Honestly, it is infuriating knowing they take donations as a religious affiliation and mark their donations as expensiveas they do. They post things over 500$ even though there are noticeable damages and stains. Shoes are priced more than new ones at Marshall's/TJ Maxx. Also, if that was bad enough, apparently, if they don't put their price stickers on something, you can not purchase that item. I overheard the guy at the front cash register turn away 5 people just in the 10 minutes I was there because they put things out without stickers. Seems like a company issue vs. a consumer problem. THIS IS NOT A THRIFT STORE, more or less a greedy, overpriced junk/consignment store. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

Why would a church take advantage of people. The prices here are above eBay prices. I lost my job and I have to resort to selling second hand. I would not be able to survive if I did my sourcing from this place. This is greedy and not neighborly. DONT SHOP HERE.

Bust. This place used to be so awesome but someones trying to maximize profit and its way over priced for a thrift store now. I skip it when i visit thrift stores on Piner. Theres plenty of other stores making plenty of money without trying to get the very most.

Ridiculous prices! As of March 2021, here are some price examples in this thift store: used Dyson vacuum $250 (whomever sets the prices in this store should be aware that Dyson sells this model for $179 with warranty!), fan $35, (Walmart sells a new Lasko fan for only $21) dirty office chair $15 (find this for free from offices that switch to working from home nowadays), 1 curtain panel $15. burned candle $2.50. Absolutely preposterous! The person seeitng the prices should get a grip on reality.

They have lost their mind when it comes to pricing. $35 for a pair of used jeans $25 for used shirt. I can buy them new at target for less than that. Did they forget that all the stuff was given to them, and that they’re trying to sell stuff to people that can’t afford to go buy new stuff. I will never shop there again .

This place have very nice people that worked there. It was organized very well. The aisles were kept nice,clean, and clear. Only problem when I looked at some of the pricing on dishes there was single items marked for anywhere from $20 - $40 for one item. I thought that this was a thrift store for prices for not so fortunate people. I didn't think that you were able to charge going rate that you would buy online or able to get a brand new dish set for the same price at a regular store. I thought that it was against the law for an establishment like this. I found that absolutely ridiculous and I hope that somebody at the store looks into that. Other than that. They are awsome. I witness them help random people that are living off the streets get them change of cloths, etc. That was "beautifully kind".. They also have a Thanksgiving Program that thay do every year for anyone in need. I thought that that was so awesome.When you change how you are pricing I will change my review to 5🌟

They have lots of stuff.I bought some beautiful plates ,made In Italy,Mexico and Portugal. I don't like made in China.I scored it was 50%off a colored tag.Nice surpise!!

I just moved into my new apartment and I have nothing I don't even have a couch I went in there looking for a microwave because I'm going to be having my knee replacement in July 18th and my son has autism he can't use the stove or the oven. microwave is safer and all I had was $19 to my name I went in there I found the cheapest one for $24.99 I asked the lady can you please sell this to me for $19 it's all I got I slightly explained my situation and she said no I was so humiliated to even ask I walked out and I sat in my car and I just kept crying. you say that the store is of God but here I am humiliating myself asking to please let me slide. this is a horrible thrift store what I should have done is I should have recorded it. it was very shocking and very hurtful.

They have a very wide selection of all sorts of items! I always love shopping at thrift stores, and this one was exemplary. I would totally recommend visiting this store!

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Santa Rosa. They have a large selection of everything. Their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other Thrift stores. They don't have much jewelry which would be my only complaint. Staff are courteous.

This is one of the best stores in town. Tons of merchandise and very reasonable prices. Senior discount on Mondays. Well organized with a really friendly staff. Highly recommend.

They are taking your temperature right now and have hand sanitizer available. Always good stuff and great prices. Love to go here for kitchen good and shoes, but also lots of clothes and other home items.

Took some items to be donated and they were so friendly and also grateful! Went into the store just to take a quick look at what they sold and ended up finding a wonderful china hutch that I promptly bought to distress and white wash - for super cheap! Talk about a fabulous find! What a blessing! 💜

If you ever come to this store and a cashier with the name of Teresa attends you please wait for someone else cuz she will definitely give you problems. I swear to god this person has to be one of the worst persons with a very disgusting attitude.

Way Way WAY over priced. Place has good stuff but they have no idea what they are doing price wise. $200 for a so-so bike with two flat tires? $30 for a used coffee maker? Also turn down the stereo.

Lots of used Goods, with a few new items mixed in. Has lots of clothes, furniture, housewares, appliances, art and decor, and a small amount of Electronics. Prices are relatively High compared to other thrift stores however they have specials where they offer a percent off on a particular color tag which brings the prices down to very reasonable.

Years ago when I had the need to used a shelter everyone said I should go to the Mission and I did; having an illusion of a nice, clean and well organized building. Sadly it was the opposite of what I was expecting.The building is located downtown and it has a blue/grey color giving it a bad and depressing look to anyone that is already having a bad day. The inside of the building is not so different than the outside, it is either dirty or bad painted which makes it look really bad to anyone, it doesn't matter how much garbage you eat, it is dirty and the only thing that makes you feel less bad about being inside is that you aren't going to sleep outdoors, which brings me to the other point,It doesn't matter if they're working or Volunteering in the shelter the Staff is mean, disrespectful, not well organized and don't even care about you.I know it's difficult to work in a homeless shelter and I know there isn't probably a lot of people that want to work or volunteer in a nonprofit but it doesn't give them the right to have a mean actitud towards anyone that is asking for their help.Also if you ever get to be in this shelter keep your things closed to you because I got robbed in less than 3 minutes.

I am a volunteer at this Mission. I used to sing with a Choir and Musicians. God make me see and do extraordinary things. The SUPERNATURAL becomes NATURAL before my eyes! I cried many times seen HOW GREAT THOU ART IS!!! I SEEN MIRACLES AND FAVORS OF THE LORD. THE SACRED WORD TAKES PLACE IN SO MANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND GOD USES US IN OUR DOING AND SAYING.
