I had an awful experience. I'm lactose intolerant and selected oatmilk. The drink definitely did not have oatmilk, but because it's so sweet.. I wasn't able to tell and drank it. I wish they'd paid a little more attention as this could be dangerous.Dietary restrictions: Make sure to be extra sure to bring up your dietary needs.

Worst location I have been to in a long time. Workers are not nice, and think they can get away with a lot with how they were treating customers. They gave a lady attitude because she wanted her milk only looking drink remade. Or another lady that had to pay $1 because they forgot her cream cheese. Almost every customer left unhappy.. I just wanted to get out of there.

This has the most chipper nicest baristas anywhere. The drive through is efficient, but careful when exiting as the complex here is a bit funny and has blind spots. Got a delicious latte here and gas at the corner. I tipped the barista nicely as they have such great energy and can put a zip in your day. Conveniently located off 101 on Airport Blvd.

Ordered online, went to ask about my order to the barista, they were having fun teasing each other and kind of ignored me for a while. 5min later (no customer in line anymore) I went to ask again and it turns out it was there getting cold and nobody had noticed.Very poor service. I appreciate employees being friendly with each other and with customers, but this is your job, not a park, a club or a place for you to tease and flirt or whatever you were doing.Muffin was delicious but a bit deformed, not sure if it happens after warming it up, or because they just left it there sideways for 5min+Was here on March 12th in the morning time

Well I love the coffee of Starbucks and most of the people. Were absolutely wonderful when the barista was handing me my croissant. He literally threw it at me instead of handing it to me, and if he may have dropped it he could have at least apologize and said I'm sorry but that didn't happen so how rude and not ok I believe he is the Manager.

At least weekday mornings, drive-thru is FAST and cheerful, but the most unfriendly baristas I’ve come across when picking up a mobile order. I always say “good morning” or “have a good one” and nothing, not even a smile back… they’re usually out of breakfast items… I’ll just stop going to this one and intentionally go to one out my way.Update: staffing has changed; place is so much better. Mobile order is so fast!

Would give it a 0 if I could. Each time I go the employees are super rude and always look super unhappy. My drinks are always made horrible you can tell they don’t care. A few weeks ago I ordered from the app and when I got there it was still not made and once it was ready they gave it to the person at the drive thru and didn’t even apologize and made me wait for them make me a new drink. Horrible place. Better off driving into town.

I am here right now and the girl taking the order through the drive through was extremely rude. Talking over me, not taking the time to listen. I think maybe she needs to find a different career, one which doesn't include helping, smiling, manners, or the ability to make a customer feel like they want to come back.

I had some time to kill before a doctor appointment so I went to Starbucks, I was there around 9am and even though there were about 8 people in front of me in line I was still in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees I talked with were friendly, all in all it was a good experience. I wouldn't mind visiting this Starbucks location again if I am ever in the area.

Another good Starbucks and this one has a drive thru. Never had a long line here inside or out.Consistently get the order right.Easy parking, right next door to a gas station; Chevron.Clean bathrooms and good service.

Starbucks is and will always hit or miss when receiving service. The profit is in the coffee, this we all know and understand. I don't pay five bucks for the coffee, I pay five bucks to be remembered and treated like I was their only customer and everyone else should have that experience, not so at this location.

I work closeby so I come here very often during the week. A very nice group of people. Great attitudes even when you can tell they are totally slammed, they are a drive Thru and close to a bunch of businesses and the airport so that can happen pretty often too. Emilee, Jennifer, and Mercedes are always super helpful and I love chatting with them when I come into the store!

I started working down the street from this Starbucks and now I go here all the time! I usually do a mobile order. There has only been once that I had to wait for my drink, and they were clearly incredibly busy.Only reason I gave them 4 stars: they have given me goopy, messy cups more times than I can count. I have gotten green stuff smeared on the side, brown stuff on the lid, and too often whipped cream and espresso smeared on the sides of my cup. I understand that you're trying to go fast, but sometimes it's the little touches that make a difference. (I've never complained to them directly, it's just some constructive criticism)

Though it's out-of-the-way unless you live or work in the area, this location is nice and spacious with lots of seating. It gets busy during peak morning and afternoon times or on cold/rainy days, but the staff is friendly and attentive and everything moves quickly. The drive-thru often has a long line during rush hour so be prepared. One of my favorite locations in Santa Rosa for sitting down with a laptop and getting some work done for a couple hours.

The staff is great bit the location is awful. The parking spots are impossible to get into and so you are forced to do drive through so the line is long. Nothing against the Starbucks just hate trying to get coffee here

A very rude employee roasted me before i even bought my drink. He called me elf and mentioned Christmas. I am very disappointed in this place never will i return to this location. Disrespect to the fullest. After ordering a carmel frappucino he came out with the candy cane flavor totally discriminating people with sharp ears!!!
