The Coddingtown Pharmacy is the absolute worst if I were able to put no stars I would have. I needed to pick my 2 yr Olds fluoride drops up at the pharmacy. The first time I was sent away is because they said they needed to confirm with the dentist(who sent the prescription) if it was OK. The 2n 3rd time was they said I wasn't covered. I am fully covered. Confirmed with my insurance each time. Each time after returning home I would get a text message saying I could come pick up my prescription only to return and get told the same thing. Such a waste of time for for a working mom. So frustrating I would not recommend going to this Pharmacy

Most thing you would expect at a Target. Clerks are pleasant and helpful. Returns are easy and lines aren't that long. Good selection of foods. As well as clothes, electronics and all other household items. You can walk into the main inside of Coddingtown in the back to shop at other stores as well.

My favorite Target! I feel like it's the busiest one also. Even so it's pretty clean and tidy. I feel like the staff here are the nicest too. And that's awesome because retail jobs suck! They have a great set up for drive up orders that my family uses a lot.Not perfect, but I feel safer here then at the one on the Ave.

I love this Target I always have a positive experience. The store is very clean when I do driver up orders the employees are so pleasant and very friendly. I have a little Chihuahua with me most of the time sometimes she’s rambunctious and they are still so polite with her. I’ve had to go inside to return a few things here in there and the employees are still so polite. They make the return process quick and easy. I’m not familiar where things are in that store and the employees usually take me to what I’m looking for so that’s always very nice. I highly recommend this target for all your shopping needs (:

I left my red purse in the red cart. My phone was in my purse. When I went back I asked the young man outside. He said he would ck. As I walked into the store he held it up and said we found it! He wouldn't take a tip. I just cried and hugged him. Everything was still in the purse. Thank you so much.

Just left the store. Was told while there i could price match certain items as long as they are from specific sites. Ok well just did that in electronics as i was trying to purchase a nintendo switch for my daughter. The cashier was really nice but some electronic manager ( wearing glasses) got involved and shut down all the price match i requested from amazon, walmart etc...so i told him whats the point, i could just order from any other place if he cant match anything, he got irritated i guess and flat out told me to buy it somewhere else then. Which i will do. The biggest issue in retail nowadays is that we got hourly folks that will just destroy the stores customer service aspect of things, bc ethics, good behavior, good communication, good manners are all values that are lost...training is a very important aspect and the lack of such basic concept is ruining the industries.

Love the drive up option. I order on line and pick up at the store. An employee brings out my order and puts it in my car. They are always pleasant and my order has always been correct. I used drive up all during the pandemic and continue to do so as it is a safe, easy way to shop. I recommend the Target drive up option highly.

Target Optical ROCKS! I had a great eye exam with Dr. L. Lee, then found frames I wanted and got fabulous customer service from Sagan. I couldn't be more happy with Target Optical at Coddingtown mall, Santa Rosa CA.

Well i have to say that the order online, drive to store and they load your trunk provided by target @ coddington in Santa Rosa is My new best friend. That was the smoothest process I have ever had. Talk about an awesome system! WOW! The young folks were polite and the sense of urgency that they displayed was on point! Chefs kiss! Great team work I’ll be back Thank You😀

It's a good store that has good products at a good price. They also have some food products there at discount price. Just went there because no one else had newborn diapers. I'm ended up finding some Christmas clothes for my new born granddaughter. So I really just depends on what you're looking for. The service is not great here the people that work here a lot of them don't speak very good English so it can be difficult finding what you need. But at least things here are put together better than Walmart there's not a lot of junk in the aisles the people that work here seem to work much harder and taking better care of the store.

Five stars for the speed of their order pick-up. If you order from the Coddington Target the items are ready before any other area Target has processed the order. In addition, they are much faster for pick-up. There's an occasional glitch with an employee but on balance it's a friendly store.

Good for a Target with usual organization. Would have been helpful if all of the same type of items were organized together as we almost bought a more expensive option then found the other area with the same items with a much larger array of choices. Otherwise like the shelf check out and good location near the major roadways.

This is a great target! The business is located at Coddington Towne Center and has a CVS pharmacy inside. The back of the store connects to other parts of the mall. The associates are very helpful. I always love browsing the board and card games available. There is usually a good selection.

Just a heads up, although every on the internet including their website, they say the Starbucks takes EBT like Safeway, they told meno. They don't. Which is what it is. I don't have the time or energy to argue, and idk if it's true or if they just like being lazy. To each their own.

It's like every Target there is. Bathroom in the front of the store and the dollar section. I had to get something for a cold sore. What I didn't realize was that it was with the toothpaste. I honestly thought I was going insane looking for something that the website said they had. I only realized it after about what seemed like 30 minutes (really more like 10) that the item was looking for wasn't in the "CVS" section. Got my item and went to check out. I used the self checkout, but I didn't realize that the people in front of me weren't as close attention as they should. The very first checkout was open and I went to pay for my item and then leave. Didn't have time to check anything out at the store as my only purchase was what went there for.

Worst customer service ever. I came to purchase my items that totaled $141.30 with two gift cards. One worked the other didn't. The manager told me to take out items,not even asking me to pay the remaining the other way. So i stood there, for over an hour in pain making a phone call to customer service trying to see what was wrong with the other gift card. Ok so after nearly passing out, i went to customer service to see if someone could help me there, i was told that they were to busy to help me, mind you i could barely walk at that point. I used to work at this location but it's clear that they discriminate people with disabilities.

The information presented matched the actual experience. Ability to support my local store even with my mobility disability issues. I truly appreciate the pickup/delivery option to my vehicle instead of parking and going into the store. I also feel this is Covid safe.

Worst experience ever. Disgraceful customer service. DO NOT GET EYEGLASSES MADE HERE! Optical Shop at TARGET made the worst prescription eyeglasses I've ever had. They couldn't get them right and then refused to refund my money. Gave me the runaround for a year instead of just admitting that the glasses were inferior, then said it was too late to return them. I can't see out of them, everything is out of focus. I have two pairs of useless glasses. Save your money and stay away from here because if you're not happy, they will do nothing. I will never buy anything from any Target store ever again.

Pleasant shopping experience. Parking lot was full but it didn't feel like people were on top of you while shopping. Lots of check out lines so little wait time. Austin was so congenial and engaging. Thank you, Austin for making my shopping experience more personal and pleasant.

We love the fact that Target will shop for us and bring it to our car. It is especially important due to my upcoming several surgeries and my husbands HA that we not be exposed to covid or other sicknesses out there and so this service is literally a lifesaver. Thank you Target!
