I needed breakfast, a sandwich for later, and a contact lenses case. Sam’s had all three. The breakfast burrito was very good, and very filling- I could have eaten half and saved the rest for later. I got a turkey sandwich on sourdough with all the fixings, and it was delicious as well.They had a great selection other breakfast and lunch options at the hot counter, and other food items in the isle. Along with a pretty good selection of other stuff, house hold and medicine type items. I will definitely visit again if I’m ever in Santa Rosa to try their other menu items.

Basic deli, lots of parking. Can get busy at lunchtime but when I visited they had 2 ladies dedicated to sandwiches. My roast beef was tasty, bun fresh and soft.

Not once, twice but three times after finally asking for receipt and looking at their prices. They either “over price” or they’re just simply lazy to update their price tags on their fridges. I kindly asked to speak to whoever was in charge and the gentleman’s response was that they ask him to update the pricing on their system but they don’t ask him to update their price tags. Because “that makes so much sense”. No matter if it’s $1 or $2, over charging your customer is unethical. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, I hope you do something about this. Correct your behavior(s) / mistake(s) and be honest to your customers. That’s what most business owners do, get comfortable, too comfortable that they just don’t care. What goes up must come down! Remember that!!

I've been buying sandwiches there for a long time they have a sandwich card buy 12 get to 13th free which I've done three times all three times the sandwiches that were for free we're not even half of the amount of condiments that the regular sandwich comes with I was very disappointed and do not plan on buying sandwiches there again it's a total rip off as far as buy 12 get one free. I'm going to add a picture so anybody who's ever bought sandwiches there could realize how much they're being duped. Talk about a cheap establishment. Money is the root of all evil one day they'll realize.

I love their sandwiches, but be prepared for a wait. I waited over 20 mins for mine today. There were two people making sandwiches but one of them appeared to be making them for a call in order. The other person was making all the other sandwiches and there were at least 6 to 8 people ahead of me.

Don’t recommend. The owner doesn’t care about his customers. Bought a 10$ vape and immediately confirmed it was defective before even leaving the parking lot. When I asked for a refund or exchange the owner yelled at me. 0/10 will never return.

This store was once a treasure... good customer service and quality people. unfortunately things have changed ... this store once valued regulars but since it went to Sam's it has gone down hill to the point i am changing a 5 star review to a 1 star .... today i spent $146.48 (4 sandwiches a gallon of milk and 12 packs of cigarettes... they were apparently running low on sandwich fixings... all of the sandwiches had almost no meat on them (turkey and salami, with sprouts, cheese, onion, pickle, ect... with 3 slices of salami and 1 slice of turkey, there was less than a sprinkle of sprouts and no pickle... ) after i got it home found out what they were trying to call value for money, i drove back and was treated like my money and i were nothing but a cash cow... when i wanted to inform the owner of the issues to have them fixed ... ether a refund or to make it correct he had no time for me .... i was told he had to deal with the line that he had well 5 ppl were standing around. than when i confronted him about the sprouts his employee with a big mouth piped up that they were out of sprouts. something you should tell the customer before they pay for there item. when i brought that up i was told "it's only $0.50" this is a unacceptable response to a customer.TLDR: they will steal your money and not even show a little remorse for being thieves

There is one cashier in the store that'sSarcastic and more times then not in a bad mood or unfriendly I don't think she's happy with her job, maybe she should retire or find other work not dealing w/ the public, I hate it when I get her to ring up my stuff or I avoid asking her anything , super bad attitude. And the owner shows little care in how his employees act. I would avoid going there if I didn't have too. Bad juju, a total downer.😠☹️

This place has gone down hill. I came in today to simply purchase 2 yerba mates and a hemp 420 drink. I got laughed at by the employees , the lady at the counter never told me a total and as I was simply just opening up the google pay app .the lady yells! "you have to tell me of it's google pay or not."in a rushing manner. I was the only one in the store.I won't give my dollar to people who don't care about what real customer service is .

Well, it's a hit and a miss. Their produce is usually soft, for example celery is not hard it's soft and Bends. The avocados are way ripe, almost rotten. The people that run the store to me are not very friendly. The outside is pretty cluttered with litter. I basically don't go there anymore.

Great coffee and sandwiches!!, I stand by my review the coffee and sandwiches are great however last time I was there one of the ladies at the counter tried to charge $3.00 dollars for my coffee I was surprised I been going there for a while and it was always$2.00 since I was bringing my own mug I couldn't believe it.

Berry's Market is great. They have really affordable sandwiches and always have a wide variety of fried foods. They have a full market inside with pretty much everything. Great stop on the way to Wine County.

I was hoping to eat a great sandwich today. I heard a lot of great things about the sandwiches here and I have to say I was disappointed. The bread from my sandwiches was too hard, old, and dry. The worst part has to be the sandwich it's self. It didn't have any unique flavor as other stores do. I guess the sandwiches here are all about the hype.

A small market with a decent variety of products. Alcohol, soft drinks, made to order sandwiches, and hot foods like wings, rotisserie chicken, ribs, fries, onion rings, breakfast sandwiches, and some produce and frozen foods. They also sell kratom!

They have some of the best deals on milk, avocados and ice tea in town. Personal necessities in our house and the service is pretty great, too.
