fire him.

We've been coming to the location for years, but for awhile now the experience has been a little off. The past few times it seems like the pizza area hasn't been open. The salad bar doesn't seem to have as many robust offerings like it used to. We asked the cashier and she said because of low staffing. I guess that could be a lot of industries, but it'd be nice if we can get similar service like it used to be years ago. Oliver's Market seems to be winning at the moment with more staffing and selection of prepared foods.

This Whole Foods location is fairly typical for this chain. But being in Sonoma County this location has a lot more natural and organic products. I was in the search for kombucha and they had a great selection of regional makers which was fun. They do also have a good selection of dry goods and prorated foods. Loved the self check out. The doors though can be disorienting, but overall a good location.

Every time I go to Whole Foods Market, I look forward to having my expectations met or exceeded on every shopping trip. I recently stopped by to find an obscure type of tea. Unable to find it, an employee searched, then called a manager and was informed they no longer carried it, but gave me some suggestions where to get it.This is a good example of why they set the standard of excellence for food retailers. Their customer service sets a high bar every time I encounter an issue or desire help with something like finding the best produce or getting that special cut of fish I like. Employees take their work seriously and you can see it in their work ethic. Whole Foods Market works with farmers and suppliers to bring in the best quality foods. Their goal is to nourish people, while sustaining the planet.

I know that there's been criticism about Whole Foods and some of the changes that have occurred in terms of the produce Etc but this review is more of a personal experience I had well returning some Amazon merchandise. I wandered through the store, with items always so appealingly displayed. I picked up a few things and headed to the checkout. Much to my dismay, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The checker was so helpful and friendly and suggested other forms of payment such as Apple or Google pay. And I did try to install those apps but I did not have my credit card number. So Philip told me he would hold my purchases at customer service and I could come back at my convenience to pay for them. He went the extra mile and took his time helping me. I was so impressed and appreciative of his assistance. A huge thank you too Whole Foods for employing such wonderful people!!

Incredible mega Whole Foods. Enough food fit for a small village. Selection of foods, health products and more you could spend days browsing. There's a bakery, meat section, dairy, smoothie bar, sushi and on and on.... Also, great fresh fruits and veggies and flowers. Love the health section for essential oils and wellness products. As well as local products. Prices are so much better these days, and there's sales on a bunch of stuff, especially if you are a Amazon Prime Member - you can get even more discounts. Usually quick lines and nice service.

Management if you can read this, please do something PRACTICAL with the water machine. It's not fair to customers that it remains inoperable but still accepts payment.Your staff sounds really tired of explaining it as well.It's irrelevant to the customer that the company who is allegedly responsible for it doesn't want to come take care of it.Put up a sign that says use at your own risk if you aren't allowed to tape it off.It only takes getting robbed of $2.75 to come up with a humble answer like the one above and I'd bet another $2.75 that as supervisors of a multi-million dollar national chain, there are resources available to get the job done or find a reasonable alternative, as well as save Phillip at customer service advising the shoppers to call the number on the machine for assistance..

My experience at whole foods honestly I love health food store and there is always a great selection of foods that don't have milk or gluten which I love so much. Most.of the staff is nice and helpful and I enjoy shopping there

I was verbally attacked by an employee after I quietly pointed out a couple hadn't paid. Angry, she scowled that they'd paid & to mind my own business..Doesn't theft's example on our kids & it's dis-colorment of society concern all that live in society?..I said this' my society & asked for mgr. She previouly stepped away, didn't see them moving past register without paying, not looking for assistance, but heading for door. So no, they hadn't paid, when I asked for mgr, they paid. If I wasn't there, it seems they would've been a drop in the bucket compared to countless ones thatr'e supported by mgt to not pay. Yes, supported by site mgr, Wes. I thought she was just 1 ill mannered employee and that Wes would appreciate my assistance but also my being discreet..meaning, once I suspected, I observed from a distance, until they clearly were avoiding checkouts and obviously heading for the door. He said excuse me (he wanted me out the way of his check-out-free-exit), I quietly and mild-manneredly asked what they're doing, he said looking for register so I just pointed, saying they're this way (the opposite way they were heading). 5 mins earlier they took this same route away from registers & left store. This time I knew they had unpaid goods. Now, they went through check out, avoiding paying till mgr was called..But disgustingly, site manager Wes was worse than previous employee. He wasn't quiet when he supported thieves & he chronically interupted me, not listening, he was on a mission to filibuster me. I'm really big on respect, including letting the other be heard, I'm huge on that. Considerable also, is that I'm loyaly one of that site's best customers. Remember too, that through all of this, I remained soft-spoken. He was so harsh, he used foul language, he even accused me of what he called illegal acts of me accusing them of stealing (it's beside the point that I didn't, only honestly & wisely gently said they didn't pay) and he asked me at the end of his horribleness, where I was sitting quietly eating my wfm purchases, to leave the store! Yes, he did, as the thieves sat eating, rosey with support as they watched on; I mean this disgusting display, I seriously regret wittnessing was an attestation to his shamefully ugly character! Had he listened and thanked me for my intention, but then if he chose to direct a difference from me next time, I would have appreciated a respectable, decent man, but that definately wasn't the case today. What a shame! Customers: Sitting in cafe for 1/2 hr, I've witnessed, estimating from experience, about 2-5 times, a party of 1 or more will walk by, stealing..Customers, this' a huge price for us, especially with mgt ill-support. There's other places thatr'e similar to wfm, for shopping, and certainly others that appreciate and respect their customers. Although it's unlikely you will have the traumatic experience of speaking with Wes, let us customers stand together for what is right and not support a place that viciously attacks their own invalueable customers & charges sky high cuz they support thieves, especilly this Wes-managed-site. Employees: respect your boss but can you not do better than this job that has lowered employee appreciation now with Amazon's overtaking? I'm talking to you employees too cuz I trust you will hear innaccuracies..while I was sitting eating, just several feet from me, this same ill-discreet and disrespectful employee, was at self checkout, telling employee after employee negatively about me, while I can hear her. Yeah, and I'm the one who's behaved shamefully..so now you can use your own discernment..Wes: whether you apologize or not, I understand that what is expected of me as a customer is not to quietly, discreetly, without accusation, assist society by gently discouraging theft at your site as I've done numerously actually; got it. But don't you dare mistreat me again in any way cuz at this point, all I'd like to do is just be treated respectfully if I choose to shop there peacefully. I would not change things if I were you.

