They have a list of 10 unreturnable items pasted on the checkout counter that most people don't bother looking at. I purchased an UNOPENED combo lock that I tried to return but was told "sorry dude, no return". They didn't warn me when I purchased it. No wonder small stores like these are going out of business. Prices are 150% more than Amazon and far less flexibility on returns than Home Depot and other stores. This is what I get for trying to support local small stores.

These people are great! Its a small store but they have practically everything. And they're really nice and knowledgeable. If you want to buy "local" this is the place to go.

Called to see about getting some replacement glass cut (HUGE sign in window states that cut replacement glass) was told I had to be there for it to be cut, "they don't take credit cards over the phone to cut it and hold it". I am disabled and don't drive. Arranged a ride a few days later. Got to the store, and there was "no one there who cut's glass". Whaaaaaat?? Why advertise if you can't offer it all the time? Young girl "helping" me seemed bored out of her mind. Helpful she was not!!
