Gigantic supermarket. Raley’s has tons of things from regular to organic produce, aisles and aisles of boxed foods, canned foods, big meat department, sushi, bakery, household goods, gifts and even a florist. There’s also a convenient Pete’s coffee inside. The staff are friendly, the place is always spotless and orderly, and the lines are short. There’s a self serve check-out if you like that as well. And tons of parking out front. A great store and conveniently located for many people in this area.

Fulton Rd Raleys has really gone downhill! Lately, when I shop there, i leave irritated. There is NEVER enough cashiers. Today, there were 3 checkstands opened and long lines. Even self checkout had a line! (I don't use SC ever). No one called for more cashiers, no management visible. It's getting to the point that I am going to start driving across town to Safeway on College Ave if this keeps up!

I WENT and bought lunch Supplies and when I opened the cheese it was moldy So I called and asked him if I could take a picture and just throw it away and come in when it was a good time the next time I went shopping and he told me now over $5 thing that she's the benefit customer was not giving the banner for the doubt I work 56 hours a a week at my full time job I I door - I go to church I'm busy I'm a busy person so instead I had to drive all the way back there just to return this Right then in there I wasn't going to put moldy cheese in my Refrigerator overnight Whatever happened to the customers right

Fast checkout. They stock Angelo Pietro Dressings and Yamasa Teriyaki Sauce. Very nice bakery department. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Love Raley's, but not as much as my mother I mean like I can go there once in awhile but I don't have a million bazillion dollars to spend. One thing though the tri-tip from the deli is to die for~ You've Got To Have Some think of me on your first bite~ love you Raley's

This store is always neat and orderly. I can always find what I need and it’s great quality at a reasonable price. But that’s not my favorite thing about this store. It’s the employees. No matter what time of day or what department I’m in they are always kind and welcoming. I can have a good chat with anyone and they are all ready to help. A few weeks ago I realized that I did save a coupon for a discount on avocados and the phone service is bad in the store. The gal made sure that I got the discount anyhow.

Stock was a bit low (empty shelves / cases) and I wish there was a bigger selection of gluten free options and organic options but overall very good grocery.

When I'm in the neighborhood I'll shop at Raleys. It's a little pricey so it's worth figuring out how to get their member or frequent shopper discounts, similar to Safeway s saving potential. I like Raleys bc It has a wonderful selection of personal care products, pet supplies, gifts and fresh produce. Of course a great wine department too. I also appreciate the interior design utilizing dark wood. It seems to mellow out the fluorescent lights so typical of grocery stores. Enjoy!

I was staying with my grandchildren in Santa Rosa and we needed to get some groceries. They live close to Rayleys and was very pleased to see that they keep it as clean and nice as the Rayleys in Windsor. It is a great store and had a good time with my grandson Zach. Looking forward to revisiting Rayleys next time I am in Santa Rosa. UPDATE 3/2022: Visited Rayleys again and found it to be just as nice as last time. It is a beautiful and large store that has anything you could want. 8/22 Still love Rayleys and shop there often.12/13 was celebrating my birthday at my son's house near Rayleys but did not go there during this visit. 7/23 A short visit made me feel at home. This Rayleys has not changed at all and I still love it. A great grocery store. 12/23 Have been looking for Christmas wrapping paper (single rolls) everywhere with no luck until yesterday when at Rayleys. They have a nice variety of Christmas items and always have. I was so delighted and will be going back soon. Thanks Rayleys!

Even when busy it never feels overly crowded. Staff is always friendly and shelves are well stocked. Its our go to for good produce and quality food. The layout is a little off, but once you know where things are it's okay. I pay a bit more than Safeway, but the level of service and feel of the store makes it worth it.

Love the produce! The produce is of good quality and tastes like fruit/vegetables. I've bought produce at other stores and sometimes no real flavor. I also check out drinks (flavored waters, soda, bottled teas, coffee) when I go to Raley's. If there is a sale the prices are usually very good and they have a larger selection than most stores.

I don't go to Raley's very much because it's across town but the few times I have been there it's very clean ,a lot of things to choose from and the cashier's that I have delt with hard been very nice

The produce is sad, and the ATM hasn’t been fixed in weeks. Have a good selection of humanely raised animal products, and the prices aren’t that great.