I love whole foods. I was beyond excited when they were opening up in Coddingtown! Still one of my favorite stores. Now in 2022 I still love this Whole Foods location! Really like the convenience of being able to pick up amazon packages in store as well. It's 2024 and this location is still my favorite. Wish I lived closer, I would come more often.

About half the prep foods section is empty, very little charcuterie, both the pizza and taqueria were closed as well. Even tried to order a sandwich and they didn't have the ingredients for it available. +1 star for the pub being open. It's really sad knowing what this store used to be like.

Typical Whole Foods with a nice hot food selection, which is way better than any food a mall food court would offer. The self-serve mochi section is my kyrptonite, which is why I limit myself to healthy veggie items at the hot bar to justify indulging in a red velvet mochi ice cream.

So everything besides the Burrito/Sandwich station is decent. The entire last month, OVER my partner and I have been trying to get burritos and sandwiches, but not anymore. Each time we have a girl who 1. Makes a tiny burrito with uneven food amounts 2. Doesn't read directions 3. Has a horrible attitude and scoffs when we are genuinely kind [I know how hard it is!] And now same with the sandwiches. Add burnt to that too! Not coming here for that anymore.

It is ridiculously expensive but so is Safeway. So is everywhere else. I like self check out there because the clerks arent always vibing good. I dont know what it is but they seem a bit snobby in my opinion. With that said they do have excellent employees in other areas. Like the wellness center with makeup herbs and fun stuff. She is awesome. So is produce people. But ive had a few checkers that could watch how they judge people for wanting things double bagged. They also need to be less annoyed if you dont understand how to use your prime membership. Shoot i dont know what to do. It isnt like a self explanatory thing. Chill out if i dont get it. And dont say it wont work for me. I have a prime memership and it was like i was lying just to get a discount. I didnt get a discount because i was blown off. Actually that makes me mad because i spent $57 on 8 items. M efer. Why did i do that? I know! Because i was feeling stupid because of the checker. And i dont snitch people out so i dont look at their names. Maybe they dont wear name tags. Anyways that is why i gave 3 stars.Checkers need to learn they are not the ones who dictate if you have a membership or not. I pay amazon every month for prime just like everyone else. Make it easier to use and don't even ask me to pay with my palm that's not what I'm make it easier for the checkers to show you how to do it if they don't want to maybe they shouldn't work cash register. Whos with me?!

Whole foods usually has a huge selection of food, drink, and supplement options, but this location is super busy and seems to struggle to keep the store organized, clean and well stocked. The tap room concept is cool, but it feels a little odd to sit in a bar inside a grocery store. Overall, it is a passable grocery, but I prefer other health food stores that are more locally owned and operated. Many health food stores have a sort of pride of ownership, and unique character... but since the Amazon takeover I can't shake the feeling that shopping here is just supporting some billionaires vanity project instead of really building local community. But I do respect that they have created many jobs, bright a lot of technology to the forefront, and really advanced the grocery industry... And many people shop nowhere else.

The store is clean and well stocked. They had a better selection before the Amazon take over, but product variety and quality is slowly coming back.I love the meat and fish counters. I regularly purchase from both and haven't been disappointed. They have great appetizers and specialty chicken wings, as well as seasonal specialities.They also have really good individual desserts and hard to find non-alcohol beverages that taste fantastic.

A big Whole Foods with more variety than many others in Sonoma County. Very helpful staff. The butcher shop is excellent with their made-in-house items and the butchers are always ready with advice and tips if you ask.
