I see lots of bad reviews on Walgreens on this location and others. I think the employees are doing their best but they may be understaffed as most Walgreens it's hard to find an employee to help. Maybe because they are busy working on their tasks and lines of people. I like this store. The people who work here are pleasant and there's enough stuff in here to find what you need and good prices. There's also always open parking out front and a convenient drive-thru pharmacy.

Pharmacy is a disaster. Incredibly slow. Long lines inside and at the drive thru. Avoid. Booked a vaccine online, confirmed it was available at this location, stood in line for an hour only to be told they don’t actually have the vaccine. Unbelievable.

Worst Pharmacy ever! I don't understand how they can be short staffed unable to fill prescriptions and get away with it. Somehow its my fault for not following up with them and not theirs for not being able to fill an order 4 days after it was called in due to staffing issues. Desk Staff is rude , and don't know any thing about customer service and I felt went spiteful loudly yelling that i had an insurance issue (Not the case). This company is garbage and it reflects on this store.They seem to be constantly understaffed and have an extremely high turnover rate. Walgreens might try this new amazing thing companies are doing called paying a living wage

Each month after picking up my rx, I tell myself I will look for another pharmacy. There are fixes for the issues at hand. A larger staff, elimination of the drive through until more employees are hired and a separate line/window for vaccination appointments. There have been times where I've waited 15-20 minutes while someone is checked in for this. There also seems to be no urgency in moving customers along. My WiFi is also bad on that side of the store so I don't even have my phone to distract from the wait! Employees are mostly nice but IDK how they do that job, I'd be stressed out!

Worst pharmacy ever! I called in advance to make sure that they had filled the right amount of pills so I don’t waste my time like the other last eight times GETTING IT WRONG and just waiting around!! They had told me it was the correct amount and that I could pick it up whenever (WRONG), instead of 105 they tried to give me 75 again like the last eight or nine times! This was 8/16/23 around 2:30pm. Manager told me that if this keeps happening then why are you still coming here sir (Unbelievable)!! I felt like saying well I’m disabled and live right around the corner but didn’t! She threatened to call the cops if I didn’t move so YEAH I moved and will not be coming back to this hell hole of a place!! Disgusting rude people that can’t read prescriptions instructions!

The worst customer service EVER. A lot of the workers are rude, not helpful and avoid "help needed in ailse 2, or photo dept, etc" I asked one employee a question today and she said she couldn't help me. I said I've already asked 3 people, she told me to go ask a 4th person. WTH. Apparently their is NO Management or accountability going on in that store. Rediculous!!!

I literally was just in the store buying makeup and sunglasses. A young Hispanic gal was trying to help me. Her manager, Tomine, started to loudly tell her to give the "hand held" to someone else if she wasn't going to use it asap. There were others in line. Very rude!! There is a time and place!!

The ineptness of the majority of staff in this pharmacy never cease to amaze me. There are a few good ones, Matthew and one of the females. Other than that, I am often just flabbergasted. I had two prescriptions today that were ready to be picked up. My oncologist made a mistake on her new computer system ordering one of the prescriptions. It came into the pharmacy as a 15 day supply instead of the 90 day supply. I reached out to Walgreens telling them that it was a mistake and I would contact my Doctor today to have the correct prescription sent. I go to Walgreens to pick up the one prescription that I had to have today. I tell the girl at the counter I do not want to pick up the second one because the prescription is incorrect. My insurance had already approved the 15 days. I did not want to take the prescription which would result in the 90 day supply been denied by insurance. She said oh it’s not a problem just take it. My doctor sent over the correct prescription for the 90 day supply. Walgreens refuses to fill it because I just picked it up. I don’t know how many times I try to explain it to them. Not only are they inept, the majority of the staff is incredibly rude, specifically the pharmacist. So now I will have to deal with my insurance company to make sure they will approve the 90 day supply in 15 days when the current prescription is gone. You would think they would give me 75 more pills to equal a 90 day supply and call it good. But no, there is no common sense anywhere. How difficult is it to void a prescription and wait a few hours for the correct one to come through? I probably should’ve just refused the 15 day supply; however, I was afraid they would really screw things up if I did that. There has to be a better pharmacy in Santa Rosa. And I should add, these two prescriptions are the same two prescriptions that I have taken for years which have been filled by Walgreens. I would think it would not take a rocket scientist to look at the computer and see that I have had 90 day supplies of these medication‘s forever.

The worst Walgreens I've ever seen woth the worst employees. I've spent 83 minutes (one hour 23 minutes yes) on the phone trying to reach the pharmacy. After going there in person I've found why I was not able to reach anyone. They just sit there doing an impression of sloths trying to be seen busy while ignoring the phones. I've seen a single employee in any walgreens pharmacy doing the work of all these people combined. Tyr to stay away if possible.

I will never come to this store again! A lady need help to comunícate in Spanish and none of both cashier could help her so I had to translate for her. And…. I went to deposit cash to Chime (my son needs urgent money) and they asked for a card or barcode? (not virtual or Apple Pay) that’s not explained on Chime app!