I’ve finally had enough and decided to share my thoughts. This particular store seems like it’s run by children. At 3:00 pm today,( not rush hour) there were 2 check stands open and 10 carts in line. No manger to call for additional checkers, no attempt to check faster and no care in the world that 20 shoppers were visibly irritated. They were however quick to police some shoppers about the use of masks however. This is about the 10th time I’ve had a lousy experience ( usually it’s because the checkers ignore customers and often don’t even offer a greeting) and I for one won’t be back.

This market is always spotless! The day that I was there, everyone I saw was wearing masks appropriately, and were using social distancing. They also always have wonderful additions to your indoor outdoor garden. The produce is fresh and displayed in an appealing fashion, at least appealing to me! And I like how the stories laid out in a spacious fashion. I highly recommend shopping there

Large... splitting the store,left for sundries and food to the right. Meat selection could be better. Check out was fine but the software interface on the self checkout was a bit obscure. E4Was not expecting pop-ups in the process. In a recent visit duct tape was replacing a broken reach in handle. When manager was informed that they were in violation of health code he simply said oh well and shrugged his shoulders. One reach in in the dairy section has been using packing tape for over a year. The freezers are filthy. No cleaning for a long time.

Every Raley's I've been to has been great and this one is no exception. They have an amazing pet section here, and as with any Raley's their produce section is the best. Not quite as big as the Rohnert Park store's produce department, but still respectable. They've got quite a nice selection of cards and gifts, gift wraps and bags, a huge floral department, and a really nice holiday decorations and gifts department. I'd say they rival Oliver's for holiday gifts and decorations, for a chain grocery store that saying something!

I take my 92 year old mom here 3 or 4 times a month, it's her favorite store. Good selection of items, although not a lot of fresh fruit that needs refrigeration (papaya, melon). Good selection of beer, wine and liquor. Full deli and bakery plus sushi. It has a pharmacy as well. Really nice and personable staff. It's not the cheapest grocery store, but nice clean layout and a lot of items.

I shop at Raley's when I want really good products, also it's less then 5 minutes from my house. But I'm not sure if they are desperate to hire anyone during this time or maybe they just want to head in this direction now. But based on the elderly gentleman who was a checking me out last visit. I don't think I'll shop here as much now. I really like to be nice to everyone, and I know your job is hard. So being treated rudely, like having my groceries thrown around inconsiderately, really turned me off to going back. Especially when the white woman behind me got treated like a queen before my receipt was even given to me.

Very nice grocery store. I used to go to Safeway, they are over priced they dont even have checkers, its self check only. So I checked out Raley's. Way nicer store better prices, and just a better shopping experience.

Very great store, everything is always so clean and well maintained! The staff you get are hit or miss, some of them are amazing and extremely helpful while others are lacking in the customer service trait. A great place to go grocery shopping & I appreciate them sanitizing the carts!

This place is overpriced. I don't mind paying extra at a locally owned independent place or a place with a unique selection but the selection here is nearly identical to any generic safeway. The produce section was overpriced, lacking certain items, and many items were not very fresh. Late at night they don't have any registers open and you can only use the self check out. Self check out is a big hassle when you have 20 produce items that you have to manually search for. The one positive thing I will say is that the building is aesthetically pleasing, but that's it.

Nice place to shop but prices are high.Today's visit reaffirmed the high prices but we received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the checker. His light was off but he waved us in to check out. Then, when we had trouble with the app, he lowered the prices anyway. Much appreciated!

Mask not required. I continue to wear my mask. No problem. As for the store it"s one of the cleanest stores I have ever been too. Very friendly and willing to help. Awesome job!!!

I feel like I go back in time when I go in there. It has a shopping feeling of being in maybe the late 80s early 90s it's just a setup I don't know there's some things that are decently priced but then there's others that aren't but I still love it

The layout and cleanliness of the building is great. I find the selection of food items lacking overall. No canned peas and carrots? Minor stuff but I noticed it several times in different food categories. I hate checking out at this location. The self service registers are annoying - to many prompts on the screen to pay. Feels overly complicated. Also, whats up with the half-sized checkout lanes? I tried Raleys and wanted to like the store but I am going back to Safeway.
