So if you want a cart that’s never filled up all the way and way over priced go Himalaya ! Most Cary companies do this and when you say something they will tell you the smallest one is the full gram??? So all my other carts they just over fill ? It’s disgusting . Luckily I only bought some because they were on sale, and I still feel played. Won’t be doing this again. I don’t know if it’s just the location or company but , just don’t buy these carts if your picky about getting what u pay for.

I’ve been coming here for years but recently I bought a cartridge from here and after a couple hits it tasted terrible and turned black inside. I brought the cartridge in to show them and the best they could do was refund me $20. All I wanted to do was swap it for any working cartridge and they refused. I’ve purchased thousands of dollars over the years here, and after being treated like this, I won’t be back. All over a $40 cartridge they refused to replace. Don’t go here.Edit: owners response is complete nonsense. I bought over $100 of items that day, not $1.26. They spent all of this time calling me a liar “we don’t know how you stored it”: which basically is saying that it was my fault their cartridge burned internally(visibly black). For what? To save themselves 10 bucks? The broken cartridge I brought them was still completely full, it’s not like I brought it in after I used it all. I’ve been coming to this store since it opened, spent thousands over the years(and never brought anything back mind you) and they didn’t care. Haven’t been back since this, took my business to better establishments that have better products and actually care about their customers. All I wanted was a replacement cartridge, and now they lost a lifelong customer. Instead of seeing this review and owning up to their mistake, they chose to double down. So I’ll never be back, and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away too.

This is in my top 3 places to go. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable other products. Prices are very reasonable i picked up a oz of wedding cake by freestone ranch. Nice big buds fresh and the smell is great. Smoking this bud gives you a good high and not a hard crash at all. So i give it 5 stars. I do apologize for being late but thats why im a stoner lol

This is a nice place I'm from out of town Sacramento was in this little town visiting a friend I use medicinal marijuana for my anxiety so when I found a store in the area I was very excited the store is nice very friendly very friendly staff only thing is the taxes or very high but understandable being the area other than that the butt that I got was cookies and it is awesome this will be my go-to place when I am in this little town

Worst service ever I was banned because their credit card system wasn’t working correctly.When I called to talk to management about it she (Amanda) just mansplained the store manager was the only one who could unban people. They had no interest of what exactly happened in my case and kept talking over me.Do not recommend this place based on this interaction.

This is a good place for the goods! The berry gummies were awesome. Great flavor and put me to sleep. I love the "Hippie Crasher" too.They are a very friendly group of people working here. Good DOGS WELCOME!

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years or so (back when things were medicinal only), and Ryan and his crew have been reliably friendly, easy going, helpful, and while I’ve seen the store go through several layout changes over the years- it’s current iteration is easy to find and see the things you want and need! I’m a fan of ordering online using WeedMaps, but ordering in person is just as easy! I love this place and highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t before! BEST prices around for literally 25+ miles!!!

I have been a costumer here for about 4 to 5 years. Recently for the past month I’ve gone 4 times every time I’ve been ignored or not acknowledged . I’ve parked and watched 4 to 5 people drive up after me and be helped before I’m even acknowledged. I have waited 35 minutes before I left and called it quits, will not come here again and im very disappointed. I used to love this place. Another issue is one of the employees that carries a Baton will give you dirty looks and act very aggressive through out the whole experience. I come for a pleasant experience and do not expect the employees to stare down customers and act hostile and if so he should not be caring a weapon that I’m not sure is legal ? Manager Ryan is a great guy and hate to do this to him .

Ryan the “owner” is a peice of work the actual boss aka the grower is a genuine guy but Ryan makes this place impossible to do business with consistently shorts in house 8ths and puts trim in them would absolutely not recommend

The Caucasian heavy set chick charged my card and kept almost 10 dollars of mine because they charge you more than the actual price and are supposed to give you the rest in cash back. Most of the time the people here are very honest and give you the cash before letting you walk off. This lady did not. Not looking forward to seeing her again. She Seems very dishonest.

Best dispensary in the area by far! I have been a regular customer for 3 years and make weekly trips. The management is so friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable about the product. Prices are amazing! They definitely have something for every budget!

Good selection, prices are comparable to other dispensaries, location is convenient. Docked stars because of the employees. I don't always know exactly what I want and I need time to "shop," but it feels like they are rushing to get customers out of the shop (nowhere near their hours of closing). Most recently, the girl behind the counter tried to ring me up multiple times before I was ready, she was loud, pushy, and abrasive. Chill, girl, you work in a dispensary, sample some goods.

I have been going to redwood herbal alliance since when they first opened. The female Latin budtender gave me attitude because I pointed out that their purple punch ounce deals went from 25$ to 50$ and the only explanation she gave me is that it went back to its original price. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS AND RAISE PRICES WITH GREED

Redwood Alliance has ALWAYS been awesome!! I moved up here from the Bay Area in 2015 after a horrible car accident and they spent the time to make sure I got the relief I needed in every possible way!.. Since then I have moved away, but EVERY time I come visit family I always make sure to stop by! They have some awesome, caring employees who always make me feel at home even 5 years later! They always have great products in every form you need!!

Great customer service, Nicest manager. Lost house to Kincade fire, came here after to sooth the grieving. The manager was so nice, as I was leaving he said, Here's a few items to help the healing process. That was so kind and it couldn't have happened at a better time.#1 Dispensary 👍