This place constantly has issues with getting prescriptions filled on time. Walgreens needs to hire more staff that are competent. Also, they always seem to have technical issues. They promised me my prescription would be filled today I showed up and the entire store was closed due to “technical issues“

I came to this pharmacy after leaving with my mom from the hospital after surgery. The nurse called and confirmed her prescriptions were ready. So, we came here, and the staff said the meds weren’t ready and we’d have to wait for one hour. I explained that my mother is postop and in pain, needing the pain medicines ordered. The mail pharmacist said that they had to close for lunch we could wait in the parking lot. I urged him to please help, as we were told the meds were ready. He wouldn’t help and just said others are In pain and waiting, too. And that by talking to him, I was keeping him from doing his job. These are terrible things to say! I would never use this pharmacy. If they need more staff, that’s one thing. But to not correct a problem is unacceptable.

Definitely changing pharmacies. Time and time again I have to wait days for my medicine. I hate waiting in line for an hour each time to be told it's not ready then come back giving them more time then they said to make sure it would be ready and it still isn't. Also I couldn't leave one of the times do to my illness to pick it up again and my husband picked it up to not be given all the medicine. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone either.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Each month they have no idea what’s going on and their is always a problem that is extremely basic for them to figure it out but they are to lazy. They take extremely long to do anything!! Like a 25 minute wait in the drive threw when their was only one customer inside the whole time. Everyone of the pharmacist have horrible attitudes and they hang up the phone once the Machine transfers you.

This Walgreens is terrible. The pharmacy has some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They're also extremely incompetent as they can even stop calling, emailing, and texting about a refill I never asked for and told several times I didn't want. I would suggest just going somewhere else as dealing with this store is a headache

This pharmacy is a price gouging facility; unless one pays attention you and your insurance are being over charged: they manipulated my prescription amount down to a 30 day supply and then requested me to make a $20 co-pay but I have the best insurance BCBSTX provides so there is no co-pay at a Safeway pharmacy for a 90 day amount of the same medication! Just think of all the wasted plastic bottles they are making people accept if they solely provide 30 day supplies, and of course think of the excess fees🤦🏼

I went to this pharmacy for urgently needed medication promised the next day. Not only did they not have it, but said they did not receive the doctor's orders. I was with the doctor when he called it in. We are working to heal a BAD infection eating away my eardrum, and now, as the second day later begins, so does the pain and returning of the rapidly invading infection. They were also rude to me and couple of others in front of me. They need to learn compassion, honesty and treat people with respect.

I went to the cashier so they could help me get a medication locked with a key and he told me to go push a button so someone could help me. I went and waited for 12 minutes, and the same cashier who told me to go push the button went to help me. I went to pay and when I put my stuff down he changed register and didn't tell me anything,he left and I had to go look for him. Then I saw him talking with what I think where his friends or family, they where laughing and talking while their was a huge line waiting for them to finish talking.

I give one star, given that's the bare minimum rating! Horrible service, no one greets you when you enter.I had to locate employee's, who appear to speed walk in the opposite direction of my voice. The worst of it all, I visited this location @ approximately 8:30pm. I needed to use the ladies room. Management informed me their restrooms closed at a specific time BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS END. Could not give me a reasoning for such a policy. Horrible service, product selection deplorable, shelves poorly stocked! AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST

I was homeless not too long ago, really depressed and ill. I lost everything. Found comfort out front of this place.. for a month almost. Day and night I stayed in front of this store .. I was treated like a real person without even going inside. No judgement. Just respect. From all sides. I love all the employees here. I don't know who hired every one that goes in there but ,keep up the good work. I love coming here and seeing familiar faces. It's like a new found friend's without even having to talk. They know my face. I know there's . It feels good. They're so sweet, and understanding. one of the woman who works early mornings would bring me donuts when I would sit there after I woke up. And I remember the manager that used to work there was into starwars, he has a huge heart and always helped me out and let me vent to him. There's a really tall man who works in the pharmacy, who got me an ambulance when I was having chest pain. He held my bike in the store for three days then told me he had called a shelter and got me an immediate spot with a bed. For 90 days. Thank you to him as well.

Pharmacy is horrible. Staff is unprofessional, very rude. They take forever to fill a prescription, even if it's a neccessary medication like blood pressure pills. The drive thru always takes forever. They start to help you at the window, then walk off and help someone else. Definitely changing pharmacies.

I am used to Walgreens from Arizona where I was always treated with dignity, staff were always friendly, and there were never problems. I now live in Sonoma and this is the closest Walgreens. The pharmacy staff have been rude, and have treated me in a very undignified manner. Despite the fact that I am always friendly towards them. Once my prescription plan has concluded for the year, I will be moving to CVS.

Going to Marlow is almost an every other day experience. Their employees try very hard to help customers. Some may be better than other. I appreciate their neighborly service and how they also try to help some of our homeless people. 🙏Celeste

Consistently slow and understaffed pharmacy. I used to think they were prioritizing the drive-through until I tried the drive-through and that was slow as well. It doesn't seem to matter whether you go during the work day or after it ends.

This is a review of their photo lab. I was ordering pictures online and when I went to check out, the price jumped from $4 to $16. I decided to go pick them up and when I got to my car to look at them, they are HORRIBLE. The picture quality makes it look like they belong in an old school video game. Will never return for pictures again.
