Sean at Retro Shack has found me the best old videogames and consoles I used to play in 80s & 90s. He really KNOWS his games; has a variety that will make your gaming heart go "pitter patter"; will find you the most rare games if requested; prices are on point (muuuuuch better than eBay) and customer is treated with dignity and respect!👌I'll absolutely buy from the Retro Shack again!! Can't say nothing but good about it, and I've been shopping there since 2017-2018. So.. try it. (Bring a little extra money in case you are like me & come to buy one game but end up getting 3 or 7 😂)Jokes aside, everyone who used to game in 90s and 2000s (the uncool gaming days!) will feel like entering a candy store when they enter Retro Shack! 🎮

Super nice guy with a really cool set up. Has more games than I ever thought I would see at one time in my life. Really good pricing, especially if you’re just trying to get into game collecting, the environment feels like you’re in an old friends garage just picking out some games so it doesn’t have some of the stresses that can come from bigger stores. Would absolutely recommend stopping by and picking up a handful of games to play and reminisce.

amazing experience! on an off chance i asked if he had a hard to find kingdom hearts game and in the spirit of the holidays he told me he actually had it in his personal collection and sold it to me at a just amazing price. wouldn’t even let me tip him, he gave me my change back with a kind message written on the bill. i will definitely be coming back!

Retro Shack is a great resource to classic gaming enthusiasts in the Santa Rosa area! I came by to pick out some things for my new Wii but took a minute to look around at the rest of the inventory. There is an impressive selection of games and accessories for all your major consoles! The ambiance feels great with wall to wall games and gaming memorabilia. Sean and I sat around chatting games for nearly an hour and he couldn’t be a nicer guy.

Cannot stress how great an experience I had. We were welcomed with open arms into the shop to an expansive collection. There was a little bit of every part of video game history just hanging out for you to look through. We landed on a GameCube game and a NintendoPower mag, but had so much fun just talking about general mutual game love and pop culture. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get gifts for a video game lover, or expand on a already built collection!

Great store! This is the place to go for retro video games. Owner is very friendly. Chill vibe at the store. So many old rare games, consoles and controllers. Be prepared to spend some time looking for your old school favorites!

Sean is dope. Ended up talking about favorite video games for awhile. Sold games at a fair price. There’s so much he has. You have to see for yourself. Almost mind boggling. Come prepared because I ended up looking at Genesis/Super Nintendo games when I originally came for GameCube games and somehow bought and left with a custom GameBoy Color lol

I was looking for an NES for my daughter's 5th birthday (and selfishly/partially for me too). I searched several places online and found this guy local to me. Sean was extremely helpful and fun to talk to. He brought me back to the 80's... When life was so much simpler. When I got there he even offered me some water.Anyway, great prices, good quality stuff, and an overall Stoic Person. I highly recommend Retro Shack. I certainly be back.
